Hey y'all, I'm bringing heat, beastin' all hot topics every week, uh, in the Saturday
night. It is eight o'clock on the east coast. It is five o'clock on the west coast. It
is the 28th of July in the year of our Lord 2,012. It is season three, episode three of the
clubhouse. We are live on the air right here on you stream or you might be listening on
the archive or you might be listening on your portable device. We don't care how you
listen, we just appreciate you doing so. Good evening to each and every one of you globally
and worldwide. My name is Rob and I am the captain that makes the the machine work as the
kids like to say or do that. Joining me as he does as often as he possibly can because
he isn't that much demand in his own little world. He is Chad just in my own little world
thing. I'm just saying, I'm not. Not your judges are. No, just bring me back down to earth
crashing, crashing and burning. Joining us tonight, we have two special guests and not special
in that other kind of way, although that could be debated. First and foremost, joining us
after a very, very long absence. A young man, friend of the show, you always know the wheels
will be left in the front yard so he feels at home. He is Brandon.
Also known as the voice of the people. Okay. Okay. Yeah. The people's microphone.
And it is the last Saturday of the month. So joining us as is the tradition normally on this show.
It is chicken studio. Charles here. Hi. We have another chicken studio. She just
not Mike. Yes, your lovely wife who is of British descent is in the studio this evening as well.
She is not here to ruin the Olympics. No, she is not. Although many could debate how she sounds,
but we would prefer that. Wow, like a led balloon that went over. Because I wasn't going to actually
do that. I was just going to let that one hover firm in it. Every show. Oh, Don's joined us.
Brandon Don says the word tonight is old yellow.
I haven't got a good book yet. He's only bringing books of the red in the title right now.
He hasn't gone into other colors. My favorite flavor. He's going to be reading the red font
spot. That was the last week's episode. It was time where the red curtain flavor grows.
Let's start out with a little bit of corrections. The grapes of wrath.
The great great of wrath. The purple stuff of wrath. The color purple flavor.
The sunny D also rises. It's always sunny D in Philadelphia.
And we are four minutes in. And it already feels like 40.
I just found out that's not real orange juice. Really? He's got orange drink.
It's like 15,000 fruits at once. I was almost there and went, you know what, I'm going to hold off
because this, no good, can come from this.
No, terrible drink. It's fabulous.
I have a super bite of tasty beverage and try to watch this down.
As long as it's that sunny D.
Oh, it's going to be such a long bite.
And we are five and a half minutes in.
I listened to the last week's show. It was clean.
I'm not probably going to be able to say about the same thing next week.
No, no, because it's going to be anything but clean.
What, yeah, there you go. That means to thank you.
What I saw that this was the cast we were throwing together. I'm like, wow, this is going to be an epic.
There will be greatest, greatest hits moments. Go lore.
I'm not going to have to have a show next week. Could you just replay this one?
Don't try to say your sorry.
I'm just trying to gather my thoughts correctly because this is just...
You don't have a basket that big.
All right, Amber that big. What did it say? Don't get it.
All right, no NASCAR to talk about this week because there's no race last weekend.
So everything stays the same. They are racing at Brickyard tomorrow.
Sponsored by Golden Corral. Wow. I missed something.
Probably a good thing. Oh, just Golden Corral. All we need is a Walmart sponsorship and
have the official food be spam. Let us just go ahead and start with TV talk tonight.
Oh, dear lord. Well, we've got to start with our farewell. We had a pretty big farewell in the
world of television this week as Sherman Alexander Hemsley died this week, born February 1, 1938.
And you know what I forgot that he had done? He was the boss on dinosaurs. Oh, yeah, he was.
I forgot all about that. Never watched that show. He was a triceratops and BP Richfield.
That was the greatest show. How did you say that? That's a Jim Henson show and you didn't watch it because I hated the baby.
That was all I love you. He was the baby. You got to love him. No, I don't. That's why I didn't like that show.
And the guy that did the main Joe Alaska was the voice of the main dinosaur who also did a plucky duck.
Turn this down David. David Crowder bands are men and all over. This is really heavy.
Do we not have the Jefferson's name? I only on karaoke. That will do.
But it locks up the system. It's just fun. He was raised in South Philadelphia, unlike
Westfield. That was Will Smith, which he also starred with on. Did not meet his father until he was 14.
That's most black people. For those of you that don't know Brandon, he is African American.
So he can say stuff like that. This is not a wow. And we're eight and a half minutes in.
Okay. He performed with local theater groups in Philadelphia before he moved to New York.
And I'm not going to say the name of the ensemble company he worked with because only Brandon can say terms like that.
It's not the bad word. It's just one that they would hope not.
Let's see. He did some work with Norman Lear, of course, on all in the family because the Jefferson's was a spinoff of all in the family that ran for 10 years.
Of course, he did amen. In 1986, he was earnest fry. That went five more seasons than just that.
And then after dinosaurs, he did do stuff in the Fresh Prince of Bel Air.
Um, he actually did dry cleaning conventions.
No, I'm serious. On the Wikipedia. He did commercials for the gap. Old Navy and Denny's and dry cleaning conventions.
Because if you don't know, that's how he made it. That was in on the Jefferson's. That's how George Jefferson made his fortune.
Was in dry cleaning. That's genius. That is genius. I've never heard that. That's brilliant.
All I'm saying, Ted Danson, you need to go and do like the big food service convention that they do in Vegas every year.
Food and beverage or whatever they call that. He also played himself on Family Guy once.
He actually appeared in one of the American pie spin-offs called the Book of Love.
Oh, God. And then he reprised his role as George Jefferson along with Marley Gibbs as Florence Johnson on Tyler Harry's
Tyler Perry's House of Pain. Really?
He was also an accomplished jazz keyboardist. In 1989, released a single entitled Inside a Kick in the Head,
which was followed in 1992 with Dance, which is an album of R&B music.
That's what the kids say. In 1999, he collaborated with yes, lean singer John Anderson.
And he was a big fan of yes, General Giant, Gong, Gong, and Nectar, which are all progressive rock bands.
I've always seen this as reclusive.
Avoided the Hollywood line-might and in little of his personal life was public knowledge beyond the fact that he had never married and had no children.
Wow. Keep an auto money to myself. Wow.
And did you notice where he lived when he died? No. El Paso. No kidding.
It's your story. Read it right here.
So, farewell to one Sherman Hemsley. He will be missed.
Move it on up.
Did the east side? To a deluxe apartment in the sky?
Just because it's in a TV show don't make it not true.
I saw traffic thunder. Wow. That was just...
And see? And yeah, because that's like, you don't have the traffic thunder soundtrack, because it's on the soundtrack.
I don't have the traffic thunder soundtrack. I do, and you don't. That's weird.
Because I don't spend $90 dollars a day on places allegedly called the pirate bet.
Actually, I got that off of iTunes. The day after we saw the screen.
Thank you for throwing me under the line.
R-I-A bus.
This is the guy who talks about this almost every week on this show.
Dancing with the stars will debut in early October?
This is like their greatest. I'm sorry, September 24th.
Is this their best? This isn't all stars.
This is what they're calling this. Cast was announced on Friday.
Charlotte, you with me?
Sure.
Because we're going to defer to you on this.
Why me?
Because you're a chick and you do dancing.
She doesn't watch this crap.
She doesn't watch this show.
But there's celebrities involved.
And you may know who some of these people are.
Okay.
Hit me. Let's see what happens.
I'd rather not.
We just watched a commercial that told me not to do that.
They said we don't hit women.
That's right.
And you're not desperate.
Um, Melissa Rycroft?
No idea.
She was from the bachelor.
I will definitely never watch that show.
Kelly Monaco?
She's a soap opera.
Been in Playboy as well.
That's why I remember the name.
Sean Johnson?
The gymnasts?
Yeah.
The one who couldn't compete this year because of her leg injury.
Kirstie Alley?
Who's going to have to pick her up this season?
Uh, the only person not trying to pick up Pamela Anderson.
And I saved your, your, your A-list female for last
as we get the
resurgence of Bristol, Palin.
She needs some money.
She's got a kid.
No.
Excuse you.
Wow.
That's Grumptus Burger.
Didn't sit well with you.
Did it.
Well, thank you.
I've been swimming in rough sewage.
I love it.
That could be said of anybody in this room.
Because we all ate the same thing.
On the men's side?
And I think Jill's almost knocked herself in the microphone.
Gillis Merini?
Who?
He's an actor of some form.
See on Telemundo?
He might be.
Le Mundo.
Don't forget to drink but twice there.
He's the king of ears.
Apollo Antonona?
The skater?
Skater.
Yeah, he won a couple skaters ago.
Uh, Gillis Merini was in sex in the city.
Oh.
Who did he play?
I'm looking that up for you right now.
He played the Casanova living in the beach house next
to Kim Katrou on the film.
Oh, yeah.
She just sat there and watched him get it on with other chicks.
That was his only role in the film.
Is that the most 70s phrase ever used on the show?
He did it on the other chick.
Well, there was another word I was going to use
but the family show.
I'm glad you didn't.
He's done two episodes of Hot and Cleveland.
Oh, he's on that show that's on ABC Family that switched at birth.
What's about two girls that got switched at birth?
It's on Family.
He's the family.
She did an episode of our their Chelsea.
Chelsea makes on a plane.
Uh, he was palo, the squire and the video short
Pussin Boots, the three Diablos.
He's on Brothers and Sisters or was.
Um, did a couple episodes of Nip Tuck.
Nip Nip Tuck.
Wow, we were really, really digging for, for a fricking.
Yeah, there's that participants on this show.
Yeah, so let me just like to repay this.
This is the All Stars, what I remind you.
Uh, Helio Castranivas.
Race car driver.
Also, Mr. Ashley Judd.
Just won the Indy 500.
Get for him.
And it's Smith.
Okay.
He'll win it.
Drew Lackie.
Nice.
Wow, he's on two shows at once then.
Because he's on that Star's Earned Stripes as well.
They've already taped all that though.
Yeah, but still, man, you're going to be like.
And, uh, Joey Fat One.
Joey Fat One.
Oh, Joey Fat One.
I'm sure I said I'm a Saturday robot chicken.
What did they come call it?
He like turned it to the karate kid.
They come calling Joey Fat One.
And the viewers actually get to choose the 13.
Member of this competition.
Between a Kyle Massey,
a Sabrina Bryan,
and the very batting for the other team,
Carson Cressley.
That was from Queer Eye.
There's not an option for none of the above on that ballot.
There is an option for,
I'm not watching this.
Is there an option that says,
let's put them all in a hunger game
instead of a dancing contest?
Kill them all at cast.
Boy, how many of those jokes came up last night?
Oh, I had plenty.
Somebody said that they should all tear off their uniforms
and set them on fire hunger game style.
Or, what was it somebody said?
They should cage in the entire stadium, right?
As soon as everybody gets in and the queen says,
enjoy the hunger game.
Happy hunger game.
The odds forever be in your favor.
Uh, but no, the Johnson's lies have been on for you.
This is an all-stars thing that they're doing.
This is their bit.
It's just easy.
Even, even people that want it already
can come back and win it in.
Emmett's in it.
And he wanted Drew one also, I thought.
Drew Lackie one.
I think so.
Lashay.
That's what the, did you ever see that started out live
when he hosted?
No.
Back with Jimmy Fallon was doing that.
Greg, we're back.
Oh, he has Drew Lackie farted in the computer.
In the computer, we're going to go.
He was going back and forth.
That's how Drew Lackie.
You know, it's messed up though
when they showed the title card for stars,
earned stripes.
The one person that wasn't on the screen
that they showed.
Who do you think?
The Eve?
Yep.
There's a picture of her that's surfaced though.
But for the graphic, they kept showing
during opening ceremonies last night.
They showed the ad like four or five times.
But it was not NBC.
Yeah.
Who's owned by Universal?
Right.
Who else owns USA?
Right.
Who's in the strategic partnership with WWE?
Right.
And cheesy.
And the one not in the title.
Seven.
I'll leave that alone.
Pop shoot about.
Larry Fishbone.
The great Larry Fishbone.
We'll be joining the cast of Hannibal.
Really?
Yes.
Oh, Fishburn.
Yes.
Oh, is he?
He is.
So he's leading.
No idea what it's going to be.
Oh, yeah, he already left.
Let's say he already left CSI last season.
Or not two seasons ago.
He is going to play the boss of FBI
Will agent Will Graham.
Really?
Yep.
He will be played by Hugh Dancy.
Is he on 2020?
Hugh Dancy?
That's Hugh Dancy, I'm sorry.
Uh, he's no longer with us.
I want to say what was that Cinderella movie
that drew Barrymore made?
Ever after.
Yeah, he was the prince in that.
Oh, is he?
He was your original choice for the Wolverine.
No.
Before they went for her jacket.
Okay.
So he went from Dancy to Jagman.
Um, sorry about the bad luck for AMCs that killing
as it does not get a third season.
A lot of people said this second season was terrible.
So there's that.
And then there's this next story.
Um,
not sure how I feel about this.
By the way, we're kind of kind of rushed
to some things tonight because we got a lot of wrestling talk tonight.
So oh god.
This song's becoming a big player on this show.
Well, could this type of the greatest comic book film ever?
In your opinion,
we're going to go to the other show that's going tonight.
ABC
wants to turn the Avengers into a prime time television series.
Oh boy.
No.
Find a shark and put it in a tank.
And I don't mean the show that they have as well.
Called Shark Tank.
An apropos.
It'd be really funny.
Keep putting it on right after Shark Tank on Friday nights.
I'm not good with this.
Leave this alone.
Yeah, leave this alone.
Leave it theatrical.
Because you will screw this up, ABC.
You can, you can let Disney Channel do the animated series.
Because Earth's Smitey's Avengers, which apparently now has been cancelled as well.
They're not getting another season from what I'm talking about.
Earth's Smitey's heroes is done.
It's on top.
God.
They were just really picking up steam too.
Would they do it without any main character, though?
No hope.
Unless they did it with,
was the East Coast Avengers?
Was it title ad for a while?
I mean, leave it alone.
If they wouldn't be.
Leave it with me.
If they go with lesser known Avengers that aren't already in the film franchise,
okay.
But if you can't get downy,
if you can't get this, if this can't,
if this can't be TV.
I know vision is supposed to be in tomorrow's episode.
What is?
Vision is supposed to be in tomorrow's episode.
I'm like three episodes behind.
I mean, if they can't get the original cast,
which we know they can't afford to put on television,
if they can't get them to reprise their roles on the small screen,
don't waste your time.
Let it be.
Toby Keith has turned down American Idol.
At least somebody has.
Well, they paid a Mariah 18 million freaking dollars.
We're going to talk about her here in a little while too.
What, ESPN news is totally frozen up now isn't it?
Oh, what's going on there?
I don't know if that's my TV or if that's just you.
Well, it's just been doing it all day.
Oh, has it, okay.
This bad?
I mean, it's been like this since we started.
It's been freezing up on and off all day.
Yeah, anybody listening,
if you're watching ESPN,
is it still frozen on your TV, too?
Speaking of the Olympics,
if we were,
did you see the numbers?
You're opening Olympic ceremonies last night broadcast on your local NBC affiliate.
Highest summer ratings ever.
Average 40.7 million viewers during the opening ceremony.
That's a lot for a Friday night show too.
It beats Atlanta by almost a million viewers
and it beats Beijing by over six million.
The two behind them didn't even clear 30.
Really?
And that's Sydney and...
Barcelona?
No.
Seoul.
Yeah.
I always, that's those numbers I thought were staggering.
Everybody's been talking about it.
It's on my DVR.
I haven't watched it yet.
I watched this and as I got home.
So, I'm going to try to watch some of it tonight after we get off the air
but I've got to go to bed at some point.
I got to get a burly in the morning.
You can, I think you can rush there regularly quickly.
Cannot really?
I really do think you can.
It's just, it's just...
I like the Macy's Thanksgiving day parade.
Well, when they started out with...
They stopped into a musical number.
No, no, they really don't.
They like, they start out with a...
No, Kristen Chenoweth singing.
No.
The most wonderful time of the year.
They start out what looks like,
it basically looks like the Shire.
And then they show it going from there to the Industrial Revolution.
And they, they take all these volunteers that are dressed in, you know,
old, old-style outfits.
And they take the set apart piece by piece.
And it takes them like 15 minutes to do it.
So, so you could just burn through them, deconstructing the set.
And I think they go to a commercial break and they're still taking it apart.
So, you can burn through a lot of that stuff.
I mean, with some impressive set pieces, the fireworks were amazing.
What they do with the rings themselves is impressive.
Little FX news.
Congratulations to Louis that gets renewed for another season.
I know that makes you happy.
Enjoy that show very much.
And anger management, they are saying will likely get renewed.
Apparently, Martin Sheen was on the last episode.
And he did, they did...
Oh, Martin Sheen did Brando's speech from Apocalypse Now.
Oh God.
But apparently, he will be a full-time cast member.
John's joined us.
Welcome back, sir.
So, at no point did they look at each other and say I love you on Wall Street.
I don't think so.
And a little bit of modern family drama this week.
They all sue Fox Television for $20 million.
And then they get the deal settled.
And apparently, now,
every person is now in six digits per episode of that show.
Even the children.
Yep.
Except, Ed O'Neill, he got a $100,000 raise.
Yeah, they said the kids are raising.
I need to walk out of the seat for just a minute.
So, talk amongst yourselves.
Do you watch that show?
I love that show.
It's hilarious.
I've never watched it.
It looks good.
It is.
Like, and it's not one of those where like,
oh, you're too far in for it to, for you to catch on.
You can.
It's great.
It's hilarious.
But, you know, Ed O'Neill, like, he was getting paid the most out of all of them.
And he wasn't making a big stink about how much he was getting paid.
He's probably glad to get everybody else.
He's like, he's got a gig.
Yeah.
But, I mean, the Sophia, what's her last name?
Bugara.
Bugara.
Yeah, she's like the highest paid woman in television right now.
Really?
Yeah.
But.
And they're arguing about money.
They're arguing about money, as always.
I don't know.
It's just kind of like, are the kids, I mean,
are the kids really making a big stink?
I mean, can they really make a big stink about it?
That's what I read was that.
I mean.
But they were complaining now that they weren't getting paid.
Like, which one of those kids was all like,
I'm not getting paid enough.
The parents?
That's ridiculous.
There's the meal ticket wasn't bringing him enough bacon apparently.
But, they're kids.
Like, how much money do you need to give them?
You can just get in the allowance.
They get only 10,000 of it.
Not sad.
Like a hundred grand in episode.
Yeah, yeah.
Well, I thought it was just like the older people
that were making a big stink.
See, the sources say 13-year-old Rico Rodriguez
who plays Mani.
Yeah.
13-year-old Nolan Gould who plays Luke.
14-year-old Ariel Winter who plays Alex
and 21-year-old Sarah Highland who plays Haley
and is more of a young adult.
We'll begin talking to the show's studio
about the subject next week.
Though their conversations are expected to be less
contentious than those of the grown-up actors.
So, but the adults made the big stink first
and now the kids are all like,
maybe we should as well.
Yeah.
I'm like, you see Reverend Andrews joined us as well.
I'm going to see you.
So, he was so well.
Do you want to know why they let Meg Ryan
sing Hey, Judith the Ender?
Or she and Paul McCarty know how to do it?
Wow!
Good God!
That was harsh.
God almighty.
Wow.
The Reverend bringing the funny today.
Awesome.
You are listening to the clubhouse.
We are live every Saturday night.
Make sure you join us.
Don't forget to join us August the 19th
Fox and Hound Richardson in Richardson Texas.
We're just moving on.
Straight to hell, Sarah.
Hell with gasoline panties on.
Let's do a little baseball talk,
because we are your one stop shop.
We're all doing sports and entertainment.
Have you noticed how there's been like no singaways?
He's just like screw it.
Let's go to the next one.
Yeah, and we're just moving.
He's just happy.
We're still on the air.
But we're still an aspect.
Each hero is now a Yankee.
Boo.
What are the Yankees?
Charlotte.
Avaldoers.
Thank you.
Now each hero is an evil dude.
And Aero is an evil dude with a broken hand.
That, that to be is the
animal joke hotline to chick McGee.
That's just, I'm done with that.
Baby still walks into a club line.
That, whatever she does,
evil dudes is the same effect on me.
I can't.
But, but I'll tell you this,
the Seattle fans much respect in them,
because they gave him a standing o.
Good.
They gave him respect,
because that doesn't happen very often.
And apparently, the Yankees asked a lot of him,
and he was like, okay,
if they're making him change the position, he plays.
Sit down when I play live.
Sell out pictures.
I mean, wouldn't you want out of Seattle?
You've been in your whole career,
and got a big back at nothing out of it?
I can't really blame the guy.
I don't know.
I guess I just don't see it.
Like, I'm just happy to get a paycheck.
And I guess he was.
I'm sure he got a raise.
Now there's a way from the Emerald City.
He doesn't have to worry about,
but he's playing.
He's playing mixed up my references.
Wait, he's playing where?
Yeah, that's true.
God's little did attack you.
Yeah, he did.
He's attacking New York in 98,
if I remember correctly.
Is Hedeki Masui still there?
I don't know.
Oh, that increases the chances, though.
That ain't wrong.
Time to time.
Well, there's a couple of little twin Japanese guys
who are singing.
Who might attack there?
Robert's me, the Robert's me, the Robert's me,
the Robert's me.
So, two twin girls from Mothra come out singing the anthem.
We know where it's group.
One of the greatest South Park episodes ever.
Give me a back home by my side, Ten.
So great.
Also, Zach Grinky.
Ace from the Milwaukee Brewers, now plays for.
Nah.
I couldn't get smoke.
I had to use it for something.
It's like you just yelled it to a well.
Well, take little timmy's down there.
I had to go.
I was communicating with him.
You must sit on his skin or else it gets the hose again.
Put the lotion in the bathroom.
You do not have a prayer tonight, sir.
Sure, don't, sir.
I'm going to take a nap and, uh,
Oh, we'll definitely be off the air for the time you right go.
I'm going to take a nap.
Family show, shmammally show.
Uh, the family show, the family show.
We don't have the NBA news, but we'll do some breaking right now.
The magic have hired Jacques Vaughn as their new head coach.
Who apparently is a former spur great.
Great.
That's kind of froggy to me.
This is somebody to put the blame on.
Somebody else for doing Howard to talk crap about.
Yeah.
And Dwight Howard.
Everybody that maybe you'll be the one to take us off there.
I did not say the word y'all look alike.
Wow.
I don't believe I said that.
Next topic, next topic, next topic.
Let's go to your current major league standings.
Show me giant behind the curtain.
Giant awkward turtle.
No, that's like an awkward turtle the size of this.
Out like camera.
Yeah.
Gamora Gamora.
Why does that sound like the the Japanese version of the Spider-Man?
It basically is.
Everything has got three syllables.
And Cheryl is beloved American league east.
She can now start shaking her fist and yelling curses at the Toronto blue jays
because they have now sunk her red socks back into last place.
Dang Canadians.
I think there's about there's like one other last week.
I think there's like they're able to risk.
John Candy almost invaded them and his last is his final film.
Canadian bacon.
But they're only two games ahead of you.
So there's that.
But like I said last week there might be a conversion involved.
You may have to do some investigating on that.
A conversion?
Like because they're Canadian.
They might be getting extra games.
Yeah, because they use the loony rather than.
It's the tuning.
Yes.
Yes, you're your wife who's a British.
This said this correct.
It's a tuning of a loony.
That was a loony.
No loonies.
Isn't that a British thing?
Oh wait.
We're going to hold off on this.
Yeah, you're going to hold up on this.
Yeah, you're going to hold off on this.
Back that up.
We're going to go to the other side.
We're going to music.
Chad just said back that up.
Back that thing up.
That's for you sir.
But Toronto is also tied with the Tampa Bay race
who are nine and a half games back.
The Baltimore Orioles now eight and a half games behind the Yankees.
I believe that is the largest margin in the league.
It's a sizable margin.
That's that's the only what's his name
but an algorithm that I can do.
They're winning by a sizable margin.
But you're just only above a gump when you do it.
You've heard him talk.
You ever heard Gore talk?
I invented the internet.
Tipper, but Tipper, yeah, I got no legs.
I have Tipper going.
Actually, they're they're they're not together anymore correct.
But I won't say this.
The Yankees do not have the highest run differential in the league.
But I believe they have the best record.
They do, but not by much.
In the AL Central, the Kansas City Royals
who apparently had a really high sense of entitlement
during all-star week.
Yeah.
Who is four who are 41 and 59 are 13 and a half games out of first place.
The Minnesota twins are a half game better than them.
What that sink in.
The Cleveland Indians now are a bunch of games ahead of them.
They are four and a half back.
The Detroit Tigers.
Now two games back of the Chicago White Sox.
In the AL West,
the aforementioned Seattle Mariners
and their quest for mediocrity
are 14 and a half games back of first place.
Oh, by the way, the Minnesota twins have a run differential of minus 95.
Not the worst in the league, my friends.
Oh no, there's one worse.
Wait, see here this one.
Uh, Oakland, 10 games better than Seattle.
Laugh.
The Los Angeles Angels of Amahime.
Los Angeles County, California,
America, North America, Earth, Milky Way.
Alpha quarter.
Our four games behind Chad's beloved Texas Rangers.
By the way, your Rangers have the best run differential in the league at plus 85 right now,
but they've lost to one game.
They're doing really well, though, at home.
31 and 18 at home this year, sir.
Cali.
God, I always look at Oakland's heck.
In the National League West,
the Colorado Rockies are 17 games out of first place.
So that Jamie Moore, your thing, and that didn't really work out.
The San Diego Padres, 12 and a half games back,
the Arizona Diamondbacks are at 500.
Can you believe we played 100 games?
It doesn't seem like.
They're 50 and 50 right now.
And then you have the Los Angeles, the Lads
of the Los Angeles Dodgers.
See what I did there?
Hey, okay.
Thank you, Greg Han.
But the Dodgers are only one game back of the San Francisco Giants right now.
So got a bit of a battle going on there in the National League West,
in the NL Central.
Let's talk about the Houston Astros right now, shall we?
Let's.
With their 337 win percentages, they are 34 and 67.
They are 26 games out of first place.
What is going on here?
Oh, women's soccer getting checked.
That looks like rugby.
And the Houston Astros are still eight games behind the Cubs.
The Cubs are four behind the Brewers.
The Brewers are eight games behind the Cardinals.
The Pirates now are only two games out of first place.
Oh, it's team has joined us, too.
I hope you're feeling better, brother.
And by the way, the Houston Astros,
we're running different, showing the league.
Anybody want to take a guess?
Negative 110.
Okay, Brandon?
I'm gonna say like 120.
Chad?
105.
Charlotte is the closest without going over.
Brandon, you missed it by one.
They are a negative 119 in one differential.
Oh, there can only be one.
And the Cincinnati Reds, so in first place.
59 and 40 for Cincinnati.
They've won their last eight straight.
And of course, in the only division that matters the NL East,
the Phillies are still in last place.
You're welcome, America.
The Marlins, my beloved Marlins are only a half game better than them.
The Mets are in the middle of the pack, and my Braves are now four games behind
the Washington Nattinals, and my Braves have won three straight.
So, that is your update for Major League Baseball.
Remember, you are listening to the clubhouse live every Saturday night at eight o'clock
of the East Coast, five o'clock on the West Coast.
We are smack dab strong going into season three,
which they said it wouldn't last.
I don't know who they are, but they said that.
Who said that?
I don't know.
Sorry, evil dudes.
There you go.
They don't get cool.
They don't get cool.
The only one that could have been bust into a courtroom on family guy.
We are your one-stop shopper all things sports and entertainment.

That Rob Irvin that has spelled E-R-V-I-N.
I am at chat in PG69.
At Dark Wahlberg.
Charlotte Parcom Pinterest, which has new categories, by the way.
She has been.
Jules has been doing nothing but Pinterest like the past couple of nights.
So there's that.
It's like crack on the internet.
What? There's crack on the internet?
Yeah, if I say you don't know.
That was going to say,
when hasn't there been crack on the internet?
Oh, and by the way, I actually want to remind us that Andrew Beckham is King of Poland.
King of Poland.
Yes, dope.
So if Andrew's there, there's also dope on the internet.
I think Andrew needs to change his Twitter handle to random texture.
Yeah.
Oh, man, here's the word.
That's the worst, but just out of nowhere, you'll get a text.
And it's always something cool.
But it's like, how did that get to me?
Like, he finds a four horseman teacher.
And I'm like, that's awesome.
But what?
I always want to have like the price of it.
That genius that is Andrew Beckham.
I always want to have the price of T and China available so I can send him back with you.
That was my response.
I was like, I forgot.
Andrew had my phone number.
I thought I blocked him.
Careful.
All right, let's do a little music talk, shall we?
Come, do you want to stand back?
Unfortunately, I could not print up run sheets for everybody's night,
so I'm the only person that has the run sheet.
We're going commando.
How?
Working with that a net or a dynamic or Frankie.
If you had a run sheet, the first item in music talk
would be Madonna is a moron.
Yes, she is.
And she proves it week after week.
Chad, I'm going to let you start.
Actually, no, you do the thing about the.
But does you want to do a chronologically that?
Yeah.
As we all know, we talked about on this show last week about the absolute
horrific tragedy that happened in Aurora, Colorado,
last early Friday morning.
Madonna, even though this was part of her show before that,
decides that it's important to keep in her show.
The part of the show where she comes out caring,
machine guns, and firing them at the crowd.
Yeah.
That's classy.
Yeah, you stay classy, match.
And so then there's this.
Jen, then she, uh, she, she books a, uh, a gig at a club at a historic club in
Paris that seats about what, 2,500 people probably smells really bad.
Yeah, smells like, uh, smells like frog.
And, um, I energy drink this almost went over.
And we haven't done that bit forever.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha.
See now you know how I felt for the last 40 minutes.
She, they, they announced this show.
They've got people camping out in the streets for two, three days,
paying upwards of what, what was it like, 280 euro?
Yeah, it does not, which, what is that about conversion?
What is it?
Yeah, what is the euro conversion rate?
$7.36.
I thought it was almost two to one.
Like if something is 280 euros, Jules, do you have any idea what it would be here?
Never bought an item.
They were, no idea.
Anyway, there's a lot, okay.
A lot of money for a ticket.
And sleeping in smelly street.
Right.
She shows up for this show,
plays for 45 minutes, and then walks off the stage.
But here's my thing with that.
Is it douchey?
Yes.
But first of all, you paid the money.
And maybe, maybe that's her way of rebelling against the French, Charlotte?
Yeah.
There's something like speed buggy with a head cold.
What's that, what's that, sorry?
Oh, oh, oh, oh, what song is that?
There's a song where they make that, no.
Lagrange.
Oh, oh, oh, oh.
No, there's another one though.
That sounds more like what she just did.
That's what that...
I'm sorry, I got it.
But again, um,
Don says one euro is about a buck 24 as a Friday trading.
So it's pretty close.
Okay.
But still, that's what, 350 bucks?
Yeah.
For a 45 minute show, I don't think so.
I think...
That's because of Eric Jordan's.
Yeah.
So they were, they were...
That's 350 things at the dollar store.
You're spending too much time at the dollar store.
300 double stacks from Wendy.
700 tacos a chicken box.
There you go.
There you go.
That could feed you for a week.
Um,
but uh,
it, they started calling her slut.
I mean,
in French or poor.
In French, you know,
which is...
I don't know what's in the hall.
I think I saw Lopez.
I don't know how you chant that.
But I'm sure it sounded really cool when they did it, you know.
But uh,
they just,
they ravaged her whenever she walked out that stage.
And she never released a statement, did she?
No.
I believe her statement was two single fingers in the air
and she drove away
in her $9,000 hour limo.
With her creeping 90-year-old body.
You know, she could be like the new Jack Lorraine.
I'm just saying.
Just I'm not a fan of the woman I haven't been for quite a while.
Quite a while.
I was done with her right around 92.
Right after the blonde ambition tour,
I was kind of,
I kind of clocked out on her.
I mean, I know she got a lot of viewers to watch the halftime show this year, but
she...
And it wasn't decent halftime show,
but it didn't make me respect her.
No.
And this doesn't help.
No, this doesn't help at all.
And then Charlotte mentioned something about a video
where she's got a bunch of swastikers in it,
although Doc would enjoy that.
And we have something special for Doc,
here it'll later in the show.
And what did you look,
you look at the ticket prices,
because she's going to be playing here in October, right?
Yeah, the cheap seats,
including fees are $85.
At the American Airlines Center,
and she's doing two shows.
Yeah.
I don't think she sells one of them out much less, too.
Yeah, if we couldn't,
if we wouldn't fork out the money to go see the show that's showing there tonight,
we sure as heck wouldn't,
we wouldn't bother with this one.
That makes me sad.
Yeah, it makes me sad, too.
Nicki Minaj?
Yeah.
Shut up.
It'd be worse with a cheap trick, kind of.
Okay, sorry.
Yeah.
Hey, Brandon.
Dude.
No, cheap trick.
Nicki Minaj, kind of the same thing.
I like cheap trick.
I like cheap trick.
I'm just saying,
Nicki Minaj is the cheap trick.
Wow!
What did you just say?
Whoa, you heard it!
You heard exactly what you think, you just heard it.
You'd rather watch Nicki Minaj.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
I said,
She likened the name of one band
to the lifestyle of the other person.
Oh, okay.
Okay.
And, and on that.
100% in on you.
Don't look so disgusted, Brandon.
You know she's right.
I'll agree to disagree.
I don't mean in front of me, in kind of my name.
I don't mean in front of me, in kind of my name.
You're doing, you're doing pounds sterling.
Can we just move on now, please?
I'm, I'm ready when you are.
I love being awesome.
She's Metallica.
That was a bitch who heard it.
Oh yeah, that's my energy drink.
Like I from my birthday a few years ago.
So I'm sorry, probably isn't real days to be now.
I bet you would taste great.
Metallica will be releasing a 3D concert film next year.
Does it work so well for Katie Perry?
I don't know, I kind of want to see this.
You do, nobody else does.
Justin Bieber's went off with a blast.
But Katie's did not.
Justin Bieber, Metallica.
And Katie Perry, Metallica.
Katie Perry is a little bit more, as, as hard as it is for me to even
form these words.
Katie Perry is a little bit more relevant to the kids nowadays.
And if, if she couldn't get kids into the theater,
nope, I don't see this happening for Metallica either.
I think the concert film is kind of a deal.
And they're going to do a new album,
right after they do the premiere of the movie.
They'll be finishing up the new album.
They should have done like a concert film for SNL, I think.
There's a DVD.
Yeah, but they should have done a theatrical thing.
Kind of like they do with kids.
They're probably still good if they want to.
Very excited about this next story.
Charlotte's going to be very excited about this next story.
Somebody has said we're doing one more tour and one more album.
Give it to me.
Really?
Yes, sir.
Ready today.
I am not.
And we may or may not have passed this guy on the road
leaving work the other guys.
He was just in town using night.
We passed this giant tour bus going down Thursday.
It was a nice one, I think it was says.
He goes, I bet you that's a, I bet you that's derriest this tour.
Beauty and the blowfish are getting back together for one day.
They apparently play four or five shows a year.
Because they do a charity call the the morning after the masters.
They do a golf tournament in South Carolina.
That benefits South Carolina educational programs.
Great.
So they still, they see.
Darius said, look, the country thinks what he called it is day job.
Because the country thinks what day job now.
Because but we're already planning to do one more album.
We're going to do one more tour.
We'll still do our charity stuff because you, but you know.
And it's not like country music is not treating him well.
No kidding.
Both of those albums are great.
The first one I thought was a lot better.
I think we're going to live with a much better album.
And his, his do it with Lionel on that freaking.
The ski he album was amazing.
So great.
The way you can barely tell of a part that I know it's true.
And we're booking this.
When this thing comes to Dallas, we're bringing it.
I saw the, I saw them at Taste Addison.
I guess.
One great show.
I'd go to this.
One thing I love about if you ever see Who Do You Live.
They do like a, a medley of cover songs.
And it's always predicated around like the last tour.
It was they predicated around love the one you're with.
But there's always a hip-hop song in the middle of it.
Like the first one I saw they had a video.
I have a video there's called Summer Camp with Trucks,
which is what they called her tour.
And they did bite the power.
And right in the middle they all got hats.
And all of a sudden I'm watching this and I'm going what?
And all of a sudden, there he says,
1989, here we go.
Another star was like, what?
And then when I saw them at Taste Addison, they did big pop up.
And I was like, yes!
These guys are cooler than a f*** they are.
They're so awesome.
Well then they do a cover album and it's Smothered and Covered or something like that.
No, Scattered Smothered and Covered is a lot of B-sides and live pets.
Okay.
They've never done a cover album.
So I figured it'd call it Scattered Smothered and Covered in the video.
No, it just made sense to me.
No, they called it that because they ate it in a lot of waffle houses.
I know, but really, yeah.
They just say, it's not a good name for a cover album.
Just being silly.
So not as great of a name as their very first album that's a very rare thing.
And if anybody ever finds it and wants to give it to me,
do you have my eternal greatness?
What's their first album?
Gucci Pop.
I thought Crack Review is their first.
No, Crack Review is their first major label.
Their independent album is called Gucci Pop.
Okay.
And they did a Christmas album for the early fan club.
I'd actually had my hands on but couldn't.
It was on a cassette so I couldn't record it.
Back in those days.
Then we've got a guy who's had a little bit of legal trouble.
We'll kind of sort of, you could call it that.
It's a label for you.
Nope.
Bow out.
Nope.
This is not on the song.
Snoop, Snoop?
Uh-huh.
The Snoopy Dog Dog has been,
has been,
has been banned from the country of Norway for two years.
Darn that.
No, you're a big time.
You give banned from the whole country.
Last month, he tried to enter the country with eight grams of pot.
That's it.
Which for him is called Thursday.
Thursday before lunch.
He carries that much in his wallet.
My question is,
why is he going to Norway?
I guess he was maybe doing a concert over there.
Like Norway?
Or maybe he just got, maybe he just wanted to say,
you know, it's all gonna know, isn't it, isn't it?
Anyway, he wants to go to Norway,
so book him a plane.
I think.
No, that's not what he was doing.
Anyway, no way, that sounds kind of nice.
That's not what I said, but that's where I'll go.
I've been to Norway.
They find him $2,000,
which he paid on the spot.
In pod.
Literally.
Literally.
Literally.
I got $1,000 in pod.
They suck green and thought it was money.
The greatest show ever.
Oh my god.
Basically, his reaction was,
all right, so I don't come to Norway for a couple of years.
It's cool.
That was his entire reaction.
That's, but he's basically, basically, what he said.
We should go without red sheets every week.
It's their loss.
Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.
They won't get to hear this.
But the first country he's been banned from, is it?
Oh, I'm sure it's fine.
There's been other ones that said, don't come back.
But you know, but he has one of the greatest lines
said by an artist in a film ever.
In Sarski, you know a lot about golf.
No, a lot of moba grass.
Music releases in your local music house,
this coming Tuesday.
We have the return of Jackal.
So we got another band that played,
that used the chainsaw as an instrument.
And it sounds cool.
Returns with that album called Best in Show,
which is not a tribute to Fred Willard.
That joke of the week.
No, I can't say it out there.
I got a great Bob and Tom moment this week.
Also, a brand new album from someone who I am very on board with
and is finally stopped calling the house.
Not that gum time.
Jostone releases the Soul Sessions volume two.
Jostone.
I cannot believe the voice that comes out of this woman,
because she is smoking.
It just does not fit anyone who walks around barefoot.
But I'll tell you, she did that CMT Crossroads
with the Leanne Rhymes.
Not normally a big Leanne Rhymes fan,
but that was really cool.
Because they're about the same age.
So they were kind of comparing careers to them.
I liked it. It was good.
I bet they harmonized really well.
They did. It was good show.
Good show.
Also, a man who was about to play a concert
in an island off the coast of Alaska.
Oh, Brandon, you haven't heard the story?
Pitbull releases a new album called I Am Armando.
He does, this is genius.
Walmart does a contest online,
where they tell fans to go to their favorite Walmart's Facebook page.
And in a certain amount of time,
the Walmart that gets the most likes,
Pitbull will do a concert in that town.
First of all, never do this on the internet.
This is a bad idea.
So the winning Walmart by a country mile
is a Walmart on an island off the coast of Alaska.
He's gonna get there and they're gonna keep him.
But, but you always reaction was?
Anybody wants to party? I'mma go.
But, and so it kind of endeared me a little bit.
It endeared him a little bit to me because I was kind of like, you know,
he's taking it and stride.
And I got nothing against it, dude.
I think he's funny.
He, he looks like he smells like fried food and cheap cologne.
Yes, that's exactly what, yeah.
He looks like he smells nasty.
He's got a little friend mustache, the hall mustache.
Just smells like shame and regret and disappointment.
I almost had to, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh,
breath, it's not killing a lot of things.
Also, a brand new album and you got to roll with me on this.
One of my favorite bands of this ilk.
Real big fish.
Now, can I play the other real big fish songs that I love so much?
The only reason I play this is because she's,
Lee the Fort is opening for poison and death leopard on the rock of ages to her.
I know what like, this is with you.
I was even as who I'm talking about.
I was saying it is, huh?
She's getting back together.
Oh, good lord.
Now, this other one, I know you've heard before, Chad.
You have to roll with me a little bit on this because he had,
he explains the song before they play it.
Okay.
Now, if you will, gentlemen,
once let's put the song into perspective,
just so you guys can understand where I'm coming from when I sing this,
it's that the woman is the hunted, the animal.
And when I catch her being the predator, the hunter,
I'm going to kill her.
Maybe not kill her, but you know what I mean.
You silly guys, a little bit of hot and nookie,
a little bit of pinching squeal, whatever,
you know, however it goes.
For animals, right?
We're out of control.
Wait for it.
Okay, Mr. Family Chill.
Wait for it.
No, I can't play this.
It's been a really long time.
You're ready for it.
It's what I'm saying.
Pinch and squeal, really.
It's what the kids call it.
So give me a sign.
Genius.
Love it.
This is Richard Cheese.
It's a real big fish.
Look, great for the name of the new album.
Because you're talking about Hunchie.
Remember Hunchie's first album name?
That's Fist of Rage.
Oh, okay.
Is Fist of a Bunny on the cover?
The new real big fish album is called Candy-Coded Fury.
That's Apollo Antonino.
That's the Sasha Luka.
Are you doing it?
Rick Ross.
Rick Eroze releases God for Dives.
I don't.
You didn't tell us you were doing that now.
Hey, every day he's hustling, sir.
Huh?
And we have the return of an old school metal band.
I didn't know what's still around.
The new album is called Dark Roots of Earth
from Testaments.
Good Lord.
1989.
Check it back in.
And then a new album from these guys.
Really?
Yes, sir.
DFW's own.
Denny.
My BDFW's own.
Toties.
The new album is called Play Rock Music.
So it's Play Period, Rock Period, Music Period.
I love this song.
Did they play it at the St. Patrick's Day parade this year?
I believe they did, sir.
So they'll probably be doing a concert in Trees or something.
Probably.
See what?
Think about Trees.
I love Trees, which is for those of you that aren't local.
It's a club in a close to downtown area called DFL.
There's Sound Guy.
You talk about cranking into 11.
Last year, Barbarian, I went there to see Striper.
My ears rang for five days.
I was like, well, somebody answered that phone!
Not kidding.
I used to go there when I was like 17.
It was the cool place to go.
That was 10 years ago.
I've never set foot in that place.
Really? That's the presence.
I saw the Toties there.
The people that I was listening to never really played venues like that.
That's true.
Well, we go to like Trees or Trees in the Gypsy T-Room.
Oh, the Gypsy T-Room.
I love the Gypsy T-Room.
I saw the ghetto boys there.
Was it Halloween?
It was a Sunday.
Scarface.
Really?
Yeah?
They played a Gypsy T-Room?
Good Lord.
Let us move on.
You are listening to the Clubhouse Live,
each and every Saturday nights.
We like to have a good time.
We say this show is a couple hours of your life.
We hope you want one pack.
That's pretty much that's our slow kid.
But make sure you are a registered user right here on
YouStream joined our crowd.
When you're a registered user,
you can give us instant feedback in our chatroom
during the live show.
And if you happen to be listening on archive,
which happens almost immediately after we get off air,
you could actually, if there's someone else listening
to the same thing you're listening to,
you can actually chat with them at the same time.
It's kind of neat.
Let's do a little NFL talk because it's time.
There they show their,
they show their promos during the Olympics,
opening ceremonies last night.
Training camp is on, kids.
By the way, Steven John.
I don't know if you saw the breaking news on ESPN,
Tana Hill has come to an agreement with the dolphins.
So we might have a quarterback.
And if he fails, and I blame you.
Let's see if it says go Brazil.
Major League lacrosse on the end.
I love Major League lacrosse.
It used to be, you see the major indoor lacrosse.
It used to be the mill.
My favorite team is the Rochester Nighthawks.
Because they have a goalie that we used to call Buda
because he was as big as the goalie.
He could just stand there.
Nobody scored.
Ah, if only if it was the Major League.
Major indoor league.
Federation doesn't touch down Tana Hill.
It's Garbaggio.
Couple of interesting notes from around the NFL.
Joseph a die.
Thanks for coming by Camp at New England.
Left on day one.
Gee.
Apparently got up in the middle of conditioning drills
and just walked out all the time.
I had a girl do it to me once.
Oh.
Once?
To say.
And we have a title.
Wow.
Greatest slam ever.
Wow.
That one was served to me on a silver platter.
You might want to go outside and put the garden hose on your cell, Brandon.
You're still burning.
God.
Funny.
I just want to say me and Brandon do not hate each other
because when people are around us, they always think,
God, what did you all do to each other?
Why don't you all like each other?
I was like, we talked about this from my best friends.
You share the way she talks about people she hates.
No kidding.
I have.
And yeah, we can't do that.
Also,
congratulations as Don talks about his beloved Steelers.
Congratulations Antonio Brown.
Five years, 42 and a half million dollars for that kid.
So there's that.
And actually,
NFL is going to play into P-O-I here in just a minute.
But we should probably do P-O-I now because what I've got next
is going to kind of bring the whole showdown for a minute.
Okay.
So let's go ahead and do P-O-I now
because it does tie into the NFL.
Show me.
Point.
Point.
Didn't they eat that in Hawaii for a while?
It is, right?
What is it now?
It's like a past the point, Mahana.
It's like a porridge-type dish.
Man, people often say that when you,
once you start eating point and you look down 20 minutes later
and there's more there than when you started.
And it probably looks the same way.
Yeah, coming out.
Got like cream of wheat and we were growing up.
Oh, what is it that they eat in England spotted dick?
It's just the same thing.
Go ahead, Jules.
No, it's a real thing.
It's on the eyelid, Kroger, I thought.
Put a picture on Facebook, we know.
I was really hoping we would bring that.
She takes it to me.
It's gross, y'all.
Moving on.
P-O-I is a segment on this program that we do.
It's just race.
Where we take a person or an entity
and debate their greatness or lack thereof.
And as we are watching on our screen,
the studio right now with ESPN News
and my beloved dolphins being featured,
I want to talk about NFL pre-season.
This P-O-I belongs to me this week.
And should it exist?
Well, it has to exist on a certain level
because I understand the meaning behind it.
I just think we put, I mean, when NFL,
I mean, I understand NFL Network, it's their bit.
But when they're like, we show every pre-season game,
you can watch every pre-season game.
Sure, it'll be four in the morning on a Thursday,
but you can watch every pre-season game.
I don't care.
And don't you dare even have the idea to say to charge.
What was it 2000?
What was it 2004?
When the Cowboys did a scrimmage
and they broadcasted it?
I was like, really?
Like, I'm ready for the NFL season.
Don't get me wrong.
But I don't want to see a bunch of buried stringers.
But see, Steven talks about 20 bucks for all four games.
To me, you shouldn't charge people for pre-season football.
Are you serious?
When I said, don't charge me for it.
They're charging people for it?
No, even if you're a season ticket holder,
you don't get the option.
You pay for the pre-season games in Dallas for sure.
No, I'm talking about televised stuff.
No, no, no, if you want to-
He's talking about to go see them.
Oh, okay.
They shouldn't charge you for pre-season football.
They should do that when certain teams are on the road
and the playoffs and you can go to the arena and watch the games.
They shouldn't charge you more than five bucks.
And sit wherever you want.
And as long as it's not in the suite.
And season ticket holders still have to pay for-
Yep.
I'm sorry.
You should be-
Charlotte, we can defer to Charlotte on that
because her man friend-
He has season tickets to the college.
Oh, he doesn't have any more, does he?
Also, he did give in.
Because I know, Lyshaw, you guys had a horrible experience.
Yeah, they didn't-
Well, they got kicked out of the game.
And-
For standing up.
For standing up.
Told them they couldn't stand up during the game.
And they're like, dude, I pay money every year for the past like three years.
And you're going to kick me out for standing up and cheering when everybody else
is sitting down not even paying attention to the game at all.
I'm here to cheer for my team.
I'm not here, you know, just to look like I have money.
That's Dallas sports for you.
That's a good point.
That's just Dallas sports.
Nobody gets into anything.
And then there was the whole, you know, you got to pay for the first,
you know, playoff round or whatever,
even if they're not going to go to the playoffs.
Really?
Yeah, he had to pay like 750 bucks for the-
We had two tickets.
Yeah, 750 bucks for the first round of playoffs.
Whether they make it or not.
Whether they make it or not.
Do you get that refunded if they don't make it?
Yeah, you get that back, but you still have to pay it.
Right.
There's still enough front cars.
Right.
So-
That's horse poop.
Wow.
But then, I bet you they make you put that $750 to the next season's ticket.
Hey, why don't you just roll it over to next season's ticket.
How about you kiss my box?
They don't get you half a game.
You know what?
They charge you for internet at Geary World.
Yeah, I remember that.
Even if you have AT&T as your provider-
Even if you have AT&T as your provider, you can like log in.
But of course, it never works.
So if you really want to get on the internet,
you got to pay the $5.
Yeah, we found out that day that we were going to six flags
and we had AT&T as our provider and it's still didn't work.
Yeah.
God, what a rook.
What a rook job.
I've never had any use for freaking pre-season.
You know, you never see the starters
and you do the first one.
And then by the last one, it's just a bunch of guys
that will be back in groceries next year.
You guys will be on the bus in the next day.
And Jon makes a great point too.
He says it's needed but not for four games.
Two at the most.
Good, you end up guys getting guys hurt.
Yeah.
Exactly.
And it doesn't count.
That's why you'll hear me in about two weeks
that can we get to flip all the counts, please.
My thing is, they know who they're going to keep
probably after the first two weeks in practice.
But we get hard knocks out of it.
Which would be my beloved dolphins this year.
They know after the draft, too.
They're going to keep it.
They just want to give people false hope.
I just, I don't know.
Stephen says he has only five bucks in a paper bag
for Miami season tickets.
He's not lying.
They are my beloved dolphins.
I am wearing a dolphins t-shirt from the great Bruce room,
which is a wing chain in South Florida owned
by former dolphin gate, great Bob Rizinski.
Great food.
Oh, the food there's amazing.
And the one that's near the neighborhood I grew up in,
they just built a new one.
I think last year, it's freaking huge.
It's a, it's a beast of a building.
It's got a, and it's got a patty of it.
It's almost as big as the building itself.
You know, it's, you know, it's awesome.
You know, it's huge when you turn the word huge
into a two-some one.
Dude, dude, jump over there.
Wait.
I just, I won't watch a preseason game.
I can't do it because I just, it, it means nothing.
There's a Chris Rock line that comes to mind
about taxes on your paycheck
that I can't talk about on this show,
but that's how I feel.
That's why I know how to mind,
you mute the microphones.
But I'm just ready for, I'm ready for football accounts.
And I don't know how I feel about the Thursday night
opener anymore.
Especially since I work nights.
I can't watch it.
But I still think if you're going to do that Thursday night
game, it should be a rematch of last year's Super Bowl.
Is that the Hall of Fame game?
No, that's, that's a preseason game.
The Hall of Fame game, I think, I'll be like next week, next weekend.
Yeah, do you see who the Sunday night opener is?
No.
Your Super Bowl champions versus your Dallas Cowboys.
Yikes, you may allow us.
I'm going to be a blood band.
I'm on a boat with Magic Johnson wearing all Wattland
because I feel it makes me look 20 years younger.
So now I look 460.
Jerry Jones wearing all Wattland,
and he looks like the frickin mummy from the love of God.
It's like Carl Off, standing with him in Magic Johnson
and Dan Snyder, and Dan Snyder looks like he just came
from a business meeting.
He's like at a blue button down shirt.
What was Magic wearing?
Magic was just lounging, and he said,
oh, Dan Snyder, did you not bring the Karei wardrobe?
You are not, you are not prepared for the zombie.
I'm a gubacaba.
Okay, that bit went along.
Too long, that was the, that was the,
that was the family guy version of the show
with the bit goes just a little bit too long.
Now see if that had happened, I'd have been happy.
If that would have happened, I would have been happy.
If that guy was there, there's Jerry Jones,
and a lot, a lot, a lot, a lot.
That I'd have been happy.
Is that too much for me to ask?
This is dumb.
Oh my god, it's so inside, dude.
Don says the Superbow rematch cannot work in the regular season
and AFC plays an NFC team once every four years.
I'm gonna change the rule.
I'm about to say it's their tech and rule.
I mean, I just think, I think it would be a,
and Johnson does actually Wednesday night this year,
not Thursday night.
That poor juice, she just can't recover.
She is one of the worst, but she's not wearing headphones.
So she doesn't get the whole effectiveness.
Hey, Brad Kassowski.
Brad Kassowski.
I didn't see you were able to get it in, look at you.
Proud of you.
Just Shad's new bit with Brad Kassowski.
He says it like the little girl says Mike was asking you.
Mike was asking me to see.
That is the greatest movie.
Monsters Inc.
Are you on board with the prequel?
Oh, absolutely.
Monsters University.
Uh-huh.
Be out next summer, and are you on board with the
finding Nemo sequel that they're working on?
I do not know they're doing that.
Uh-huh.
I'm still waiting for despicable me to.
That was the greatest hits moment of the show.
If I ever have a bad day, I go to that YouTube video,
and I watch that.
Yes.
Still, I'm here.
Ba-ba-ba-na-na.
The best part is when you blow stuff.
We did that terrific serve.
That is one of those moments where I wish we had video
in the studio just for the look on Charlotte's face.
The fact that she was laughing and she wasn't making a sound.
Well, the fact that she laughed at first
and hadn't even seen it, she had just heard it.
Just hearing the description of it.
Oh.
Pull it up just for granted.
That's because I wanted to react like that again.
The in-ray punches in.
That's the best part.
It's like Hulk and Thor.
I just had a look on his face like, really?
That was the last minute and a half of my life.
We saw a poster up for it.
We went and saw Spider-Man's last week.
You know what we should do?
We should all learn different parts of it and do it.
Did you do it Harmony?
You do our own.
We wanted to butt Doc into that.
We wanted Doc to see Doc was wanted to send the rainbow connection.
We went and tried out for World Series of Pop Culture.
And we were going to do it like take six styles.
Or Chad was going to do the bass line
and I was going to sing the van show lines at boom.
But ding, good thing.
Good boom.
But ding.
And then he went out at the last minute.
Because Doc was going to be the one.
Aren't there so many songs about rainbows?
He wouldn't.
He'd chicken that.
We're like, we're doing it.
He's like, no, dude, I can't do it.
Why do you perform the front of people all the time?
Like, you're the one that's going to pop up with them?
And that's not the bit for Doc.
Because I'm telling you, there's a bit for Doc coming up later in the show.
Oh, goodie.
Can we, we can put it on the show?
Yes, we can.
We can.
We can't.
All right, let's go ahead and do a little on campus talk.
Because we're getting close to college football season.
It's my favorite time of year coming up in about three weeks.
Because college football kicks off, then pro football kicks off.
And I will be so happy.
But we're going to talk about some not so happy news
with college football as Penn State gets the hammer thrown down
on and this week from the NCAA.
I talked to Cody on the phone the other day.
Not sure what's Cody.
Former co-host of the show.
And he said he had a great line.
He goes, it's not the death penalty, but they got put in a coma.
And he's like, I said, dude, you're absolutely right.
I mean, $60 million in fines, 20 scholarships reduced,
a four-year bull band, and 111 wins removed going back to 1998.
State Farm has also dropped them as a sponsor.
I want to talk about these talking points one at a time.
Let's start with the fines.
General consensus is the room.
Too much, too little, right about right.
Too little.
Chad?
Save me for last.
Brandon?
$60 million doesn't really hurt him too much, though.
Okay, Chad.
You're going to end up with a lot.
My general consensus about this whole thing
is that they're punishing their own people.
This part of it, I don't think they are,
because they're punishing the university.
Because the university was involved in a cover-up.
I believe this is about half what it should be.
And we'll get to where I think the balance would come
here in just a minute.
But we've got to go through all the civil suits, too.
Right.
But is there really a number of value you can put on?
Absolutely not.
But I want to say where the balance comes in a little bit later.
Okay, 20 scholarships being reduced.
No, bad, bad.
This, I think, ties into Chad's point
of they're punishing their own people.
They are punishing their own.
Because, I mean, this point, you're taking away education,
instead of, I mean...
Well, okay, but where is the $60 million going?
Who's getting that?
I'm told it's going to the victims.
I was told that it was going to them
and to help other organizations that deal with child abuse.
Right.
I'm good.
I mean, I'm good with where it's going.
I think it needs to be double that.
But I also believe there's a balance.
Like, and we'll talk about that in a minute.
Brandon.
Yeah, you were right.
The $60 million, that's only one year.
One year revenue.
One year revenue.
A four-year bull band.
Yeah, because that's extra money.
They would have been...
But here's my thing.
And Cody and I talked about this on the phone the other day.
When was the last time Penn State was on a bull that meant crap?
Thank you.
They've kind of...
I believe point-proof it.
They've kind of been on the self-imposed bull band.
Johnson is going to charity organizations for awareness.
Here's my thing.
Two-year bull band, $120 million.
Yeah.
Because again, Penn State...
They haven't been on a bull that matters.
I think they made a rose bull once, like...
15 years ago, or something?
The scholarship thing is where I have my biggest...
One, two down ten.
The wins.
The last bull band.
The wins.
111 wins have done.
Which now means Bobby Bowden is your all-time wins leader.
Again, you're punishing the wrong people.
You're punishing students.
To me, this is the tiniest part of this.
Because they're not going to find all these athletes and go,
give me your bull ring back.
Give me your bull ring back.
Give me your bull ring back.
I need anything that says you have a like-
Okay, okay.
In saying that, why do it?
Because they can't.
I think they're trying to punish
the legacy of it.
I think that's what they're trying to do.
One of the questions that's come up on ESPN this week,
and I'm going to pose this to you guys.
In your eyes,
is Bobby Bowden the all-time wins leader?
No, he's still going to be second or third.
He's got that record with an asterisk by it.
Plain and simple.
Good point.
Well played.
It's kind of like...
But wouldn't Joe paternal have an asterisk by his name,
even if they didn't take the win the way?
The wins are still his, though.
Yeah, to me.
Yeah, but still, they're going to put an asterisk on it
because of everything that happened.
It's not like they're going to say his name and think,
oh, he's a record holder.
No, they're going to think this.
Now, here's the other thing.
With this part of the punishment,
we now have a void in history.
Because who's another team that had a bunch of wins
erased from them recently?
The Ohio State University who played Penn State in 2010.
So that game doesn't even exist.
Therein lies this conundrum.
Therein lies the rug.
And because like, uh, Don,
Don does so much great research for us.
They're in the Rose Bowl in 09,
the Orange Bowl in 06,
and the Fiesta Bowl in 97.
So two, two decent bulls in the span of the losses they're losing.
Just two.
Who was it that was playing for Washington now?
They said, wow,
everyone in my entire college career has now been wiped out.
Yeah, but to me,
to me again, to me, that's the least
big deal thing in this.
To you, yeah.
And that's what I said in my opinion to them.
You're punishing these guys that have long since moved from that university.
That absolutely nothing to do with this.
Why should they have to take it in the shorts?
But I'll tell you one thing that I thought was awesome.
And I don't know if you guys saw the footage.
Did you see the footage?
Because basically because of this, the NCN,
and this is where Charlene and I kind of had a discussion the other day.
Because you have the whole thing about punishing the wrong people.
You have to look at the other side of the coin.
All of those players have been told
if you want to transfer to another school,
you can do that and play now.
Because normally you have to wait a year.
But you can go right now,
you can transfer and you can play as long as you do it before
practice, but official fall practice begins.
You know how many of them have transferred?
Almost none.
Correct.
I give them credit for that.
And one of the athletes said something
that really stuck with me.
He said, one man did not build this program.
And you damn well better believe one man is not going to tear down this program.
I saw the press conference and I respect that.
And I think because there's one piece of this that I haven't seen,
I have not seen a TV pan.
Those kids are still going to get national exposure.
I just, I mean,
you've got to go to Pence and another thing happened this week with their coach Jim
Jim O'Brien, is that his name?
Yeah, new coach.
They said something.
There's something with 70 ESPN the other day and I was like,
you know what, they're absolutely right.
And then it happened.
Um, there was a, uh,
Andy Katz was on around the horn and he said,
if you're O'Brien, you tell the, you tell the university,
we're on a four-year ban.
I want a four-year extension on my contract.
Yeah.
And they gave it to him.
They gave it to him on Friday or third late Thursday early Friday.
So at least they're doing some things about this.
And we also saw earlier that the statue of Joe Patrano,
which was apparently just going to be moved,
has now been moved to an undisclosed location.
And they're not saying if it's honor off campus.
Uh,
I just, man,
it's, it's really hard to wrap your head around it.
Brent Musperger wanted a huge rant the other day about it,
saying how the NCAA has now established itself on a slippery slope,
because this is a legal matter, not a university matter.
I'm like, no, it affects the university.
It affects the image of the university.
It affects, it cuts both ways.
Yeah, it's a neither cuts both ways.
And the NCAA did what they have to do.
Yeah.
Because they couldn't have just said, well,
let the courts sort it out.
But then you're establishing an even more dangerous precedent.
We pretty much established your Brent Musperger's a babbling fool anyway.
There is that.
There are times I want to be like, what's his name on the water?
What?
Shut up, Brent.
Anything else anybody wants to talk about in this deal?
Uh, that's, no, I just,
You know, I mean,
you can do all that, but I mean,
it's going to take a good 20 years for this to all just blow over with the name.
And I mean, SMU, no, but see with SMU,
they officially got the death penalty.
But like we said, and that's the death penalty, but it's close.
It's very, very close.
But the reason it's not the death penalty is they still have a program.
And I think the NCAA learned after SMU
to actually kill a program all together for two years.
And you can't do any football activities at all.
Especially when that program funds all the other programs.
I mean, the only other thing Penn State really has going for right now is women's
basketball as far as I know.
Well, I'll have to see.
I mean, it's, we really can't say right now.
Well, say what?
There's also been two or three other schools in the big 10 that have already said,
we can't, we will not.
Not that we cannot.
We will not recruit Penn State players.
We won't do it out of respect for that program.
We will not go after those players.
Yeah, and they're already talking about these guys that are trying to swoop in
and swarm and pick these guys up as just absolute blood.
Well, there's, but there's, there's, there's like, I think there's been three
different top 10 teams that say I've told the press.
Yeah, we've been contacted by players.
The contact cuts both of those players have contacted this.
Yes, okay, but I know the coach O'Brien.
He was like as long as they hit coach or the athletic director calls him first
and say, hey, we want to talk to some of your players.
He said he had no problem with it long time ago.
And I think O'Brien's handling this well.
He's handling it right.
You know, he can't really take a side in this deal because he's caught in the cross.
He had nothing to do with it, but at the same time, he's now the face of Penn State football.
They need to bring in some sort of a liaison that says, if anybody wants to leave and they want
this to be done anonymously to keep this as low pro as possible.
I know that kid's going to show up in that program.
Well, but O'Brien's right.
Just calling.
And he's good with it.
Yeah, I agree with that sentiment and I think that's the right move.
But the fact that all of these players are sticking together, I respect that.
If any of those players were to leave, there's no way they're going to be able to do it gracefully.
I'd say and say face.
Anything else anybody want to add this?
That's.
Yeah, John says NCAA was actually considering shutting them down for four years.
Penn State actually said that.
We had heard at one point that NCAA wanted to shut the program down for four years.
It would have been disastrous.
And Penn State chose the penalties they got instead.
There's nothing you can't.
The NCAA knows better than to ever impose the death penalty again.
Again, go back and watch pony excess.
That tells you everything you need to know about.
We saw our branded pony excess.
Yeah, that tells you everything you need to know about the death penalty.
Why did SMU get it?
Illegal recruiting.
Yeah, they were paying players.
Illegal recruiting.
Well, I'm a listing little kid right.
Right.
No, I understand what you're saying.
But at the same time, you can't punish these kids for something that was done by somebody else.
No, but you also have to look at it as we're a team.
If one person does something bad,
I mean, that's how it was when I played sports.
Yeah, but none of these kids in this organization had that.
That's what this happened so long ago.
But it was just the university that covered it up for so long.
Kids had no idea it was even happening.
And now the one that had chose that chose to come forward
about being touched in the shower, he is suing.
He has taking legal action against the school.
So there is that.
You are listening to the clubhouse live each and every Saturday night,
eight o'clock on the east coast, five o'clock on the west coast.
Do not forget to join us at Fox and Houndon, Richardson, Texas on August the 19th
for Summerslam, the third major of the year.
Charlotte, are you going to be there?
I think so.
I'll check.
Brandon?
I'm going to try not to want to be there.
Chad, you're a 50-50 right now, because we don't know the schedule yet.
I will be there.
All I know is that we better start keeping our eyes open for the Slurpy cups.
Oh yeah, that's right, because I've never loved it since I've been doing those.
Slurpy cups and big gulp cups.
I always do their really cool 3D look.
Charlotte will have her 940th.
Oh, meant to tell you, Ms. Charlotte, we were at the blockbuster.
The only one we have left in our Fairburg last weekend.
They have a pink Audrey Hepburn poster.
Is it, she's standing up with the cigarette like this?
No, there's a quote on it.
Yeah, it's sitting down.
It's small.
That's just a hit shot.
But it's like two of your favorite things in the same place.
So, I say we have that blockbuster when we're done.
We can do that.
If we can, I don't want to put it up.
Not that one, the one that's just doing the same.
Oh, well, I don't want to put a movie in here because it might blow up.
No, that's what I'm saying.
Let's just go there and look around and see if they can do this.
For a little walk, for a little walk.
Remember, I got to get a sign here.
No, the one on Centerville and um,
the real big one, it's another one that's closing down.
Oh.
So they're doing the big mark down thing.
All right, let's talk about rest line.
We combine sports and entertainment for this segment of the show.
It is the bread and butter of this show.
Don said he'll be there.
Why don't we don't want us to plan a road trip to the,
to the Royal Rumble and Phoenix.
I hate Phoenix.
Phoenix in January.
Terrible city.
Wow.
I'll take Phoenix.
I'll take Phoenix over Tucson.
Brent.
What do you say?
I don't know.
City will have to bring his papers.
WWE is considering
making the legends bit a regular segment on the show.
So what he's later is going to get trashed every week now.
Not just leading up to the foul.
They got three hours to fill, sir.
I'm just saying, who's holding the gun to their head, forcing them to go three hours though?
Mark.
Ava Dears.
She's not lying.
There goes Jules again.
Why do we not have her mic?
This past Monday was Raw 1000, so let's talk about it.
This is going to take up a chunk of wrestling talk.
That's a lot happened, at least in my eyes.
And this may be the last time we hear this song played for this segment.
We'll know for sure Monday, because that was the theme song we use was just just for Raw 1000.
But something tells me this thing was all about change.
And let me first of all ask the opinions of everybody.
It's everybody watched Raw 1000.
Yes, I watched it.
Yes.
Okay.
First of all, what do you think of the new signature at the beginning?
Loved it.
I liked it.
Big fan.
Notice Flair was in it.
Yes.
I loved it.
That's probably my favorite one they've done.
And I like the new signature clothes too.
I haven't seen this.
Didn't see the way it ended?
The way the logo goes up on the floor.
C-L-O-S-E.
No, close.
C-A-C-L-O-T-H-E-S.
Signature opened, signature clothes.
Oh yeah, I did like that too.
Yeah.
I didn't notice a difference.
What was the difference?
How it kind of, when there's this WWE...
Very matrix-y.
Well, it's like the W's in the middle of the screen
and it kind of wraps around it
rather than the W's on the far left
and then the production comes out of the, you know,
it kind of just forms around it.
It's really neat looking.
It's subtle, but it's...
So, of course, as we knew, here's how the show started.
Boy, Sean could barely talk.
His voice is just as raspy as I've ever heard him do.
But can they do a shirt or what?
That shirt was awesome.
Yeah, I read a couple of the on-site reports
people said that thing was sold out like it.
Oh, you knew it was.
Can you get it on shop?
No, not really.
Not that I'm aware of.
Because it was event-exclusive.
Well, and the such the great thing about these two guys...
Stephen quoted the Oomphalumph line.
One thing that's always made Sean and Tripp so great
is we knew X-Pock was there.
We knew that was going to happen.
But just the way they worked up to it where H just went...
Did they use to be more of us?
Like, I got chills.
I marked out like a seven-year-old.
I screamed, yes, there was time up here!
And Cody was like, oh god.
Yeah, and that third one wasn't showing.
Yeah.
But the fact that Billy Gunn was there surprised me.
Because that dude's talked a lot of crap over the years.
Especially about Tripp, I just specifically.
And H still hugged him.
I thought that was awkward.
They didn't make it look awkward.
It was only awkward to you because you knew what to deal with.
That's true.
That's true.
But I was just like, wow.
But the casual viewer there were like, wow, cool.
It was great to see all five of them.
Even though X-Pock is aging.
They all look bad.
Like when they were doing, you know, they were just killing.
Like, they were going to bust a blood vessel if they kept doing that.
I feel like Cindy was talking about the old-school hip-hop.
Yeah, sure.
So I was just, can I get a ride, man?
Like the new set, it's a lot more open, very pay-per-view-ish.
It doesn't seem like it's like lopsided.
Like it has for the last couple of years.
I wonder how much money went into that whole re-imaging.
A $1,000,000.
A $1,000,000.
And is it going to look like that next week?
Or was that just for around 1,000?
Again, I don't know.
I hope they keep that look.
I do want to say we got JR for one segment.
And that match, really?
It couldn't have been the main event.
Yeah.
And by the way, worst go T ever.
Yes, terrible.
What was JR doing?
It looked like Evil JR.
It was like that one go T with the guy with the go T earlier,
who was underneath the chin.
It's like you didn't wash your chin, sir.
Kind of like Kevin with his mustache.
It looks like it's way too close to his lips.
Every once in a game.
Every once in a game.
Creative does something that completely catches me off guard.
The segment with Layla and AJ in the dressing room.
And I was watching your reaction when this happened.
First of all, how did Linda approve of that?
For those of you that don't know and didn't watch the show,
they were talking about, she was saying how AJ's mentally unstable.
And AJ's like, I'm unstable.
Have you looked around here, Layla?
And the very last segment they showed.
Well, get to what they showed first.
Was Duggan.
Tuck you later, Lanny.
And then we see our truth and piper.
Just keep it rough with an invisible little Jimmy.
Oh, man, he scared him off.
He ran away.
And then there stands Mae Young.
And a guy who's dressed in the Halloween costume,
that's the big hand.
And he has Mae Young's son all grown up.
See the look on his face right now?
I'm looking at him and I'm going, come on.
All I could, all I could utter was, oh dear.
Like, that just happened.
Like, oh my god.
That just happened.
The fact that Mark Henry wasn't there just kind of, I know.
God.
You got to think that Mark Henry was like, can I please be as far away from this as possible?
I just, wow.
And apparently Sonic's a sponsor now.
Since a roller skating waitress brought Jerry Lawler's
and Jerry just had that look on his face constantly.
Like now, why am I doing this?
Yeah, why do I have to shoot him like doing this?
I've been in exile on my face.
I took it down.
It's not real.
Make that guy try way too hard.
Earn your chance.
Then came the wedding.
First of all, Reverend Slick.
Very on board again.
Congratulations.
Create it for catching me off guard.
And did you notice AJ could not stay in character?
Yeah, when he was doing the whole
marriages, wow.
We are here today.
She was just, she lost it.
She couldn't.
She couldn't keep its face.
I was just waiting for her.
I sent you to come walking out.
Mr. Randy.
Mr. Randy Watts.
Oh, Grace Forever.
He saved you again from the
Oh, miss.
And here's a question.
Where was Daniel Bryan's ring?
Anyone?
Here's another question.
Where was Vince's ring?
Anybody noticed that?
No, Vince not wearing his wedding ring.
Which made me that was kind of selling the bits.
When she said another man has proposed to me.
And boy, that just went way too long.
Yeah, it did.
Yeah.
Overkill.
But let me ask you what you think of AJ as the G.A.
And excuse for her to be on my TV.
Especially when she starts skipping.
Because there's just something in trends that we cute about that.
That's so doofasy.
Look at me.
Look at me.
And I will.
And I will.
Skipping is fun.
Burns Cowley.
Charlie, what do you think about AJ as the G.A.
Does anything I like about my G.A.
Is knowing how well she is.
I think it's just another failed bit.
It's just not going to work.
Better than horn swaddle.
Anything is better than horn swaggle.
Better than Wesley Snipes.
And he and Jail.
He can do it from Jail.
That I would watch.
Doodling.
The bell goes off the way.
It's not the Doodling.
It's free.
That's how you know he's going to be on the screen.
Spread him.
And he's like at that little phone.
Lift the glass.
With his leaky eyes.
May I have your attention please.
Booking an ice-skating up a hill match.
Oh, that would be greatness.
I'm in.
And then we, during that as we have the aftermath of it,
as CM Punk and him are nose to nose.
We hear this.
Don says Mike Adamley was worse than horn swaddle.
Mike Adamley just couldn't talk.
And when this music hit, I'm sure Shara was delighted.
Well, I was.
Have you ever told you the story about the girl I went to school with
and we were talking about wrestling?
She's like, I love wrestling.
The rock is my favorite.
That line he says, can you smell the rock?
And I was like, that's not what he says.
That's not what he says at all.
You're not a fan at all.
Who's like, good try though.
Do you remember that episode of WWCompadential
where Jericho was doing a radio interview?
And the guy like flubbed the line and Jericho
just kind of looked at the camera like, really?
And the guy was like, no, I'm old school.
I remember guys like, and like,
they had three names of guys written on a piece of paper
and taped to his counter.
And he still got those wrong.
Oh, boy.
And I was just like, oh, that's so flotal attraction.
Ash, I'm watching a progressive commercial.
One of the, one of the...
I love her.
I love her.
Well, one of them was called flotal attraction.
Funny.
Oh, jeez.
Well, why does Rocky get a title shot at the rumble?
Because he's the rock.
And we're going to build up to the promotion for GI Joe
since they got delayed until March.
Give him the shot at WrestleMania.
You think it's going to end at the rumble?
Maybe unless he's got another movie to do.
No, it's a joke.
Joe comes out in March.
Rumbles in January.
He starts the promotional machine then.
Then he drops the title at WrestleMania,
and that's their final push for GI Joe.
Renegade.
Whatever they get, whatever they get.
Renegade, whatever they get.
Uh, retaliation.
Retaliation.
It was a re-something.
You have a new intercontinental champion.
Oh, boy.
Step backwards.
I've heard rumors of a Miz face push.
I just, when we talk about it on this show, I don't know if it works.
No.
Charlotte?
Well, it doesn't.
I mean, he's just that guy.
It's like, let's make Vicki Guerrero a face.
Please, it's not going to happen.
Or just get rid of her face, whatever.
Yeah, just like if we do without her face.
And her voice.
We never mixed the bits with her and Nadi, did we?
When Nadi was doing the flat-shellance bit,
and she never did that, and said, excuse me, did she?
No.
Let me run your show for a year.
But you know, here's the thing.
I didn't even know he was gone, until it came back.
But how much I missed it.
I remember him getting that role.
I just didn't remember that when I filmed it.
Didn't miss it.
Not even a little bit.
Didn't he, uh, totally forgot he even existed.
And then we get Triple H to come back out.
I love how we started that.
All right, I'm done playing.
Let's do business.
Somebody crossed the boss's daughter.
Let me explain something first of all.
Triple H.
Congratulations on that.
Because she looked phenomenal.
I will say it as it grows.
Oh, it's awesome.
Yeah, she looked great.
And that's after three kids.
Yes.
She's aging very well.
Now granted, once we got to the close-ups,
she saw there was a lot of makeup involved.
Yeah.
But she still looked absolutely beautiful.
Absolutely stunning.
Well, what kind of a world do I live in
when Stephanie McMahon outpromos Paul Heyman?
She goes to show you how far he slipped.
And if we knew that was the bump that was going to happen,
Wardrobe couldn't have gone paste.
That skirt probably not a good idea.
Because it took her an hour and a half to get to him.
And memo to Brock Lesnar.
You need to relearn how to sell a move.
Yeah.
He was awful.
And it will continue though.
Cody said something though.
He was like, he's also got to learn when a camera's on him,
what he shouldn't say.
Yeah, dropping the F-bomb, you know.
But Rocky does it all the time.
How many mother F-bombs does Rocky drop on a camera?
All of the time.
But he's always malding it.
That's what Lesnar did.
But the thing is that Brock is talking all the time
when the camera's not on him just going so quickly.
But Brock, that's the only thing that he's saying.
So it's kind of different.
It seemed like they actually had to bleep him
because he could actually hear it.
They actually had to bleep though.
Rock they don't have to bleep him.
You just kind of, you could just read this.
I still think your stiflation should be hair versus hair.
Amin versus Triple H.
Just saying.
There will be a stiflation added to this match.
We're told we just haven't been told what it is yet.
I was spending when Triple H said,
I guess I'm the only one still with a full head of hair.
I couldn't figure out what was different about H.
And Cody nailed it for me.
What?
He forgot to shave his chest.
I was like, that's what was different.
Because you know how hairy that dude was?
When he took a shirt, I was like, whoa!
I still think about the funniest
breaking character moment was Sean going,
I was young.
And I needed the money.
The play girl thing.
The fact that he could not hold it together through that line.
And everybody just kind of lost it.
I just like the whole him and Billy gun go,
oh, it's kind of my line.
I don't know, you gotta let it do it.
Because if he doesn't get his weight, he starts to fly.
He'll lose his smile again.
He'll lose his smile.
And then we have the final, he's later moment,
which we thought was going to be Austin.
Austin just had lake surgery.
Said it would be a disservice for him
to be limping down the ring for Ross.
So, there you go, guys.
Respect to Austin for that.
But instead, we got this.
She looked phenomenal as well.
She did.
She looked great.
Lead, lead a life.
Now, this may be sacrilege,
especially if you know me.
I thought, lead a look better than Trish.
Oh, definitely.
I agree.
Trish had a ton of makeup on.
Like, Trish still has her body.
She looked great.
But her face.
I see, I think if she did last makeup,
she'd still look good.
I think she's so overly conscious about the appearance.
Don says, lead a look perky.
But I thought she looked great.
She looked like she could go.
She looked like she could go tonight.
But here's my thing with lead a.
And if you don't know the story,
I don't have time to go into it.
Is it twist of makeup?
Best option for a finisher for you.
We couldn't find something else to do.
I'm just saying.
But let's also not forget who she hired for backup.
It's pretty much all the legends.
No, no, no.
Too specifically, at the beginning.
Oh, yeah.
When we heard the music for APA.
I was like, whoa.
And you know, did you see what what JBL did?
He actually thanked.
He slayed her on Twitter.
For taking the bump the way he did.
That was the sickest clothes line I've seen in years.
And he took that bump like a champ.
I was shocked.
He was like, I thought he was climbing mountain somewhere.
This is the in between.
You can't just climb him back to back to back.
Good segment though.
And Farouk got his line.
Of course, made everybody happy.
I still want that shirt.
I still want the shirt.
I'm sure you can get it.
Oh, that's not bad.
Everybody just kind of looks at him like sick.
I do want to say that
takeer looked better than he did at WrestleMania.
I'm going to say it.
But what did I tell you last week?
We're close to a major.
He's got to show up sometime.
Yeah.
Where they're going?
I don't know.
He had a little slip when he couldn't get his.
Yeah, he got hung on his foot off.
He got hung on his chuckle on his toe off.
I was uncomfortable.
It's uncomfortable because he's so old and it's so hard
to watch him get around.
That when little things like that don't happen for him,
you're like, oh.
Oh, that's fine.
Apparently with Kane, they are really grooming him for backstage work.
Triple H has taken a lot of time with him,
working with him on the backstage aspect of the business.
With Mark?
No, with Glenn.
Got it.
Okay.
Which I want to do as a mask.
The picture I saw of him in Cena, he wasn't.
He's got blonde hair.
He also has an English degree.
Does he really?
Because apparently you couldn't talk with it at first.
But I'm on board with it.
I mean, you got to think,
Glenn's been around long enough.
He's got to know a thing or two about a thing or two.
Then we get to the end.
And I'm going to say it on this program right now.
CM Punk does not go full-blown heel.
No, I'm right there.
The only reason he's doing this bit right now is because we all know
Rocky will not work heel at the rumble.
So he's going to kind of dance around the tweener bits.
I don't think so.
To me, it's no different than whenever they're
than whenever Cena laid him out,
leaning up the WrestleMania last year.
It's just, the rock is trying to pee in Cena's yard.
Last year, he's trying to pee in Punk's yard now.
And Punk's like, I ain't having it.
And so am I now expected to believe that Punk's going to hold the belt for six more months?
Possibly.
Maybe set another record in the process.
I don't know.
Because remember, we have not had a 2012 without CM Punk as champion.
Yeah.
And I've got no problem with that.
I don't care.
Why can't Rocky be heeled?
Because Rocky won't do it.
Because he's the wrong.
I don't think that he can.
He won't.
But if he's taking on Punk,
who do you play, who plays the heel role?
Just like we thought Cena was going to.
The rock is good heel though.
Yeah, he's a good heel.
I don't see why he wouldn't.
I really don't, Rob.
Why wouldn't he work here?
Rocky likes his image too much.
Well, he played heel for a long time.
They're very long times.
Before Hollywood.
I don't think it would hurt his Hollywood credibility though.
Just saying.
I don't, to him, I don't think it matters.
Well, that and I don't feel like he has any Hollywood credibility.
He's one of the highest paid actors in Hollywood.
More than John Cena, man.
Movie's still stuck.
Ah, ah, ah, more than John Cena.
He's got a point.
Still, I've seen more John Cena movies than Rock movies.
At home.
Because you're...
See them all in the theater.
Thank you.
Because you've had your John Cena fan won.
That's fine.
How far did you have to drive to that one theater that was showing it in DFW?
That's right.
No, the last one you did, because then they only show it on the other side of town.
Yeah, they did.
It wasn't a good side of town there.
And I'm not trying to take out it.
Southlight?
Southlight's a nice part of town.
Was that...
No, was that Cena or was that...
Big Show?
Didn't Cena have one of those bits?
I don't...
It seemed like Big Show was the only one that I could think
that should have that Southlight theme.
Yeah, that's what I thought it'd say.
They're last three or four.
But I don't think Cena's...
I don't think Cena's was one of them.
I don't think that that...
I don't know how.
He's doing another one of those...
No, Legendary was one of those, wasn't it?
It's Southlight, though.
It doesn't...
I mean, it's not the hero.
I don't know how!
David, I was really trying to avoid that.
You brought it up.
Take that!
I wasn't going to do it, and then you brought it up.
I was like, oh yeah, we haven't done that in a while.
What's this weak crap?
That's all you...
Oh, let's see.
Don saying that they made...
that they're getting Cena the belts at night at champions.
And some are saying they're wanting to move punk back to heal.
But the music you hear right now...
He has too much of a following.
I like the dude.
I think he's a great wrestler.
I think he totally works the stick really well.
You know...
Yes, it does mean two things.
So does the phrase suck on that.
I think that only means...
I think that means one thing.
Now, who is this?
You never recognize this guy?
Yes, I just want you to say...
We're gonna say it here in a minute.
We're gonna play it again because we talked through the whole theme.
As we move on into impact talk...
Don't get used to this music as both members of this tag team are gone.
Angelina Love leaves TNA two weeks ago.
She has been picked up by Vince from what I am being told.
Or she's been contacted.
She has a sign of contract.
But Velvet Skye granted her release on Thursday.
Bye bye, Nakaster.
Yeah, yeah.
The one thing that TNA had on Vince and they are now dismantling it.
I've got a theory.
I am wondering if there's heat between Brooke Kogan and Velvet Skye.
I think there's probably heat between Brooke Kogan and every freaking Nakao on the freaking roster.
They say they bungled that.
The one thing that they had over on Vince and did it convincingly.
Just brother's my theory.
Hogan's in cahoots with Vince.
Just bring her to the WW and let her just kick butt and let her be on my screen.
Hi Velvet.
Love you.
Not as much as Britney Palmer, but love you.
Who do you fute her with, though?
Kelly Kelly.
Because you haven't, because Kelly Kelly.
She was supposed to be on Raw 1000 and they were running wrong and they cut the deepest segment.
Kelly Kelly was?
She was backstage, yeah.
Does Kelly Kelly really hasn't done anything relevant since Leila came back?
It's all been about Leila.
Oh, because Kelly Kelly was taking time off to spend time with her boyfriend and her family.
And who she went?
I'm one of the dowel stars.
Oh, that's right.
They broke up for like an hour and a half and then got that together about a month and a half ago.
Let's talk a couple things about impact.
Well, I think of my James Storm theory is now shot.
Really?
Well, because never last week on the show, I said, you know what?
I would love to see what I'm thinking happens as Aces and Aces is a James Storm thing and he turns
ill.
Well, now everybody on the show is saying he's in cahoots with them, so now we know he's not.
The rumor now is it's how they're bringing Jared back in.
Which is also what we said last week.
It's almost talking about the the lack of matches on raw.
What do we say there was 29 minutes of rest 29 minutes of wrestling on a three hour show?
I don't think they'll all be like that.
I think that we just do that because it was raw.
It was nostalgia heavy.
It had to be.
But also, boy, there was a lot of hype for Chavo.
Like interviews with all the wrestlers about Chavo coming in.
Chavo didn't even wrestle.
He just came out and cut a promo and then kicktash
and somebody else came out and ran their yaps.
Had a song that sounds like this.
And that's it.
Oh Hernandez came out to help him.
The only thing that Chavo ever did that amused me was
Kerwin White.
No, the little stick pony that he had and WC-
Oh, Pepe.
Bill Pepe.
Pepe.
This makes me want to like take a little blanket.
It met the door.
Yeah, he's always had a big bag and nothing to mean.
He's always been any the lesser and he always will be.
And his uncle does the Spanish commentary for T&A.
Oh, there you go.
He did a pretty good job when he was here.
It's a little luchy door thing.
Oh, that's right.
You went to that didn't you?
Yeah.
Oh, Chavo was there for that?
Yeah.
Yeah, he was a free agent at the time.
Wasn't Jillian Hall that thing?
Yeah, and Melina.
Melina.
Oh, Jillian Hall.
I heard that even a while.
She had some little troubles recently with some domestic problems.
Oh, that's terrible.
She's got quite a few domestic issues of different sorts.
As of late.
Some, some where you want to go, oh, that's not such a good day.
And some where you're just like, oh, baby, I'm sorry.
And that's all I'm going to say.
Wow, she seems like she's about as crazy as a little.
But that is, uh, that's all I got for for impact.
Like that show was horrible.
How often do you hear yourself saying that though about impact?
But I do it for the kids.
Oh, sad.
No, I'm just saying do it for the kids.
How sad is that that your Vince's only competition
and you can't elevate your game?
You know, some of the little things we're talking about,
CNA, I want to send an apology to the Empire.
Somebody brought something up to me this past week.
I think it was when we were at Chick-Fil-A last Saturday night.
I missed a huge opportunity and I want to apologize to the Empire.
The whole channel 33 at the marathon dark night thing I did.
Uh-huh.
When they turned that camera on, how did I not do a Randy Orton?
He did it.
And again, I want to apologize to the entire Empire
for missing that opportunity.
So this guy has to see, see W33, I guess, what it would say.
Wow, this guy seems really proud of his t-shirt.
Speaking of Randy Orton, his suspension is up tomorrow.
So be prepared for the return of Randy Orton.
Just, just write the middle of a line.
They'll never do another showing ever again.
How did I miss that opportunity?
Apparently this guy's got back and shoulder problems.
This man has been standing here for eight hours.
If you're friends with me on Facebook, I did put a link up to the video.
Not of me talking, but of the footage of me at the deal.
And as I said, I'm the rather large gentleman that's
pretty much oblivious to his entire surroundings.
Was that taken at like hour six or something?
No, I mean, we weren't at the theater that long.
We got to the theater at like 3.30 and they lined us up at five.
No, but one of the, yeah, that's what I was saying.
One of the filming happened.
It was early.
We were still in line outside.
Both say so before it started.
Right, okay.
I thought maybe they did it during a break between one of the two.
No, they were, they were.
And remember, their news starts at eight.
Yeah, okay.
So the first move is a six.
That's true.
They wouldn't have had time to edit everything.
If I remember, I'll put it on the clubhouse page, too.
I've got the link somewhere.
I have to find it.
But, uh,
Randy Orton suspension's up tomorrow.
So expect to see him within the next seven days.
Just sucks.
It could have been up by Monday since they were in St. Louis for raw
1,000.
And that's just how I respect the company for sticking to their guns.
I will say that.
I mean, you're a doofus for getting yourself suspended.
But it's again.
Yeah, it's got a crappy time.
Let's talk a little bit about Smackdown.
Or like they're of.
Can I just tell you this Sonic thing is worse than the Coke thing on idle?
Oh, really?
Like from the get go, they had Sonic cups on the table.
Never saw him drink from one.
They're just there.
And they never mentioned Sonic, but they were the cups on the table.
Dear God.
And let me tell you something.
And let me tell you something.
Dolph Ziegler, Steven's leader.
Congratulations on that bump.
He took a broke kick like none I've ever seen.
And he's taking a couple of really nasty.
My God.
Like that broke kick, you'd have thought somebody had hit him with an anvil.
If you get a chance, if you get if you see the clip from Smackdown on on YouTuber wherever it is,
that was a hell of a broke kick.
It looked like a champ.
It looked like an acne contraption backfiring on the coyote.
That's all I got for wrestling.
And yes, let me tell you something.
Those island slushes, not that good.
Yeah, you had one the other day.
Yeah, I got the pineapple one.
It was gross.
That's why it's all right.
Go ahead.
Speaking of slushes,
a quick trip in Kapeo.
They have a Kool-Aid icy.
I saw that in a quick trip in Disoda.
Do you have anyone that's within 20 miles of where we live?
That's all the places.
There's a QT right up the street, but not all of them have it.
I saw that in the one at Disoda last weekend.
We must go track this down.
It's delicious.
Wait, you say what flavor of Kool-Aid?
Red.
I'll ask you again, what flavor of Kool-Aid?
We have a blue one also.
Charlotte, you're sitting about a foot away from him.
I would like to say it.
Dog is following.
Flawless Victor.
Red, if it's red, it makes a big difference.
Because if it's strawberry, it can't have it.
Yeah, see?
Is it tropical punch or is it cherry?
Safe red.
Safe red, that sounds.
I'm not even going to go there.
Is that a grocery store?
Safe red.
Interesting.
Safety word is red.
The safety word is bananas.
I love you.
Okay, I'll stop.
All right.
Let's do a little movie talk, shall we?
Okay.
First of all, actually, let's do box office numbers
before we do our bit here.
Just, I'm on box office mojo right now,
and they did an interesting comparison.
Oh, they've got quite a...
I'm going to run the numbers,
and I'm going to run you these comparisons
that I find very intriguing.
Okay.
Your top 10 box office members.
Last week's numbers are going to be old,
and we're not going to have them anyway,
because none of the studios released.
They did have any numbers last week.
So we're going to give you last night's numbers.
Dropping out of the top 10 this week,
nothing drops out,
but we did have...
It looks like at about 12th place, ruby sparks.
Do you like that last thing, Miranda?
Ninth place last night with $481,000 for a 22-day total
of $42.6 million,
the Oliver Stone vehicle known as savages.
He sounded like Bartok,
the bat from Anastasia,
with just...
Number eight, and a movie Charlottesaw,
$870,000 for a 29-day total of $105.8 million,
I believe I called this drop off.
Magic mind.
But you didn't like it.
No, I'm still a turning table.
No clothes on.
I'm in.
Speaking of which,
did you hear what happened to Jeremy Renner
on a plane a few days ago?
You told me about that, tell them.
A buddy of his,
like he was taking a cross-country flight,
and he wanted to sleep,
so his buddy gave him what he thought was an ambient,
and it turned out to be Viagra.
Hello!
And how long was a flight?
It was like three or five hours,
so no, it was longer than that.
It was eight hours.
He goes, yep, I was wide awake and camping.
That was his actual quote.
Renner is the bomb.
He was probably flying over to Fort Pres for...
For born.
For born, yeah.
Number seven,
with $1.236 million on Friday
for a 36-day total of $214.3 million for brave camping.
Number six, $1.9 million on Friday
for a 25-day total of $237.2 million
for a movie that got 30 bucks out of me, Chad and Jules.
This amazing Spider-Man.
That movie was cool.
It took him four movies that somebody finally got it right.
Uh, let's see.
Don said he saw the watch Tuesday to sneak preview.
Very, very adult.
Don't take the kids.
It's 11 percent.
11 percent.
Yeah, I know it's killed by critics.
Number five, making $2.2 million for a 29-day total
of $188.5 million for Ted.
I can't believe we haven't seen this.
I know.
Number four, making $4 million on Friday
for a 15-day total of $105.6 million
for Ice Age Continental Drift.
That's not good.
It's $105 million.
That's not good for that franchise.
And get my money, Nicki Minaj.
And we're going to talk about that here in a minute as well.
Peter.
Dang right.
Number two, I'm sorry.
Number three, taking the bronze medal.
Opening last night with $4.5 million is the aforementioned The Watch.
$4.5 million.
First time Vince Vaughn have been still or have worked together since dodgeball.
Dodger Ranch, you can dodge a ball.
That's a good movie.
Clank.
Number two, the silver medal.
Goes to $4.9 million for the opening step-up revolution.
And number one, again, no question.
Making another $18.1 million on Friday
for an eight-day total of $243.1 million.
Up 36% over last week is The Dark Knight.
Rises.
So now, then we've established this.
Let me give you a couple of comparisons that they've got up on the front page of box office mojo.
Thanks to them for
existing so we can have this information.
Showdown.
Ice Age versus Ice Age 3.
After 15 days,
Ice Age, like we said, $130.8 million.
The first Ice Age after 15 days, 105.4.
Spider-Man 3.
Okay.
After 25 days, $307.8 million.
The amazing Spider-Man, after 25 days, $237.2 million.
And a much better movie.
And made a butt-ton less money in 25 days.
The Avengers, eight-day total, $299.2 million.
Dark Knight Rises, eight-day total,
$243.1.
So not that far off the mark.
It's true.
Now, in comparison,
Dark Knight Rises, eight-day total, $240.1 million.
The Dark Knight, eight-day total, $261.9 million.
I thought that was interesting.
But how much of that do you think is fallout from Aurora?
Oh, I don't know.
I want to do a plug
for a friend of mine.
My former, my former supervisor,
and a guy that I still work with,
who sat through the Ultimate Marvel movie marathon with me
by the name of Jim Braggle.
Great guy.
Comes to me yesterday because I need you to be famous.
It sure.
He goes, I need you to tell people about this movie
that I'm trying to get hosted
at the Texas Theater in Oakland
on August 22nd.
I said, okay, I said, tell me about it.
He goes, it's called Iron Sky.
And I said, okay, I've heard, I think I've heard of it.
He shows me the trailer.
This is the dock part of the show.
It is a, it is, it is from Finland.
But everybody in the film speaks pure English.
The only way I can describe this movie.
Think of Sarah Palin as president.
If she was, hold on, wait for it.
If she were portrayed with no impersonation
by Susan Sarandon,
fighting space Nazis.
I saw this trailer and I went, I'm in space.
Space Nazis.
Space Nazis.
I did Nazis get in space.
I don't know, but it looks great.
How did Jason get to space?
Good point.
He got two space.
These things are coming from the space.
I'm telling you,
look up this trailer.
I guess they're,
go to,
guess they're employing us,
but the Nazis came from in the first place,
where they were, they literally were,
a master race from another planet now.
Let me get, let me,
okay, tugtuggg.com.
Slash events slash 1188
is where you want to go tickets or $10.
The screening, they're trying to put together the screen
and they need 36 people.
For August 22nd, it's a Wednesday night.
This trailer looks hilarious.
I don't know if it's intentionally this funny,
but it looks hilarious.
That's what's scary.
Only 35 people.
36 is all they need.
I'm actually going to buy,
I'm actually going to buy two tickets,
and I can't go because that's the night
we got something going on in my church.
But I'm going to support my buddy.
But it seats more than 36.
Oh yeah, it seats like 250.
Okay, but they just need 36.
They need 36 to be able to do the show.
I think it looks hilarious.
It's got, let me, let me look this up for you.
Hold on a second, because I need to,
to give you more information on this.
Because there's a name, Chad,
that I'm going to throw at you.
Then I think you're going to know.
Space Nazis.
I don't think that's the name.
He's very, very, too.
Hitler.
He's not really dead.
He's in the moving.
Hitler has him.
The Nazis set up a secret base on the moon in 1945,
where they hide out and plan to return to power in 2018.
There you go.
Okay.
See them in 1963.
Julia Deetz.
Peter Sargent.
Udo Kier.
Really?
Yes.
There's another name here that he threw at me too.
I don't know that guy.
Who?
Great Udo Kier.
Uh, he was the, pretty much the vampire boss in the first blade.
He was the one that, uh,
I thought that was Steven Dore.
No, he was, he,
Steven Dore Feater to him.
Remember they dragged him outside when they put on the motorcycle helmets?
Yeah.
They exposed this guy to the sun.
He's the voice of Professor Perik Lee's
on Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated.
Like, uh, like those, like the, the Andy Warhol horror films,
Udo Kier was like the star of both those he played.
Wasn't he in Dust Boot?
I don't know.
Dust Boot.
Dust Boot.
Dust Boot.
He's, he's a character.
He was in the Halloween remake.
He was in the, uh, with those some different.
I want to say he was an ace Ventura.
He was in Blood Rain.
He was an ace Ventura.
I was like, should I call you lawyer?
That's the house where he's met the shark.
That was Udo Kier.
Like, he's, he's been at a whole ton of stuff.
I think it was the bad thing.
The bad thing.
Yeah.
No, do not go in there.
But the, the movie looks like it would be a fun couple hours to spin.
Go to tug.com.
Look up.
Iron Sky.
T-U-G-G.com.
Slash events.
Slash 1188.
Seems exactly like the kind of thing you're doing.
My buddy is the promoter for this event.
So we want to bring this and then make this successful.
Again, I'm going to buy two tickets just to help him out.
We may give him away at the next remote or something.
Uh, it looks hilarious.
I don't know if it's supposed to be that way, but it looks funny.
And again, it's not sub-todd or anything.
The, the, the English is, it's fairly perfect in it.
But Sarah Palin with a southern accent just makes me laugh.
That alone is worth of money.
Gangster Squad.
A movie we talked about last week where in the trailer there is a
shootout in a movie theater so they pulled the trailers.
It has actually now been pushed back from September 7th to January 11th.
Oh, they need to do that.
Yeah.
I mean, the trailer looks great.
The movie looks awesome.
Have you guys not seen this trailer?
No.
Oh, let me, let me get you the cast on this thing.
It's amazing.
But respectfully, they should.
Oh, agreed.
Not do that right now.
No.
Probably someone else that Charlotte may have a crush on in this.
But I'm not mistaken.
Of course, the very hot Emma Stone is in this.
Giovanni Rabici, Sean Penn, Josh Brolin, Anthony Mackie,
Nick Nolte, Robert Patrick, Michael Peña,
and the Gosling.
Does he do anything for you, Sean?
Who?
Ryan Gosling.
No?
No.
Okay.
I thought maybe you had a little crush on him.
No, I don't do no.
But it looks really good.
If you haven't seen the trailer, go check it out.
The movie looks really good.
It's just kind of a victim of circumstance, kind of a thing.
And I respect them for doing that.
I truly, truly do.
Chad, I want you to kind of give us an update on this next situation
since you broke down a timeline for me last night.
The Kristen Stewart Robert Pattinson debacle.
Oh, dear God.
She's not sparkly anymore.
She's not smart at all.
The ding-dong gets into a relationship and
indiscreet relationship with her director from Snow White
and the Huntsman who is married to an actress model
that also had a role in that movie.
As her mom.
As her mom.
Yeah.
I mean, you know, this guy is married with two kids
of this woman and she's an evil dude.
She is an evil dude.
Like, apparently when the first picture leaked out of her
kissing him on the neck or something,
all the twi-hards came crawling out of the woodworks.
Oh, it's photoshopped to fake.
They're just trying to ruin her career.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's how it sounded.
That happened.
So, and apparently,
the latest development is he has packed up his gear
and has left her cold.
And as apparently said, it makes him sick to his stomach
that she did a public apology.
Yeah, good.
Because he told her from the get-go,
they wanted to keep their relationship
as far away from the press as possible.
So, when it gets put on front street,
she takes out an ad and variety.
Oh, I'm so sorry.
I love him so much.
I love him so much.
I'm so sorry.
Too late, too bad.
Thank God, they hard to film.
Isn't that funny, though?
It's like, he's the best thing that ever happened to me.
Well, if he was,
then you obviously didn't show it real well.
Yeah.
So, I guess this completely puts the kai Bosch
in their plans to make 50 shades of gray together.
Because that was,
they had fast track that.
Just flew through a little bit in my mouth.
Yeah, they were,
they were clamoring for the filming rights to that movie.
Because apparently,
we didn't get enough of them in this twilight saga.
So...
I'd be able to film Breaking Dawn part two already.
I'm sorry.
It's done.
Yeah, it's done.
And that's all of them?
No more?
Yeah, there's no more.
Because now they're doing that,
the host, which was her next book,
which has nothing to do with the others.
I'll be there.
I'll be there.
Your mancar just disintegrates
in that pocket more.
Sure, don't miss.
Just once.
Yeah.
Just...
Hey!
Hold back!
Hold back!
Hold back!
Uh, Dane Cook has pulled a Daniel Tosh.
What a moron.
He says in a stand-up routine the other nights,
talking about the Aurora Colorado situation.
Oh, you're so dumb.
After a half an hour of that movie,
I'd be saying,
GD, somebody shoot me too.
What?
Dane Cook isn't funny anyway.
And then comes out with,
oh, this thing was deeply affected me?
No, it didn't.
Because if it had,
you wouldn't have told the joke you moron.
I can't stand it.
Just like that Playboy model.
Did y'all hear about that?
Oh, oh, oh.
The next day,
she goes on Twitter.
I can't think of her name,
and I wouldn't want to promote her crap
anyway if I could.
But she said something on Twitter
of her the latest Batman film is to die for.
Smiley face.
Too soon.
Question, Mark.
You know who eviscerated her on Twitter, though?
I thought I would have called everyone.
No, what I would have told her what a classless POS she was.
Consider yourself unfollowed.
Deadmouse.
Taba.
Yes.
The DJ that wears the big masks.
And it looks like Mickey Mouse head.
Yeah.
Oh, that's terrifying.
With the LED masks.
No, he's cool.
He's a piece of wicket.
He's the guy that at the VMAs
had a
Skrillex's personal cell number on his T-shirt.
He said, you mad bro.
He's cool.
I like, I like it.
He's got to set a stones on him.
He did, he did a mix with what's her name.
Is it Cascade?
Is that how you pronounce her name?
Cascada.
Cascada, then I remember.
You, I think you've probably heard this on a beautiful song.
For, for a song of that nature.
Just way out there.
But he, he ripped her apart with this.
Good.
I was, you know, the, the, the general consensus was
if you have to ask too soon.
It is.
Yeah, it is.
It's too soon.
It's too soon.
And, and, and the fact that Dean Cook would even consider
the entire joke is, is I give you the gist of it
because I'm not going to do the whole thing.
But it's, it's available.
It's on a entertainment weekly's website.
They had the whole thing up.
Yeah, but here's my thing.
Communities, do they not run their material by other people?
Not if it's not televised normally.
Can.
A lot of times they have collaborating writing sessions,
but sometimes they go off the page.
And I would like to think that that's probably what he did here
because I can't think that anybody else on God's green earth
would have heard that idea and said, yeah, go ahead and do that.
See, to me, that's Tosh humor.
That's why I don't dig Tosh.
Yeah, but I think even Tosh wouldn't have done that.
What he did was pretty bad.
It was pretty stupid.
But this, this is worse than that.
This is on a Michael Richards level.
I mean, we weren't even a week removed from the incident.
Yeah.
Well, people were posting it the next day on Facebook horrible things.
And I'm like, how do you, how do you sleep at night?
That's why the internet is a very dangerous thing
because it gives voice to some people
who should not have a voice in public.
Yeah, I know they say it gives a voice to the voice list.
And unfortunately, it gives a voice to the brainless.
Yeah, you know, and I should have even,
I shouldn't have even given any piece of the joke
to give it any press.
But I wanted people to understand how horrible that was.
And that he's a D bag big time.
The people that were taking shots at Whitney,
yeah, we know she had a trouble past.
But do we really have to?
It's it's not all mocking the dead thing.
Like, I don't care who it is.
Have a modicum of decency.
You know, and you know, you don't know these people.
You never will know these people.
And they sure as heck don't want anything to do with you.
But I think what Christian Bale did also.
Yeah.
You know, Megan posted that story like the day,
you know, the day that had happened.
And the Colorado Rockies were visiting the,
and I want to give you the Broncos.
I also want to give you an interesting,
a happy, if you can call it such a thing,
a more of a positive spin story on that situation.
I don't know if you read about this.
The theater that had happened to was a cinema theater.
What is cinema?
It was a different chain.
No, it's a cinema.
This is what I read today.
Yeah, because they were seeing how they stayed out of Plano.
Cinema arc has offered to pay for the memorial services
for instead of the families of the victims.
That's incredible.
They reached out to a funeral home,
where one of the victims, and I don't want to mention her name,
because I don't, you know,
I don't want to stir all that up.
But one of the victims' mothers actually turned the money down.
She said thanks, but no thanks, we got this.
But the fact that cinema arc has reached forward
and said, we'll pay for the funerals.
I think it's an amazing thing.
AMC is actually taking donations
to a fund for the victims
that they will match the donations
I think up to like $50,000.
And I know that Warner Brothers has already said
they're going to donate a huge chunk of the profits.
A pretty big chunk of the profits of opening weekend
to the victims' families.
Oh my goodness.
Again, all of our persons also go out to those families.
Did you hear about that one guy, though,
that was eating up all the press about it,
and then they found out later on
that he tried to portray himself as a hero.
Yeah, we talked to this guy.
But then you and I talked about him off air.
Yeah, we left his four-month-old
and girlfriend in the theater.
Yeah, yeah.
Was holding his crying baby.
Put it down.
Put it down because he was afraid
it was going to attract attention to them.
Snuck out, left them there, gotten his car,
got out his car keys and took off.
Put him in din coke on a boat and let it set sail.
But no, it gets first.
To make up for what he did,
proposed to the girlfriend and she said yes.
Oh my god.
And I hope, I hope,
that the only reason she said yes
is so she could dump his sorry butt at the order.
Oh, yeah.
And walk out with the baby.
Yes.
And doing the Joe name with pointing thing
as she runs out the door.
No, hold the car keys.
Yeah.
Supposed to feel jerk.
But him and Din cook on a boat and let it set sail.
And touch.
Like any, any shred of respect I have for that man is gone.
Gone forever.
I never had any forever.
And that apology had he laid out half-assed and ham-handed.
Too little too late.
Yeah.
You knew you were wrong when he said it.
And if you really felt that way,
you wouldn't have told the joke to begin with.
Jack hole.
You know, people say, oh, you know,
it's funny unless it affects you.
This affects a lot of people.
It affects America and the world in some cases
because other countries have been one of those.
You would think it was funny if you didn't find.
Who would find that funny?
Who would find that funny?
No, but who it was.
No.
That's wrong no matter how you look at it.
Go ahead and change the subject.
Robert Rodriguez puts out interesting tweet the other day
as they are making machete kills.
Good, good.
One of the characters in the film,
a la chameleon will be played by the lady Gaga.
Oh, no.
I saw that he let out a poster of her character.
When that girl wants to look great,
she looks gorgeous.
Yeah, she's pretty.
She is pretty.
The character picture,
she's got kind of a throwback like the Aguilera
was doing for a while.
Uh-huh.
And she's got like a full, I'm sure it's foe,
but it's like a full fox pelt around her.
And she's called La Chameleon.
And Rodriguez said she was great.
I so dug that in for that.
That's so dug for shit.
And also, we talked about the movie The Butler Recently,
which is going to be about a Butler that worked in the White House
for many, many years.
This thing is getting more power packed by the week.
Mariah Carey's joined the cast.
They have not said who she's playing yet,
but she has joined the cast.
Well, when I read who was doing the score,
have you heard this, Brandon?
Mm-hmm.
Same guy that you hear right now.
No.
Just hope that she said.
No. No, no, no, no.
Quincy.
Oh, Quincy Jones, that's right.
Q and C?
Yes, sir.
Q and C.
I am in on this move.
New movies coming out in your local movie house
this coming Friday, six days from now,
first of all, the remake of Total Recall
with the Colin Ferrell.
I'm interested.
I'm intrigued.
C, C, I'm very intrigued.
Rental.
I do want to go back and watch the original first, though.
Get ready for it, surprise.
Uh, speaking of franchise films,
the third installment in the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series.
Third?
Yeah, I'm going to the second one.
I don't remember the second one either.
Yeah, let me look it up for you.
I got the internet here.
That brain inside.
Well, he's got little ones, though.
So I could see him going to see it there.
He saw Justin Beaver without the little one.
The first one was in 2010.
The second one was called Roderick Rules in 2011.
The third one is, is this year's this one?
Okay, okay.
Because it looks like it'd be fun to watch,
but it's nothing I'd go to with theaters.
No.
Also coming out this coming Friday,
a movie called Celeste and Jesse Forever.
This, and this looks interesting.
Sounds like Kelly and Justin.
Rashida Jones, Andy Sandberg,
Eric Christian Olsen, Elijah Wood, Will McCormack,
uh, see Emma Roberts,
which is the daughter of one Eric Roberts.
This, uh, basically is about a couple who's been together since high school.
They're now older.
She's been very successful.
He has not.
Uh, basically it says they are divorcing,
couple tries to maintain their friendship
while they both pursue other people.
Awkward.
But I mean, I've seen the trailer.
It looks really, really good.
Is it serious or is it a comedy?
Um, it looks like it's a, they say it's a, it's a dramedy.
Oh, come on.
So it's our comedy.
I hate that term.
Also, depressed.
What's the movie with Bruce Willis?
And I live in a lighthouse.
It's got like an old field to it.
What?
I have no idea.
I keep saying previews for it.
Also this week, a movie called The Baby Makers.
Directed by J Chandler Carr.
I can't even say a thing.
I say it from Broken Lizard.
Olivia Munn.
Aisha Tyler.
It's much of football, please.
Uh, constant Zimmer.
A lot of the, a good chunk of the guys from Broken Lizard are in this.
After failing to get his wife pregnant,
a guy recruits his pals to steal the deposit he left at a sperm bank years ago.
Oh, geez.
Oh, six.
Okay.
So it's six, it is a clever one.
Don't get your own deposit, nasty man.
And the movie that premiered on, again,
HD net movies showed this movie this past Wednesday.
It's called 360.
Interesting cast on this bad boy.
Anthony Hopkins Ben Foster, who was in the mechanic.
Uh, let's see.
Jude Law is in this.
Oh, Lee Rachel VICE is in this.
Pretty big cast for an 18.
A dramatic thriller that we've together,
the stories of an array of people from disparate social backgrounds,
through their intersecting relationships.
A lot of traffic types.
It's been getting very, very good reviews.
So there's that.
Only a couple of DVD and new relief,
uh, and blue right new releases this, this week,
that even mattered to me.
Um, one of, uh, that even burst on my radar.
One of, if you haven't seen this yet,
you need to go rent this on Tuesday.
Hatfields and McCoys.
Oh, my God.
That is so good.
That was awesome.
If you had not seen it, do yourself a solid.
I'm telling you, this was amazing.
Also, a movie called LOL that we talked about recently.
It has the Miley Cyrus and Ashley Green in it.
As a new school year begins,
Loa's heart is broken by her boyfriend.
The soon she's surprised by her best friend,
promising musician Kyle,
who reveals his feelings for her.
Ba, ba, ba, ba.
Thomas Jane is in this.
So we'll talk about here in a little while.
Demi Moore is in this.
Gina Gershon is in this.
Fisher Stevens is in this.
Marlowe Thomas is in this.
A lot of X's in that cast.
Yeah.
The X, the X Michelle, Mr. Michelle Fiverr,
the X, uh, what's her name?
Uh, Miss Axton Kutcher.
Miss, uh, from medium, uh,
didn't her kid, her kid, her kid, her kid, her kid.
Huh?
Her kid's got like a restraining order against her.
Didn't even work.
Really?
That was it, really?
God.
Rumor and scouts.
But then the once, she got a DUI or something like last week, too.
The youngest one.
Apparently, the Lohan got into another car wreck
or something this week.
Or had another run in with the law.
Today, the week didn't seem to let her why.
That's true.
Let's do a little bit of tech corner.
Just a little bits.
Just a little bit.
The iPhone 5, it was a reveal this week,
is going to have a 19 pin connector.
We'll be out in October.
Why is that?
Why is that noteworthy?
Because every iPhone from this one that's out now,
backwards has a 32 pin connector.
So if you buy an iPhone 5,
all your chargers aren't going to work.
Anything you hook it up to to listen to stuff isn't going to work.
You got to buy all new stuff.
Apple makes money off of that kind of crap.
How they get down?
That's one of my Android guys.
It will be out in October.
Look at that, you just got to buy a new cable.
As long as you got a 19 pin on one side of the device.
But I got that, I got that little portable boombox
that I carry with me that I put my iPod in
when I'm listening to music on the shower.
Uh-huh.
You know, my alarm clock.
Oh, so anything's got a 30 dock.
And it is not going to work.
Yep, okay.
Pretty much.
You know, my new receiver that I had to buy this week,
I can buy the little adapter for that for my iPod.
Thank you, Apple.
Steve Jobs wins again.
Yeah, he does.
He always will.
God rest his soul.
All right, street lights on.
We teased it last week.
I almost forgot until I listened to last week's show.
I was like, oh crap, I got to write that.
I had another list, which I'm going to save for two weeks.
Then she'll have next week.
Chad did his 10 favorite comic book movies last week.
And they were they in specific order?
Did you officially write this?
Yeah, more or less.
And so, uh, Don suggested we do the 10 worst.
I said, I'm on it.
I wasn't on it.
But I got it done.
But it probably wasn't that hard.
Number 10, we had to put it on the list because Don mentioned it last week.
The Richie Rich movie with McColley Colton.
I love that movie.
That's terrible.
It was the greatest movie.
As a kid who grew up on the Richie Rich cartoon,
which was 20 times more fun.
Blast for me.
He had an inflatable mansion.
It was awesome.
It's terrible.
And now Richmore.
She's like, what does my nose look like, Michael Jackson?
It's a great movie.
Awkward.
Number nine is where this comes from.
Local band, by the way, by the name of Edgewater.
Song is called Eyes Wired Shut.
From the soundtrack of the Thomas Jane debacle, the Punisher.
But I'll let you take your choice between that one or the Dolph Lundgren one.
Either way.
I thought the first one was horrible.
The Thomas Jane one?
The second one was good.
The second one was excellent.
Warzone was awesome.
The second one was good.
Actually, this is the second one.
No, this was from the Thomas Jane one.
I'm telling you.
Then looking at it on my screen right now,
which would be the second one.
Technically, I'm talking about Warzone and that series.
Because the Dolph Lundgren one is completely separate.
To me, that's the first one.
And that was terrible.
Either one of them.
This one wasn't as bad.
No, it's bad.
It's bad.
Again, we talked about last week where we were talking about the whole.
I know, when we had Clay in here.
And we were talking about, well, if you didn't read the graphic novel,
this would be better.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Because what they tried to base this movie on,
there's no way they could have gotten an R rating.
Yeah.
Because the Marvel Max was incredibly graphic, yeah.
Warzone.
Especially the way he killed the Russian who was played by Kevin Nash.
The way he kills him in the comic,
there's no way you'd have gotten away with that.
Warzone was much closer to the source material.
Number eight is a movie that I...
That movie was terrible.
Number eight is a movie that I will always hold over Chad's head.
And he's now, he's starting to come around now.
Superman Returns was terrible.
I'm not coming around.
He was so mad when we went saw this in the theater.
Because he was fully prepared to have his Batman begins moment.
And it didn't happen.
And the farther we got away from that movie,
the bigger the chasm between those movies got.
And I just kept punching holes in it.
And he's just like, shut up, dude.
Just shut up.
Just shut up.
I'm like, no, look, how could he have gotten to the island?
If the island was made of kryptonite,
he would have been able to get five miles out of the island.
And how was the kid 19 years old when he's like 20?
It was, there were plotholes, but...
Huh?
Because look, I mean, here's what I'm saying.
They cast those two so young
that if this was supposed to take place after Superman 2,
they would have had to have been like 12 when they had the kid.
Because he cast both of them so young.
And the kid was at least 9 or 10.
That movie was terrible.
And it's my list, go pound 10.
Number 7, and a movie that had so much potential.
And when I finally watched it, I was like, what is this crap?
Frank Miller's the spirit.
This movie, oh, I was so disappointed.
Especially with Sam Jackson plays a bad guy, you're like, yes, no.
No, I'm so glad I waited for this on cable.
I was so mad.
I thought it was funny that he had Scarlett Johansson working for him in that one.
It worked out a little bit better in the Avengers, didn't it?
Number 6, the Angley version of Hulk.
Anybody going to debate me?
No.
We'll move on, except for when he said puny human.
Number 5, X-Men Origins Wolverine.
And the reason this gets so high on the list is because of what they did to death.
That movie had moments.
But by the end of it, it was like, you got to be freaking kidding me.
I'm about to punch something.
It was so mad.
Number 4.
You can't do any more listed upset you.
You're getting very angry.
I don't like it.
I love this song.
We have a three-way tie at number four.
Spider-Man's Peter loves Mary and debacle.
The entire Raimi trilogy sent me to a very, very bad place.
He's going there right now.
The first one, I watched right in the middle of celebration too.
Because there was a movie theater right next to the convention center.
So we were like, okay, we'll go watch Spider-Man because it's open this week.
We got to go right now.
And we all got finished.
It was me and Kenley and Kevin, I think I went together.
And all three of us were like, those are credits, right?
That means the movie's over?
Yeah.
And then the second one came out and I was like,
if I wanted to watch, this is like stupid boat movie on a rooftop.
That's all this is.
Oh, that was stupid.
If you just called it Peter loves Mary,
then I know what I was getting into when I got into it.
That was stupid.
I don't need Spider-Man as a telenovel.
That was three.
I don't need Clipos Magnificos as Spider-Man.
And then the third one was just a mess.
The third one was an absolute train wreck of filmmaking.
Is it just me or does Jalen Rose right here look like Tyler Perry?
I think it's funny that when Rob goes on a rent, he turned into a black man.
You're from the streets, not something.
No, I didn't design a mechanical spider.
No, you're just talking about one.
Number three, debate me, Batman and Robin.
I can't make you.
I saw a movie four times in the theater.
Well, you were like five.
You've seen every John Cena movie four times.
Yes.
When George Clooney freely admits that he's the guy that killed the franchise,
yeah, he done.
Even though it really wasn't his fault as much as it was shoe mockers,
because it was all, it was pretty much destroyed before it got to him.
Yeah.
And I'm okay.
Had the illusion of silver sawing on the move right?
Because
that man forever, great soundtrack, not a great film,
except for Nicole Kibben in the scene where she's wearing the show.
How you doing Nicole?
I think you heard me.
Keith Urban's got more money than me.
I get it.
But you have kiss from a rose on that soundtrack.
And that will be first me kill me kill me.
Hold me, hold me, throw me, kiss me, kill me.
And that jewel song that everybody kills.
Foolish game.
Also on that soundtrack.
Yeah, but kiss from a rose was my wedding song.
So I, and I love that song for that movie.
Was it like the coolest names on Batman and Robin?
No, no, it was on Batman forever.
And then our Kelly had that Gotham city.
Hey, what got those sugar there?
It's a sugar alarm.
Okay.
That's why I called it then.
There's very good that happened.
Number two, we have a two-way tie at number two.
Superman's three and four.
Because
there was no defending those two movies.
And although drunk Superman was funny,
that made me giggle.
I was like, hey, he's drunk.
He's a jerk.
And I just,
and you know, the only thing I remember about Superman three was
Richard Pryor playing Superman the Atari 2600 video game on the big screen.
That's the only thing I, and then the poster
of Christopher Reeve carrying Richard Pryor and flying.
I was like, this makes me want to see this movie in Richard Pryor,
like freaking out and panicking.
Talk about a drop off of quality.
Number one.
You want, I'm gonna let you, can you see that far?
No.
I'm not even looking for it.
Do you want to guess what number one is?
Love this song now.
Look at it, spider movies, great music, horrible films.
The whole, I know.
No, we already have a hoax already on the list.
Incredible hoax, that was great.
Yeah, the, the Norton one was good.
I know anytime I think bad comic book films recently anyway.
No, it's not recent.
Oh, it's not?
Not recent.
Like within the last 10 years, recent.
Nope.
I know Daredevil's electric come to my mind.
It's horrible.
Those are honorable mentions.
See, I never watched the electric, so I can't fully say,
I mean, I know it's bad, but I can't.
Daredevil was bad.
Although Clay claims I have to see the director's cut.
And I said, do I really have to?
And it's addressed in a pig.
Gosh, if it was not something fairly recent,
what, what era are we talking about?
80s.
It came from one of our leaders.
From one of our leaders?
Uh-huh.
Oh!
How could you overlook that, sir?
How?
Because I always pushed that out of my head.
I do.
George Lucas directing Howard the Duck.
Oh, I love that one.
He didn't direct it.
He didn't direct it.
No, he was a producer at best.
Written by the people that wrote the script for
Indiana Jones in the Temple of Doom.
I like your talent, too.
Leah Thompson, by the way, still hot.
Tim Robbins.
Remember the music video for...
That George Clinton co-wrote.
And he was in the video.
Dicoridic, or he knew.
Like you could take that and the garbage,
kid, or garbage-pale kids movie.
And combine them in the pit
in the desert where the ETV video game sits.
And I would be happy.
I was so jacked up about that movie.
I'm like, wow, Lucas, and the script writers for Indiana Jones.
There's no, but there's no way you could pull off
Howard the Duck right in that day and age.
No.
Now, a day's with the standards being a little looser,
You probably could, and with CG being good, because the animatronic duck puppet just hit the door.
So you're watching, you go, wow, Donald's really let himself go.
You know, it's just, God, that movie, I mean, I saw an HBO and I was like, what is this crap?
Why is this on my, why does this exist? Somebody let this happen?
Somebody saw this and went, yeah, let that go.
You have any more honorable mentions other than Dare no more.
No, stop angering him.
Turtles in time.
Anybody else?
Yeah, Turtles in time was a video game, Brent.
No, Turtles in time was a third movie.
What?
That's a video game title though.
No, it's the third movie, because they went back in time and they went back in Samurai.
I know they went to Japan, but I don't think it was called Turtles in time.
It was because the second one was Secret of the Ooze.
Yeah, I don't remember the third one being called Turtles in time.
Because they already had a video game title that.
That's the movie, it was based on the movie.

Taking you home tonight is one of my favorite bits ever.
It's by a group called DaVinci's Notebook.
A lot of people say that pop music has always been very formulaic.
So what these guys did, they're an acapella group,
and this is called Title of the Song.
So this is basically the formula in song of every boy band song ever.
So until next Saturday night at eight o'clock in the East Coast,
five o'clock on the West Coast,
for Charlotte, for Brandon, for Chad, I am Rob.
The Clubhouse is fixing to be closed.
Britney Palmer, and have a way.
How long these feelings have existed,
and you need that no one else could feel the same as I.
Reminiscence on the pleasant times we share.
And our relationship's perfection,
I will recounting of the steps that led to our love's dissolution,
mostly involving my unfaithfulness and lies,
penitent admission of wrongdoing, discovery of the depth of my affection,
regret over the lateness of my epiphany.
Title of the song,
naïve expression of love,
reluctance to accept that you are gone,
requested to turn back time and rectify my wrongs,
repetition of the title of the song,
enumeration of my various transgressive actions,
of insufficient motivation,
realization that these actions led to your departure,
and my resultant lack of sleep and appetize,
renunciation of my past insensitive behavior, promise of my reformation,
re-assurance that you still are foremost in my thoughts now.
Need foreign instructions, how to gain your trust again,
request for reconciliation,
listing of the numerous tasks that I performed,
a physical and emotional compensation.
Title of the song,
naïve expression of love,
reluctance to accept that you are gone,
requested to turn back time and rectify my wrongs,
repetition of the title of the song,
etched knowledge with the acted foolishly,
increasingly desperate pleas for your return,
sorrow for my infidelity,
the vain hope that my sins are forgivable,
a built for one more opportunity,
dropped to my knees to relicit a crab response,
crest to my chosen deity,
modulation, and I hold a high note,
naïve expression of love,
reluctance to accept that you are gone,
requested to turn back time and rectify my wrongs,
chaaaah !!!!
I'm making so much money, I'm going to space...
you must stop regorging,
letting time go on...
I'm asking...
You are sending you out to do special experiments.
The preceding was a sooner or gator production.
Get a go, get a go!
Why? Because I have to.
