put our friends in the southeast that have a hurricane in it towards them.
Yeah, if you listen to the media though, it was a, the largest, the largest hurricane
are put on record, the media spin and spin and spin in this thing.

It's been a while. We need to get on the bike and ride there, sir. I think. So,
but another clean show. So I'm good. Let us get rolling. Last week we started with the
wrestling. We're going to get back to what we were doing there for a while as we start.
Start with a little NASCAR talk as we were live in the great state of Michigan this week.
Here we nonsense. You put the mixed Michigan motor to be the way as once again tile,
but spines his way into victory lane. They sprinkle, uh, right this season.
I got said last week if you list the last show for their locker on the
young, on the arc, I said next week, the taste is a very, very steep deal.
You are, you're breaking up real bad. Everything okay over there?
Yeah, I'm just dumb. I'm kind of, we may have to reset the connection or something because
you're talking and it's going in and out, but try again. But, uh, I said for a while that this
would be a big deal, or, uh, Kyle Bush. Don't hurt you, sir. Guys that were on the cusp,
but not being able to get in. So this was a big race for them. Kyle Bush is your winner.
If you didn't know that. I did not. I forgot to check out on that. I actually wanted.
So I guess it was this and you were about the way I sailed, I guess. Yeah, it's, it's a lot
choppyer than it's been in the past. Uh, do you want to try to just hang it up and reconnect it?

prepare you for WWE Night of Champions. Our pre show will be at six o'clock, central time

little social time with us. We'll be taking questions from the audience like we tend to do.

Okay. It's still a little, it's a little tinny, but at least you're not cutting it out. So
but this, um, this was a big deal as far as things were going as far as the sprint for the cup.
And that's, that's when you realize who's going to, who's going to race for a championship.
But like I forgot, cut off here a little bit.
Kyle Busch, Dylan Hart Jr., Tony Stewart, Kevin Harvick, guys that were kind of in a free fall.
They needed to kind of put together a situation where they could get their positions in the
standings a little bit better to make a run at the cup. So Kyle Busch, as I mentioned, did win
all like Jimmy Johnson, Brad Kasslowski, Mark Martin, Ryan Newman, Jeff Gordon, Casey Kane,
Clint Boyer, Tony Stewart, had a top 10 finish. That is big for Tony to get to the top 10.
Well, we said on this show last week, Tony Stewart has to have a single digit finished.
He was an either had to in your opinion, just to keep the competitive.
Absolutely. And then also Matt Kinzith, round out the top 10. Now one name I did not mention
was during Hart Jr. He finished 14. So I just did that effect him real bad. The points are now.
You know, the thing about Jr. I'm going to throw it. We checked the points here.
The thing about Jr. is it's not like this season. He's raised terrible.
It's just he can't seem to get victory lane and he started out the year. You know, top 5, top 10,
top 5, top 10. And then all of a sudden he got where he couldn't even get the top 20 in some.
And now he's back in the 14s and 15s. But he still in ninth place and cups.
He leads Tony Stewart in for the 10 spot right now by about 7 or 8 points.
But your leaders are Kyle Bush, leads to point race now.
All I Jimmy Johnson, Kevin Harbrett, Carl Edwards, Matt Kinzith, Ryan Newman, Kurt Bush,
Dale Earnhardt Jr. In Tony Stewart. So those are the guys that will probably hopefully
if Jr. I'm talking to Jr. if Jr. can get two top 10s in the final few races. I think he can
clinch that spot. He cannot afford a did not finish. He can't afford a D&F right now.
It's just not it can't happen. So we're really still not completely set in stone as to who's
going to be in the chase yet. There's still a lot of variables. Absolutely not. As we mentioned
on this show several times the past couple weeks. September the 18th Chicago land speedway in Chicago.
That is your first race of the sprint cup. That's the first race. The last chance to get in
is Saturday, September 10th at Richmond International Raceway. So right now, as things set,
we will be at Bristol Motor Speedway. Saturday night, earned a light. A lot of bumping, a lot of
banging. It's a small track. People love to put you in the wall. They love to kind of get in your head at
Bristol. That was this a day night or strictly night. This is strictly night. Okay. So this is Saturday
not Sunday. Is there a reason that they're doing that this week? Bristol's a track that they've always
Bristol enrichment in Daytona. They always seem to do those prime time. I don't know why.
Bristol's a classic track. If you remember, if you are a NASCAR follower for a lot of years,
this thing was this thing was kind of a deal that at one time was dominated by Daryl Waltrick.
Daryl Waltrick dominated Bristol. Well, now Jeff Gordon kind of dominates Bristol. Then for a few
years, Jimmy Johnson kind of wants to dominate Bristol. I got to go to Hendrix car. I know that sounds
crazy. People are feeling the hint. I'd love to say Junior Junior's never want it. Bristol
Motor Speedway. He said a few top threes, a few top fives, a second, a top 10. I just I keep thinking
maybe another one of the Bush brothers. Tony Stewart's a guy that does well, but I'm still stressing.
Guys that are low in the chase. Tony Stewart, you're not out of the woods yet. You're a 10th
place. You're up by 10 points on the 11th place driver. You gotta keep getting wins together.

year where if you're going to race for championship, if you're going to break Jimmy Johnson's historic
streak, his historic run, something like we've never seen before in this sport. You've got to get on
the ball and you've got to race and you've got to get in the top 10 or you don't have a chance.

I didn't really want to bog you down with all the minutiae of nominees that probably most of
which Cody and I have either one of us ever heard of. So hopefully I'll be able to hear some
music that I haven't heard before. I know that Adele's role into the deep is not made for video in the
year. Probably could probably could win that. I like I like her a lot if you don't have that
album to yourself a solid and pick it up. It's called 21 and her first album's called 19 which is
very very good as well. There are now this next story is getting kind of weird.
Early this morning in touch magazines quotes an insider. I always love that quoting an insider.
Who is stating that Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have separated.
This thing has set the internet on fire all day long.
Because both of them and their representatives are saying this is complete and out of crap.
Other people involved are saying no people are quoting old interviews where Jada said
Will live in separate rooms if we have to but will never divorce. Will says I said self-destuous part blah blah blah.
Oh will. Yeah. Here's the deal. I've got some.
And I'm gonna hear me out people. Don't hear me out. Don't throw the eggs into
the rocks just yet hear me out. Never been a big fan of Will Smith. Really. Also,
was it their rumor that Jada's first kid was actually two pots kid?
Those rumors swirled for a time. I don't know that those were ever confirmed with that source.
Let me get on the phone with in touch magazine and see what they can find out.
Chad is quoting that Michael George Michael has announced that he and his significant other have actually been a part for about three years.
That came down late today.
I know I'm really the don't know George Michael actually owns the piano that John Lennon wrote a
magic on and for a time it was actually at North Park Mall here at Dallas right in front of the
booth.
Right, of course it's in a big glass case and stuff. And also rumors of Mark Anthony and Jaloo reuniting.
She's gonna be making $20 million on either way. A couple of big music deaths have happened in the last few
years. We found out early on Monday about the death of one Nick Ashford for those of you
that don't know who that is. He is one hash of Ashford and Simpson. If you remember the song,
solid as a rock. That was them. But what you may not know is they were both very big songwriters.
Some of these coding up. You're probably going to know the songs that they wrote.
Songs like eight no mountain high enough. Reach out and touch somebody's hand that Diana Ross did.
You're all I need to get by. I'm every woman. They wrote that song. Wow. Also eight nothing
like the real thing and they wrote a good chunk of the music from the whiz. So not just popular
singing songs are writing them as well. The whiz. Hey, you know what? Diana Ross Michael Jackson and
you know I've got some I don't want to I've got some. I watch something about that one time and you
realize that the director they fired an director off that because he said using Diana Ross was
she was too old to play Dorothy. I'm not going to debate that. So the whiz.
That's more songs than I've written. That's all I'm saying. Yeah. Also Passy. He's all down. He's all
down the row. Whoa. You know we had your concert two weeks ago. People, people, emails are
pouring in waiting for the album. I've told them that you're holding up for more money
from the right angle. That's all I'm saying. Also passing away one Jerry Leaver. If you watched
Idol this past year, you know who he is. He is one half of Leaver in Stoller. They did a whole
episode of Idol Devoted to their music. Songs like Did you might know like jailhouse rock?
In Yackity Yack? That's a good song. Stand by me. And yeah. I love pushing number nine.
And horrible Sandra Bullock movie, but great song. Oh, her first film was loved out of tune.
Listen to you getting a little crazy with it today. Also a song that we played last week on the show
that you're about to hear this week on this show. How dog? And wrote that on Broadway.
Because the new lights are playing. That's a good one. Also a leader of the pack and
chapel of love written by you guys. He had a he had a huge resume. He even he would go
him and Stoller together. Stoller was actually on the show. At the time, Leaver was still sick.
So he wasn't actually on Idol when they did their songs. But he said he was watching at home and he
loved the show. So that was a couple of big songwriting legends passing away over the last few days.
Also found out today that the toxicology for any wine houses come back.
It has found no illegal substances in her system. The only thing that was found was alcohol
and that has not been confirmed as cause of death. Some members, again, here come the insiders again.
But some insiders from within her family are saying she had not used drugs in three months prior to her death.
Well, also, now the way that I read this, I don't know if we might be getting stories from other places.
But from where I read it was there was no illegal substances. That's what I said.
Well, okay, alcohol. Okay, only alcohol. So yeah, the rings. Alcohol could be a great cause of death.
But they're not saying at this time that that was the cause of death. So it's kind of a weird
I don't know though. I did you also hear about this other story today and I'm going to go on page here on your for a minute.
Her dad is sending back checks that people have written to a charity
because somebody had already owned the website for the Amy Winehouse Foundation.com.
So people that were writing checks to this charity, he's sending them back to him saying we're not going to do it.
Man, that's a shame. I always, you know, I may not have been real high on the music, but I always
always thought she had some talent. She was something new fresh kind of had had a different sound.
A different feel. So that's still a sad sad sad deal, man.
Only a couple of music new releases for you this week, the game releases the red album RET.
Isn't a trip back in a studio. No, no, no, no, no, no. Not that not not that game,
different people. Also one of my absolute power downs as we like to say. Barbara Streisand.
You can tell how far I'm reaching for music new releases when I'm putting this name on the list.
What matters most? Barbara Streisand sings the lyrics of Alan and Marilyn Bergman.
It is a two-chisk set. So she'll go up there and sing memories and walk off stage.
I prefer that she never reaches the stage, but that's just me. She wears me out.

Ultimate Fighter 14 cast has been revealed that these are going to be banam weights and feather weights.
These guys range in age from 21 to 31. This will be the last one on Spike TV to my knowledge
as we talked about on this very show last week. As UFC finds a multi-deal, multi-billion dollar
deal with Fox, which means FX will be carrying the Ultimate Fighter starting next year.
This debut will happen on Wednesday, September the 21st.
You're gonna have 32 fighters that have 16 in one episode.
Because they're gonna do all the prelimbs and one two-hour season premiere.
Will you be watching this with this year, sir?

this show. I think a lot of things that makes this show great is that it just gets a huge
internet buzz. So, this being in mayhem, are your judges according to our great UFC correspondent.

So, yeah, you know, as long as it's as long as it's great judges, I like last year's with the
Brock Lesnar. I know he'd left some way halfway through the show or towards the end of the show with the
illness he got, but I thought I think it's a great show. I wish... I wish though we could kind of...
It's like they win this contest and you may agree or disagree or people may agree or disagree, but
they all of a sudden get instant push. For a little while, I mean, the last guy that won,
you just haven't hurt much since that fight. I mean, you've got a course just like a
Michael Bisping and Jason Mayhem Miller are your coaches. It's two different weight classes.
I'm always intrigued by the ultimate fighter. I think they do a great presentation of that show.
I'll be watching. I mean, I have a set for a season pass.
A course you'll have the coaches will fight at the end of the deal in December.
December third is what the finale is currently scheduled for.
To this end of the show? Yeah, good deal. I mean, it does match anything,

Royce Gracie. In. In. So he'll be in Rio. He'll be in Brazil. We some know he'll be around for UFC,
which at this point I doubt. There was a rumor when this card was released or when this
just announced that he was going to make a full blown. He was actually going to fight,
probably some tomato can, just some spare random guy to get the ring and kind of sort of
star with to be honest with you. You know Royce Gracie's a whole lot of order used to be. To me,
he's the godfather UFC. Look at the up and you can't debate it. It is one of the
hear me debated. You know, the Gracie family kind of laid the groundwork for everything we're
watching here and about MMA right now. They laid the groundwork for that. I don't know, man. I just
think with him being in Rio. I think you're going to see the rumors start swirling again
that he just might get back in the octagon and fight again. I hope not. You and me both. I don't
know if I want to see Royce Gracie fight again. I mean, the guy, the guy, you know, he's the godfather
of deal. His family is the first family of MMA. It's a loopy. Before Dana got a hold of the whole
thing, before there were even weight classes. I mean, this is, you mentioned that name to anybody
that watches MMA. You just watch their eyes pass over like, oh, wow. Speaking of this Saturday night,
nine o'clock Eastern six o'clock Pacific UFC in Rio, you're going to have your four
undercard fights on Facebook. Why are we doing that? Why can't we put a month's fight? Well,
you're going to have two of them on Spike. You're going to have four on Facebook and then another two
on Spike. Your Spike fights, uh, Polaris versus Miller, a pal, pal here. I'm going to have
to put you down. Pal, Harris. And then to Varus and Fisher, uh, those are the only two shows,
the fights are going to show on Spike. I just, I don't know, man. The whole Facebook
bank showing fights on Facebook to me, brother, that's written to me, that's strange. That's a real
strange deal. The quandary, I have there, though, is I don't want to try to argue with Dana's logic.

which I'm going to pull some of those up for you right now. Louise Kane versus Stanislaw,
Ned Koff. You're looking at, uh, 12 and three with one no contest versus 11 and no,
then also on the card. I can Peter's writing. Oh, we, but slow today. Maybe?
Sure, what's wrong. It is right in slow. I know your main event is silver. One of the most
unstoppable forces on the planet today, we're waiting for one of them to move weight classes at
Spike GSP. Ross Pearson versus Edson Barbosa, also on the card. 14 and four versus eight and
oh, then you've got this. Brendan Schopp, who was a guy, if I'm not mistaken, who was on the
ultimate fighter at one point. Fighting minutes, Harrow, Nogera, a guy that, that Ron and I were talking
about in pre-show, I think this could be, uh, this has the potential for a really great fight,
especially since it's right in the middle of the card. What do you got? Well, I think the main
thing is is the A to silver win. Think if you're looking at this card, it's a great card.
It's a big show, but let's be honest. It's all about silver and everybody trying to set up.
He's a little country. And GSP, absolutely. Silver is in Brazil, in his home country.
And I, I just, that fight to me is kind of like me, whether and pack you out. Eventually, that fight
has to happen for the sport. Not only for what fans, but I think for the sport of MMA and UFC,
in my opinion, that sport absolutely has to happen. He, of course, is fighting. You should
know, coming, uh, silver, 28, 4 and 0, you should know, coming, 27, 5 and 0,
height and weight match. I mean, like Ron just put the room at very dangerous. And really,
honestly, great point. The cat has nothing to lose in this fight. Nobody's given him a snowball
chance and hell to win this fight. None at all. Well, he's, he's talking about the Nogera fight.
When he says big knock, nothing. Well, I'm just saying, think about it. I'll go to the main event.
I'll take a step. Oh, comment. Yeah, I'm just saying, what does he have to lose against
silver? You're absolutely right. And what's the more dangerous than a guy with nothing to lose?
He has nothing to lose in the main event. Nobody's giving him a chance. They just,
probably not giving him a chance. I love to see the line. When this fight starts,
who Vegas has it as a favorite on this. Now, you also have Mauricio Rua,
show gun Rua taking on Forest Griston. I think he's will be right. I like both of those guys.
Rua, Rua, Rua, to me, the last couple of times, I've seen him. He's, he's showing some age.
Rua, Rua, he's a warrior. He's been in some big battles to me. Show gun Rua start. Show a lot of
age and some fights. I've been recently. But I like show gun Rua a lot. I also like Forest Griston a lot.
I both like just like you. I like both of these guys. There's a reason this is the last
undercard fight. I think this will be a fight that's going to wow a lot of people.
I'm looking forward to this paper view. I'll be at Fox and Hound and Richardson watching it Saturday

Matt Hardy after wrapping his 2009 Corvette around the tree has been released by TNA.
While we find out today, his brother, Jeff, has reported Thursday. He returns to work with TNA
as they will be doing an impact taping in Huntsville, Alabama.
And this is going to be weird to see how, but they do it, Jeff.
Especially after you release Matt, to me that's the weird thing.
Yeah, what do you go after the horribly failed bit known as e-ordle?

And continuing, perpetually failing.
Yeah, where do you go with him from now to me? Does he come in? Does he try to battle
immortal or does he come in and try to rejoin them? It'd be very, very weird to see how they liked this.
And that's really, I mean, there was nothing on impact besides the fact that
there might be a couple things we can talk about, but not much.
Austin Aries is now your number one contender for the exhibition title.
You're going to hear me say this right now. He wins that belt.
Good. You say high hope, high things, high phrasing. I don't know. I haven't just seen a whole lot
with him just yet. So, I'll take your word on him. He's one of the great heels in the business right now.
Also, why did we believe them talking about triple A?
And then we've also taken Jeff Jarrett's pseudo logo and put it over the triple A logo on that belt.
It's got it, obviously, what everybody thinks. It's probably cash. It's probably money.

Speaking of which Jimmy Wayne Yang finally got paid by them after almost seven weeks of being on that show.
Well, you know, in a TNA to me, to looks like a very strange, not nearly as popular, but if they
quit paying talent, they're going to have the same fate ECW did back in the early 2000s.

SmackDown news. We found out today that this Friday night on SmackDown after being a
ref in a dark match tonight. Brett Hart will be your GM for the evening because of course they
are in Canada. It'll be good for me to see Brett as long as he doesn't get in the ring.
You know, yeah, yeah, it's picking a brat. We had another heart that's been in the news is
DH Smith. I was going to let you take this story because you brought this to me. The son of the great
Davies boy Smith, the British Bulldog, nephew of Owen Hart. He's kind of said some things about
Vince McMahon and W does a hole. He wrote a blog on a website and wants every single true
wrestling fan to repeat it and to all those boy caught the W. But we all know wrestling fans.
He can't do that. He claims that the W W W has stolen and has possession of
items that he donated to fan access at Summerslam this past month or week. And he has not received
them back. They include Owen's blue blazer mask robe and some of the ring gear that he wore the
ring for a lot of years. Also his dad's trunks, some of his ropes, the big union jacket robe
that he used to wear the ring. Also to me, this is him summing up his career with Vince. He'll never
work for Vince McMahon again. Yeah, I mean, if you if you accuse a former boss of stealing,
that's probably not going to be productive for your career, especially, I mean, where else you
can go? You're not. You're going to wind up in ROH and you're going to wrestle for 10 bucks in a
biscuit. Well, I also said that I also, here's my deal. Harry Smith, I'm like, I'll call him when I
want to call him. I thought that thing that whole angle, if it had been booked better and you
would have had DBIC's other kid in it, it would have been great. I thought the heart dynasty was a
great idea. They just didn't give it time to do anything. One thing part of it and as much as I hate
to say this, I think that Tyson did hurt that thing. Because he was the thumb and finger party.
Yeah, neither of them could talk. That's not the, in that he's not a great talker either. So,
yeah, but she was also the best of a bad situation. Yeah, but you didn't have a mouthpiece for the
hope. That's being, that's probably number one. You didn't have a mouthpiece for the group.
And plus the fact of a Brett court on quote, giving that there, his blessing was, I guess supposed
to help that, and it didn't. And you put the bells on him, but I thought they were decent
act champions. Yeah, I think they were a good tax hamsy. Just separately, it was a bad deal.
You kind of, you kind of wanted to see where, if there was a reason to bring a European title back
to me, it was for D8 Smith. I agree with that. I thought that would be a great way to
bring that belt back, put it on a guy that had some lenient had some bloodlines in the business.
And maybe the belt could have gone places, maybe with a flourish. Hell, I don't know.
But it would just, it would have been something different. I think Vince dropped the ball along on that
deal. I think creative dropped the ball hard to heart and heart dynasty. I thought that could,
I thought that had some legs. Could have went somewhere. How did you know that had a great
feud with them, and if you could have legacy together? Yeah, I just, it seemed like we, we put the
tag belt on him, we feud them, ties the kids now on super stars, and then you release D8 Smith.
Well, no, you've got a job and on, uh, on Raw. No, Raw, no, it's SmackDown, SmackDown, SmackDown,
SmackDown, SmackDown. No, you've got daddy, he'll with, uh, that date. Do you have his
destruction? Yeah, him. Also, if you, uh, like to multitask next Tuesday while we are on the air,
SmackDown will be live on sci-fi. I guess because they want to give the guys
the weekend off or something. I don't know what's good. I don't know. But there's still
going to show it on Friday night in the regular times line. Huh, so I'm not sure what we're
doing there. I'd love to see it. I'd love to see it live full time. I think that's the only thing
that's going to save that show. Well, you guys said that on this show for months for that,
if this for that thing to go live year round every single Friday night to tough not live,
maybe move it to Thursdays. Well, that's a tough night for TV in general, though.

dark starring one Katie Holmes. Is this in your wheelhouse? No. Hey, 64% of them are rotten
to me, though. So apparently it's better than it has to be, much like this show. Also, we have the
Paul Rudd star-studded vehicle known as our idiot brother. Okay. This, this, this, this, this could be
funny. There is no way I am walking. The great, the great Paul Rudd. Paul Rudd is great, but I am not
seeing this movie theatrically. I might watch it when it's on HBO in a year. The great Paul Rudd,

Basically he's a guy who has anger management issues, and he can only communicate through a

Because it was known for walking that line that now you had already crossed it
So it wasn't like you could come back
And then it turned into well who can we make fun of this week? Okay, we're gonna take three weeks and
Make fun of Phil Collins because he beat us for an Oscar
I mean, it's it's had decent
Moments but it was never as consistently good as it was before the movie and
My number one jumping the shark moments and I don't know how you feel about this
Heroes after season one
Yeah, that thing seemed to be all the way for a little bit. It just died. I didn't watch season one when it aired
But I had people just riding me like a government meal. How are you not watching this show?

And it killed me because it never got the greatness back and then it went what three more seasons after that
