not my least favorite war games may I ask it in a varied question where if you had to just without
going to in depth of just the WWE era of war games would you say that this was top half or
bottom half I would put this behind the one two years ago because the one two years ago
with the same time bracing himself that moment was great but I think that I would put this the
match itself on a par with that that's a good way to put it you know I love war games I'm
uninhabited yeah bashedly a fan of war games I own the blue race set I have the t-shirts which I
believe you bought for me which I wasn't going to wear tonight because it was kind of cold it's
the only reason I'm wearing my longer sleeve shirt but that's okay this is the only clean shirt I
own right now I feel and I that's on here it's my fault because I did laundry I'll do it tomorrow
but this was an entertaining show if I were to bring someone unfamiliar with the business
I wouldn't I wouldn't be upset that this was the first show they watched in that same vein I think
that's a great way to put it because like you were talking about with two years ago that one had
all the emotions and all the feels with how it was done this one feels like and dare I say it's
a better match but there's less to it yeah there's less impact to it but I also think part of that
is going to be the fact that now that triple H is in charge he understands you don't have to
do everything in one day you can let this breathe well and I and I think to to your point on that
the way H is booking things I'm gonna pull the audio down here oh not that one I'm not pulling
that one down pulling this one down every plea is not in a bubble yes you can
kind of like WCW used to do a lot you talk about taking multiple paper views to tell the story
let it bleed through exactly to your point and I think we're doing that now but we're not doing
as many cliffhangers which is not necessarily a bad thing well one of the things I have noticed
under H's era now we're getting into the post show here uh which I don't believe we will be doing
as far as part of the deconstruction but one of the things that has happened is they have
leaned into using the post show to tell certain aspects of a story whether it be
a bothered competitor or one that's on their own high from a victory or different things
like that that they use to move the story forward on social media or various other platforms
that they like to do and I think H understands modern modernity more than the prior regime
and how that can play because in this day and age you kind of have to have something new pretty
much every day at that size so you have to have something it's why they have like the speed title
even though nobody cares about it it's why you have NXT although most of the time we don't care
about it except Stephanie McCurray how you doing um Angelia and well there's a long list yeah
but yeah but at that same time they understand not everything has to be on the big show
you can have it on youtube you can have it on your post show you can save it for raw
you can do something on NXT you can do something on speed you can do things in various outlets
and take your time with it and H understands that because one of the things that
and I saw something on this was the big change that a lot of people in the industry are noticing
is that apparently age multiple times during meetings has been I know where we want to go
and we'll get there and I like I prefer long-term booking you know that's that's why we always
talk about Mania being wrestling New Year's Eve because that's where you're wrapping up your
storylines as we close this time go ahead and clarify there are times where they like the hot
shot stuff that just happens right away on a lower scale justified and you don't and you don't
want a long-term booking that takes so long that you lose interest or steam but don't just give
up on the long-term booking because the people's average attention span is a nanosecond now
so now as we used to be able to do on our free shows great the car
well borrowing the old
phrasing of it it's I feel like you have to gauge this one on war games level
and I would say it's a solid B as a war games as an overall plea based on what we've been
getting a lot of in various outlets I'd give it a B+.

real quick question before you move off of that though I understand where you're coming from
with that is your view tainted by the terrible terrible kendo shots and chair shots because
there was a lot of good in that match so I just want to clarify if you were taken out of it by that
those moments or if you're saying that as a whole I think that I think the set up to the women's
match was made to be better than the men and I just think that the men delivered on top I think
that the women felt short a lot of the spots of what they could do yeah yeah and then of course
with the use of the foreign objects those absolutely missed and I think all of them were off time
that's good wait for it for me I'm gonna go right about a B+. I was entertained it's one of the
better pleas that WWE has put on this year I think with really this being really technically the
last one because Saturday night's main event is not gonna be a plea so right now we don't have
anything until the rumble if I'm not mistaken now the the other question I have in that scope though
it's a Saturday night is it kind of a pseudo plea though I I don't consider it that because
number one is not going to be as long number two it's not a peacock exclusive it's on NBC okay I
thought they were saying it was on peacock no it'll be ill air at the same time okay I'm with you
but it's going to be you know I think it said these are I think it's eight eight eastern maybe
seven eastern like it's not even going to be in the old Saturday night's main event time slot
