My name is Rob and tomorrow is one of my best friends in the worldwide world's birthday. So I want to say happy birthday, Rico. We are the same age now for about 340 days or something like that.

Hopefully I can get out of here for a visit here in a few months. Joining me across the desk is he tends to do each and every week. He is a man who set foot in a water park that he has lived down the street from his entire life and never been to on Friday.

No, no, no. For years, it was just a tiny little swimming pool and they did all that. I had been there since they did that massive.

We're going to have a lot of pop culture reference talk this week. Because today wraps up San Diego Comic Con. Which, by the way, spikes doing their coverage Tuesday night at 10.

It's a little late. The only station doing any Comic Con coverage this year. Because I did a search today on my U version.

It was like, yeah. Here you go. Spike Tuesday night at 10.

And it's one hour. Like their coverage the last two years has been absolutely horrific. And you would think with a void left by G4.

But they might step up there. Oh, wait a minute. They carry him back.

Never mind. So no one covered it. No major.

No my life. No life. And G4 used to do what five hours live on Saturday.

Is that what it was? Yeah. Four or five hours.

And then they'd rerun it. It was insane. Now you got one hour and Tuesday night.

And really usually most of your movie and TV properties kind of blow the Wad on Thursday, Friday. Yeah. They strike early.

Not this year, brother. A lot of people saturday afternoon. Yeah.

So I'm sure it's dropped on us. Agents of shield is adding the great Lucy lawless to their cast this year. They've mentioned who she is finally.

And I didn't have it written down. But it was nobody that I recognized. It said it was something that's integral to what's going on now.

So very excited about that. Man, there was a lot going on this weekend. I had to do with Beyond Social Networking for about two seconds.

Yeah. FX gives a renewal so a couple of their shows. Louis and Fargo get renewed.

Louis gets season five. This season of Louis was really weird for me. Because it got real serious.

It's not, it wasn't nearly as light hardly. Yeah. It hasn't been nearly as light-hearted as it was.

But they just go really dark this season. I wouldn't say dark just kind of more. So that happened, you know.

Fargo though is going to be all is going to do the same kind of, It's going to be like an anthology deal. It's going to be an all new cast and all new story and an all new characters. With for ten episodes.

Yeah. So I thought that was a little odd. But taking place in the same location.

Right. So a whole different storyline. Yeah.

And the CW renews whose line is it anyway. I was over there seeing the friend of the Mars on Fourth of July this year. They're just by the way.

They're just not getting back from their vacation to South Carolina. They've been all over. Speaking of social media.

Welcome home to the Mar family. They've been missed greatly. But when I was over there, we watched a couple of episodes.

Of that, who's lying is it anyway. And I'm a fan of the I.E. Should Tyler.

And I'm a fan of a lot of the people on that show. But this iteration is not very good. It's it's just not the same.

I don't know if it's. I really can't say that it was drew that was the. But see.

I didn't even like that one there as much as the British version. Yeah, but we didn't really climb the Anderson's greatness. If you didn't have, you know, BBC America, you really didn't see it.

Uh, big to differ, sir. Where I watched it on Comedy Central in college. Really?

Uh-huh. I think back then it was called the Comedy Channel. But it was on, it was, you didn't need BBC BBC America.

Hmm. That's how I watched it. Well, in recent years, I don't think Comedy Central still carried it.

I remember watching it. But it seemed like it was on BBC America. I mean, it might have been after that.

But that's how I watched it in college. Because I never heard of the show until the, until the juicy version. But I do like that they brought back the, at the end you read the credits in the style of choosing of the host.

Because I liked that as the, instead of, oh, you'd do a scene with me. Hmm. True to differ quite a while, though, didn't he?

That was, that was the American version bit. The British version bit was the, you must read the credits in the style of my choosing. Oh, okay.

Which I was, it's still, the British version still funding here, but at least they brought that back. Okay. So, if you are a Simpsons fan, I am Mark August 21st on your calendar at 10 a.m.

Central. I'm sorry, 10 a.m. Eastern.

And then go ahead and take off of work until Labor Day. Because FXX, which is the offshoot of FXX, is going to show every episode of the Simpsons, every episode in the history of ever, back to back, including the movie, and it will end September 1st at midnight. Dear God.

I mean, that's insane. My DVR is going to blow up. Just by the DVDs.

You've already got the first one. By every season, for God only knows how much money or watch them all for free on FXX, to throw them in your DVR. Think I'm going with Don's option.

Russ says they need to bring back the whole down rule, round, round on who's lying, which so if they always say like, they're going to make up something. And who was it that Orion? Ryan Stout.

He did that. Big fan. See, I was a fan of him from the British version.

Before there was a Drew Carey show, the him and Colin mockery wheels to come together. Mike McShane, who played fire, Tucker Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves, and he was on the British version. I remember that.

Proops was too, right? Proops was. But I see.

But I see. I was a fan of troops before that, because I used to watch his stand up. Because he did a one night stand on HBO and the late 80s.

He was on the MTV half hour comedy hour. I knew. Proops was even before that.

Because I was still a huge fan of troops. You know who when I realized who Proops was? When he was, when he was the announcer of the podcast and episode one.

Oh, geez. But so, if you're a, if you're a fan of the Simpsons, and you've got some vacation time stocked up. That's a long, what is that?

Like almost two weeks. Yeah, they have like 500 or something. That's what I mean.

This 21st is a Thursday. So that's 11 days. Phew.

Just straight. Straight. Note.

I mean, that's what FX is doing. Every episode back to about 11 days. Yeah.

And remember, this season, they showed some of the footage at Comic Con. This season, you get the family guy Simpsons crossover. Yeah.

Oh, do that. They are doing it this season. They showed about five minutes of the footage.

I believe it's available. You can watch it online now. Which a lot of things at Comic Con, they show at Comic Con and they may make available online.

And that's surprising. Because, you know, Suffin' it farland and in. The, had a big.

Was it the beginning they did? Yeah. Yeah.

I mean, the guys from South Park, those guys hacked Seth all the time. And he was not, you know. And Seth returned fire.

Oh, yeah. But that kind of. Well, let's stay.

Let's not warn. Let's just, you know, do something really cool. We're on the same thing.

Show. Also announced this week. We all know that Stephen Colbert taking over the late show when Dave Letterman retires.

They are going to keep it in New York in the Ed Sullivan theater. Good. They are not going to move it to LA.

And Colbert, I don't know if they're still going to have the same writing staff that will put his mother-in-law's photo on a questionable name or not. Much more. Where, he's going to be different from his regular show in Comic Con.

Oh, yeah. Because the Colbert purport, and that's a character. Pretty much.

Yeah. I mean, that's, he's, but he's still very. Yeah.

Yeah. But as I showed Robbie, I have a phenomenal video. I have a freaking character, which I knew about, but I had forgotten about.

I'll show it to you after the show. You've never seen it. So, if you're a fan of the NBC show Crossbones, it sounds like, when did I hear this recently?

Um, it's done. Oh, my God. They're going to wear the last two episodes back to back.

My glad I didn't invest heavily in it. I watched a couple episodes, and I liked it. I'm like, nope.

I know better. I don't trust NBC. I'm not going to have you suck me in and break me in half again.

Like, crisis. They knocked out one, too. Yeah, crisis is done.

But this was a summer series. This wasn't even a full-to-ep full season series. So, I just heard this together.

Is there an echo in this room? I think there is. Hey, Rob.

Is there an echo in this room? Apparently. MTV also announcing a San Diego Comic-Con that teen wolf will get season five.

This thing has gotten some fire underneath it. I really did not think this would have much of a shelf life, given that it's a 20-year-old franchise that had two movies, neither of which had the same star. No.

But MTV's target demo is loving this show. And which I will never understand why that show that came on after ridiculousness first premiered. Dead Valley.

Oh, that was, we've talked about it. Yeah. Do you remember this thing, Dawn?

No, I never. It was like a kind of a fake reality show that they had based in LA, where vampires and werewolves and zombies were coming out at night in Death Valley. But it hadn't gotten into that.

It didn't. It did. It was like a reality show.

It was a fake reality show. And it was really funny. It was really entertaining.

But it only lasted one season. I was like, what happened to that show? But teen wolfs on for five hours.

But yeah. Yeah. Dr.

Durr. How this succeeded in that one didn't. I have no idea.

I'm going to let this play for a minute. Over. Did you say, over?

Nothing is over until we decided it. Was it over when the Trevor's bumper on her? Hello.

Forget it. We're all over now. So the cast of community was also at San Diego Comic-Con.

They said the new episodes which we talked about on this show that we'll be airing on Yahoo. We'll not begin airing until sometime after Christmas. So kind of like a midseason replacement on a website.

So I'm just happy I'm getting another season of community. And Dan Harmon said he wants to get Troy back. At any any way he can.

He doesn't care what it takes. He wants to get Donald Glover back on the show. So I'm good with that.

You know, we need to start using that music more often for something. I'm not saying the long intro, but this part right here. It's got to have some kind of a permanent fixture in this show.

I figure something out. Like if the queen ever comes to America. The queen who photo bomb two athletes.

Yes. Did you see that, Don? No, I did.

There are a couple of soccer or some kind of tournament. Yeah. And two of the girls were taking a selfie.

And the queen photo bomb. Oh, really? Oh, and she's but she's got her hat on it.

She's just got it. I was like, hey. It's so, you have to see it.

Oh, no. We all amused. You have a picture with her no goal.

That's just a stand. And that's just a look. No.

I know. But when they show to their friends, oh, that's just a look alike. Oh, no.

They're way viral quickly. But Sam Ramey and Bruce Campbell announced that they are developing an evil dead television series. I have to took this long.

Well, you don't need to remake it first. And he didn't even remake it. Exactly.

So I really figured he would have done this before he would have done briskal county. I thought that was a good. No, no, no.

I'm not saying briskal county was bad. I'm just saying that the evil dead franchise need to have such, such legs to it. Then I'm surprised I haven't pursued this venue a lot sooner than this.

Fair enough. It was. And I will never be able to disassociate this song from this film.

And you ever did you see a day that you wouldn't associate this with the brisk of Orthodox? Exactly. Let's go get a taco.

But they also, Marvel announced that there will be a Guardians of the Galaxy animated series. So they announced we're going to talk about the sequel and movie talk, but they also announced the animated series that they showed some footage of at Comic-Con. They are really putting a lot into this.

They're chicken's a little bit. Are they that sure that this thing is going to be this big? Let's talk more about it movie talk.

Let's call it the station. Let's go to POI. POI stands for Person of Interest.

It is a segment we do on this show where we pick a person or entity and we debate their greatness or lack there of the Pendulum Swings back to me this week on POI. And POI this weekend, I think is going to have a little bit of discussion. It is a force of nature in the world of fast food.

And it is one that's kind of polarized. It's demographic. It is the mecca known as Burger King.

Me. When I was a kid, first of all, Burger King was kind of highfalut. You know what?

Highfalutin. You had to have a little bit of cash to go either. Okay.

Everybody went to Mickey D's. But if you were the cool kid, you went to BK. The BK Palace as it was known.

It was also a social hub after football games in my hometown. We never had parties. We had social gatherings.

It was always started at the Burger King. It's always started at Mr. Gaddy's right there.

It's 441 in Atlantic Boulevard. Cookin the Creek High School shout out. But about five years ago, they changed the bid up.

Well, I remember when I was a kid if you went to Burger King and you could see the burgers come off the little conveyor belt. Yeah. I'm playing girls and all that good stuff.

Well, they've kind of changed it to make it look. I guess they're trying to make the restaurants look a little classier. They've got like brick brick walls and flat screens.

Yeah. The sort of a bit more time with soda machines and all. Hey, don't mess with the free stuff.

Yeah. Because when I become president, one of the laws I'm going to act is you're no longer allowed to have a Coca-Cola found. It must all be freestyle.

And Pepsi's got one year to catch up. There they're gone. They're going to be strobe.

Looked a lot of these. Sorrow as says she'd rather eat poop. I'm kind of right there with her.

But here's my thing. I'm a little disappointed. They've taken away the flame girl because I've seen how they do it now.

I just happen to catch it out of the corner of my eye. They take the frozen patty out of a little frozen patty deal. And they put it in like a steamer.

And the steamer puts the little grill lines on it and stuff. Oh god. And I'm kind of like, well, that's cheating.

That's disappointing. That's cheating is what it is. And that's on one hand.

But on the other hand. They really are kind of their diverting. They're getting a little more diverse where they've got like the buffalo chicken strips and the barbecue chicken strips.

Because everybody else says they kind of have to at this point. Yeah. But it's not like you.

I get chicken strips and get to dunk them. Like they are boneless chicken wings. Is what they're doing now.

Uh-huh. And they've got the big king, which now they have the chicken big king, which I'm a huge fan of. Yeah.

And now they've got a mushroom Swiss big king. What do they? Oh yes.

Oh yes. And you know I'm a fan of both mushrooms and Swiss cheese. Yeah, so am I.

So I'm kind of torn because it's not. It's not, in my opinion, it's not turbo. But it's not what it used to be.

Like I had a water last night. I enjoyed it. It was a barbecue bacon water at that.

And they've kind of up their game with the fries a little bit. Now the saddest fries. They're not great, but they're very.

They're nothing to write home about. They're very unsatisfactory. And one of the very few places I see to their.

And one of the very few places that I will eat onion rings at. Because you know I'm not normally a fan of the onion rings. That's all I will get there because their fries are such substandard pieces of junk.

The fries are better. I'm telling you. They're better than in and out.

It's in and out. It's taste like you. You.

You shut your dirty mouth. You shut your dirty mouth sir. They're fresh, but they're no flavor.

They're not too much flavor. I'm just. If you don't get them animals style, that's your own fault.

Okay. I'm talking playing without the animal style. I'm a style they rock.

But you know. But back to Burger King. You just went sacrilege in this studio.

You leave it out alone. But I don't. I don't know.

It's just. I got cold in this room. But I will tell you the down the downside of the free style.

If a place has a free style, I will not use the drive through. I can't. Because you order it and it's never right.

Yeah. Because right now, I mean, I was really addicted to the day sunny water with the peach. I've switched to the lemon.

Really? The lemon is really good. And it's a lot easier to get to balance right with the lemon than it is the peach.

Because some places put too much of the water and not enough of the peach in. Uh-huh. And it really upsets me.

Because you don't get that peach until the after taste. It's on the back end of the swing. So the North Park gets it right.

There's this really good. There's a Wendy's by where I work. That's really good.

It gets it right. There's a couple of places. I don't hate Burger King.

I just don't love it as much as I used to. I'm just my problem. I really can't say that I despise it.

But I'm not going to go to my way to eat it the place. I'd rather go to Wendy's if I'm going to go to any place. It's immediately accessible.

I'm going to get a drive to get to it in and out. For me, there's one Burger King right down from our live. But I like the fish sandwich.

The fish sandwich I'm going to told you. You do like a fish sandwich? Yeah, fish sandwich.

That's for Charlotte. That's for Charlotte. But okay.

And I do like to in and out burgers with the animal style. That's the cake. But I will go back to this.

They're trying to innovate. You can't just keep the same in this world of the restaurant. But if it is broke, don't fix it.

That's my thing. No. There's 10 on the flame broiling.

But with all these other new burgers are adding, you have to be innovative in today's restaurant world. Trust me. I mean, five years.

I don't know if all of our guys. Yeah, exactly. If they think of a McDonald's kept the same menu ahead 30 years ago.

They would be basically under. So then doing this innovative like the big big king with the two patties and stuff. Kind of amateur.

But if you remember, they tried the big king. And it went away because it didn't do well. And then they decided to bring it back, which I thought was weird.

And now, you know, they get people there. The two for five. I love it.

See the two for five. I'm in on it. Because I get me a couple of chicken big kings.

You call it. And you know how to make the money? Because people get fries in a soda with it.

Yeah. But it gets people to their restaurant and set it going somewhere else. But they're also getting harder to find too.

When these was a lot of them closed down. When these was like that for a long time or when these wasn't as wide spread. You can't, you can throw a rock from one Wendy's to another.

Back in the day, you could do that with McDonald's. McDonald's is on every corner. But Wendy's, I mean, it was at least a mile or two radius before you find another one.

Now, Wendy's is on every corner. But Burger King really isn't. Yeah.

It's like Wendy's is past it. And you've got killed with our beast. They've been closing up everything.

That makes me sad. I did. And I do enjoy the, the fine worker farbies.

Now, you have one over on your side of town still. Mm-hmm. Kind of.

Well, kind of. Closer. Closer to you than just to me.

Not really. We're going to need to measure that out. I believe that that RB's is closer to your place than it is.

It may be right about the halfway point. No, I would give you that. Right over there by the seven eleven and ten ten.

That also has the Coca-Cola freestyle. I'm going to say that as many times as I can in this show. Um, two seven eleven throughout across the highway for each other.

Explain it to me. Oh, no. That's right.

They're caddy corner. Yes, they are. But I don't know if the other one has the Coca-Cola freestyle.

Cause I haven't cut it in there. Yeah. But I'm not, you know, I might go out my way to go Burger King once in a while.

But not every time. Because one is close to me. But I do like to fish in the tube for five.

And there. By the way, Lucy, you see happy. Um.

Which has happened to me twice. That is a true story. Yeah.

They said, sir, we're out of chicken. And I was like, what's the sea stand for? Turn off.

Turn off your lights. Lock the door. And you know, I can't see one from Kentucky Friday, KFC.

Don't you? I think the word fried out. I remember what time they tried to go to Kentucky grilled chicken.

They did try that for about a month. But no. They, you know, when they got in a big health craze, people, they took out the fried and they split KFC.

I've heard other reasons, actually. But there's not as much chicken in that chicken as you might be able to believe. And I'm like, well, then what the heck?

I don't care. Still good. But how can KFC run out of chicken?

It's happened to me twice. Going lower. True stories.

One right up here. Something about drive throughs in that section of town that have caused great memories in this group of people. Oh, man.

I think this deserves the recognition. Please do. I went to the Pittsburgh Dodgers game at PNC Park in Pittsburgh.

I went to the night. I got the weather, by the way. It was great out there.

Oh, my god, Solana. They did the coolest thing. There's this little eight-year-old kid out of, out of, I can't the Midwest Kansas area.

Who is a die-hard, Pirates fan. And his name is Matthew Belcher. He has a very rare cancer.

And he's with make a wish. And what they did for him is he's always been a Pirate fan. So they flew him out there to the game.

Got there at lunch and had lunch with the GM in the kitchen. Got, and to gave him the commission, the end of the, but signaling was the commissioner. They gave him a real contract to be a Pirate for a day.

I love the team's do that. A legit, and then, so he got to be in the front offices. Got to go hang around in the locker room before the game.

He did batting practice with McCutcheon, and he even took a few swings. And then he actually threw out the pitch at the game. And he hit it.

He hit that pitch. From the mound, or did they give it to him? He's about maybe 18 in front of the, That's so pretty good.

So he hit it, center on. And they got to hang out and eat dinner after the game with the team. And everything like that.

Just for them to do something like that. I could give it to, you know, no matter if you hate my Pirates, let my Pirates, for them just to go along with make a wish and do something like that. You got to give it to make a wish and then buy in the Pirates for that.

Absolutely. So I had to defer for that. That was just really cool.

There. And just to see that little kid on the mound and on the field. And, you know, I even saw him out there with the bat.

The batting practice or what? A little VP. Yeah.

So nice. Give it out. Shout out to them.

So we talk a lot this season about how bad the Rangers are. And you think to yourself, it can't get much worse for the Rangers. It just can't.

Want a bat. And then they go to play the Yankees. And there's a rain the way.

Which, which happens? Right. Correct.

Oh yeah. We're watching this. And it's raining so hard that the grounds crew can't get the tarp all the way across the field because it's raining so hard.

It weighs the tarp down so fast. They can't pull at the rest of the way across. So they have to call the game after five innings and the Rangers who are already loose.

That's when you know your team is born under a bad sign. And once they did, they went to the 14th inning and lost them to the Yankees too. That is true.

Yeah. All right, gentlemen. Let's talk about standings in that American League East.

Charlotte was beloved Boston Red Sox. Nine games under 500. Ten games out of first place.

So it's not like they're that far out of it right now. They're five and five in their last ten. They are three games behind the Tampa Bay race who are three and a half behind the New York Yankees.

Toronto now closes the gap to two and a half behind the Baltimore Orioles as they have one to straight. In the A.L. Central, the Minnesota Twins.

Ten games below 500 and they are 11 games on the first place. But they are three games behind the Chicago White Sox who are a two and a half games behind the Cleveland Indians. Kansas City now five games behind Detroit.

So it is that second half of the year where Detroit tends to find out realize that they're at baseball team and start playing. In the A.L. West, Chad's beloved Texas Rangers.

You're 23 and a half games out. You're in your own, but the good news is you're only a half game behind Houston now, because Houston's dropped a five straight. Well, that's a consolation.

San Francisco has lost three straight, but L.A. is one two straight. So a very tight race going on in the AL West, as we get into the next to the last full, I'm just the N.L.

West. In the last, the last full month of the season. Trade deadline is this week.

In the N.L. Central, the Chicago Cubs still suck. They're 19 games below 500.

Atlanta two games behind the Washington Natenals right now. But Washington has won seven out of their last 10. So they're playing very, very well, but they're still the Natenals.

It is time for our in memoriam segment. We decided to make this a segment on the show. And not mix it in with the subjects.

We start this week with Robert Fulton Newhouse. Born January 9th, 1950 died July 22nd. Played for the University of Houston and also played for the Dallas Cowboys.

It was not highly recruited coming out of Galilee High School in Hallsville, Texas. Houston was the only division one school scholarship he received. But he also was part of a very successful stretch for the University of Houston from 1969 to 1971.

In 1969, they were 92 in ranked number 12 in the country. 78 in 3th, 19th. And in 71, they were 9 in 3 in ranked 17th.

Let me just run you down. The records Robert Newhouse had at the University of Houston. Just to kind of give you a glimpse of this guy.

Most rushing yards in the season, 1757 and 1971. Most 100 yard games in the season. They were 10 in the same year.

Most 100 yard games in a college career at 16. Most 100 yard consecutive 100 yard games in a season 7. Most consecutive 100 yard games in a career 8.

Most 200 yard games in a season 3 in 1979, which tied him with Anthony Aldridge and Paul Gibson. And most 200 yard games in a career at 4. Tied with both with the same two gentlemen.

Dear God. Back when the college all started played the Super Bowl champion from the year before. I didn't know that ever happened.

That's cool. That is cool. I wish I could bring that out.

Newhouse scored a touchdown against the Dallas Cowboys. He also played in the Hula Bowl. In 1977, he was inducted into the University of Houston Athletics Hall of Honor.

He was drafted in the second round of the 72 draft by the Cowboys. Although, he had the ability to play running back. He unselfishly made the switch to full back.

In order to help his team as a rookie. In 75, he was named the regular starter at full back. Replacing Walt Garrison.

Some shoes that he filled. It's a greatness of. He was effective as the primary running back.

He was mostly used as a league blocker. His nicknames were the house and the human bowling ball. I love that one.

He was called. He was tough to bring down like trying to tackle a fire hydrant at 5-10-209. With arguably the largest thighs in the NFL at 44 inches in circumference.

His longest run from scrimmage was as a professional as a 54-yard game against the Philadelphia Eagles in 1973. Went to three Super Bowls with the Dallas Cowboys. His most notable career highlight and Super Bowl moment with a 29-yard touchdown pass.

He threw. Yes. To Golden Richards in Super Bowl, 12.

Very just wife Nancy had four children. His son Reggie played for the Arizona Cardinals in O4 and O5. Newhouse himself works for several years in the Cowboys player relations department.

A great man by all accounts. I've never heard anybody say a bad word about him. He will be missed.

Also passing away. While we were on hiatus there for a minute. James Garner.

Oh yeah. Born James Scott Bumgarner. April 7th.

Oh, he shared a birthday with my mom. April 7th, 1928. This is a little while before my mom.

Yeah. It's not getting crazy. Had more than 50 films on his resume.

And plus everything else to rock for files. Maverick both the theatrical version and the deep version. Remember he was someone of our favorite movies from the early 2000s space cowboys.

Oh, that's right. I did like that movie quite a bit. He was born in Norman Oklahoma.

Youngest of three children. Father was a carpet layer. His older brother Charles is a school administrator who passed away in 1984.

His family was Methodist. His mother died when he was five. And he was, he was sent to live with relatives.

He was reunited with his family in 1934 when his father remarried. Did not enjoy his stepmother very much. When he was 14, he finally had enough of his quote, wicked stepmother.

Oh, he was in music here. Okay. And after a particularly heated battle, she left for good.

I'm not going to go into that relatively because that gets a little dark. I've shortly after that, his dad moved to Los Angeles. While his brothers didn't remain in Oklahoma.

James joined the merchant marine near the end of World War II. At 17, he joined his father in Los Angeles and enrolled at Hollywood High School. His father joined the merchant marine.

He joined the National Guard serving seven months to the United States. Then went to Korea for 14 months in the regular army. Wow.

I mean, this is even before he even had an acting group. Yeah, he did all of these things. A great actor, go back and watch the original Maverick.

Such a great series. As good as the Rockford Files was, and Russ says he was a diehard Oakland Raiders and Oklahoma sooner fan. Yeah, being from Norman.

Being from Norman, that makes sense. They know he's a Raiders fan though. Yeah.

I've got the Rams. Yeah. So.

I mean, what more do you say about James Garbage? A great actor. A quality human being.

Oh, yeah. No scandals, no nothing. He will also truly be missed.

We're going to be doing, I think, two sets there. Two one hour long sets. So if you're by the channel Friday night, I think we're going to be interviewed between 10 and 10.15 is when it's going to happen.

And they're going to want to play some of our music, which I think is great. So if you want to actually see how awkward I get when I'm being interviewed, that's going to be the time to do that. But we're thankful to those guys over there that if you've been asked us to do this, we're looking forward to hanging out with them Friday night.
