me if I'm a team like that when I want to get my schedule I'm like give me
Halloween week off let me have the halfway but I'll think it'll be fun I'm

large teams I'm kind of curious about scheduling I want to see how they're
going to schedule it yeah that that happens but I think it's a great idea but
you're gonna have a lot of you have a lot of stubborn horses out there with

with this I'll tell you what let's make a deal with the players you come work
for my pay for a year I'll work six months for your pay a year and let's

for college football talk if you live in this region of the country or if you
pay any attention to college football you know that the next two weeks are
critical and we're gonna start with a game on a local front that in my
opinion is not getting the national coverage that it should and I don't even
have a horse in the race yeah the thing about it is you know this this oh you
Texas I've been man I can't remember the last time I've missed this game just
I can't remember I've got a buddy who's gone to this game for like thirty
thirty I think it's thirty and twenty straight this game it's got a very
extremely different feel this year it's not for the national title game I don't
believe either of these two teams will be in Glendale Arizona well one of
their fan bases yeah I like Oklahoma I'm obviously a lot of people know
that I just don't know if this team with this young players can do it but you
but you can say that on either side of the oh yes incredibly young and this is
just one of them years where I just I don't know if each team is better than the
other one but it's an old rivalry the cottonball and Dallas they just put two
million dollars into that joint and it's it's still OU Texas it's still that
rivalry started in 1900 as a practice game you're not even count and you know
Oklahoma won a state till 1905 1907 so they started playing this game what is
what does that do for me I all of a sudden we've gone to American history
yes and I'm it's my 10th grade year it's Mr. Downey's class and a portable
at Coconut Creek High School what did I just miss it's gonna be it's gonna
be it's still the passion it's still the it's still that hatred you can take
records out of this you can take all this you can take all that of it I think a
lot of it is it's gonna be the team that's most physical at the point of
attack which is a lot of scrimmage in the trenches on this ballgame Texas
looked as bad as I've ever seen a U.T. and we'll talk about that here just
they looked bad I'm gonna say something what what's the line now three it's four
it's four I'm telling you this game nobody runs away with this so I'm at any
point at any point this this game is five points or less yeah I'm telling you
I just don't I just don't see now Oklahoma does if you go back to the Florida
State game Oklahoma does have a tins to they can dominate you I just don't
think Texas has any playmate do you think Bob still got something in the bag
yes that he hasn't shown in the loss of Jordan Shipley for Texas has been
unbelievable they don't have that playmaker the meal to feel that can make a
move on a linebacker and get open on critical plays and their big Mike Davis
they're not even sure he's gonna play he's our leading receiver leading receiver
on on for four Texas and he's got a knee injury and he's gonna be a game time
decision that's not good so Texas down another weapon I just Oklahoma could win
this by double digits will they I don't know I think that the four points is
about right I think Oklahoma wins this I don't think it's gonna be pretty and I
don't think I don't think it's it's gonna be a run on yeah it's I think it's
gonna be one of those games that's gonna come down to a miss you a fumble
a pick but but to me those are exciting to watch it I'll be by the chair I'm
not gonna yeah penalties are always a big player in this game this game tends to
get a little chippy oh yeah so a penalties it I think you're gonna have a lot of
guys that are gonna want to get chippy yeah they haven't really won Oklahoma
got a few seniors on defense who's never won so I think you're gonna have some
some chippiness out of that too but always a great game in one of those games
that I think is you talk about great robberies Ohio State Michigan OU Texas
Army Navy I mean Alabama Auburn Florida Florida State it's right there in
that deal with those guys I think it's a surpass some I think it I think this
rivalry is a big Michigan and it's I think it's you Michigan I think it's
surpassed Florida for state personally yeah because Florida's just been
dominating that thing for so long well speaking of teams showing up a teams
not let's get to it I don't have a lot this week just because there weren't a
lot of great a lot of a lot of teams out there club and baby seals out there
real easy opponents nothing really going on oh not that kind of cloud I'm sorry
who showed up this week first and foremost you're the champs until somebody
tells you otherwise except on the other side of the coin oh didn't get a
curvy on that one yeah Arkansas showed up this week they did they did
mallet did you see the numbers on this kid yeah but 25 of 38 for
357 yards they put just as many yards on offense as the champs did they
were identical what's your missing a stat on there three three picks three
picks three picks and that killed them right that untimely pick in the
end zone that killed him I mean Arkansas left about ten points on the field
that day seven different receivers let me ask you this big day let me ask you
this big day from that kid and I may need to go back and listen to our college
football preview again could this be a sleeper team in the SEC yeah but right
now they need a lot of help you got to have somebody beat Alabama but it's a
wide it's a pretty weak field too yeah but you've got to have Alabama lose two
conference games and I just don't see them unless Florida gets some Saturday
then Auburn shocks the world well then let's talk about Auburn speaking
which nice segue and Cody doesn't even know what I have on my paper very nicely
done sir Auburn 3527 over South Carolina Cameron Newton Mike it's a beast I
haven't seen thing like him since 16 of 21 for 158 yards and two touchdown 25
rushes for 176 and three more touchdowns yeah this kid is a beast is a beast
and he's the closest thing I think we've seen from a Vince Young that can

know I I don't want it to be that weak he will get the green and they've done
enough crime and complaining and carrying on you know it I'm actually ready to
I'm ready to start conference play I think when I saw Alabama and Arkansas I'm
ready to get but you know how I see TCU and I'm not from a place standpoint
which is from a philosophy standpoint they're like the Colts all we do is win
games yeah yeah we're not gonna come out there and make a bunch of noise yeah
a bunch of a lot of football games we just win games that's what we do I was
pretty impressed with TCU Friday night because I thought SMU came out there
and said okay you're not gonna walk all over us and that was a ten-point ball
game at once a great game that was a great ball game SMU's a little bit ahead of
speed right now with as far as competing with TCU but I think they'll get their
Joe Jones has done a great phenomenal job yeah great job with that team let's
talk about who didn't show up and we start with your opponent on Saturday
Texas wow 34 to 12 lost to UCLA they had more offensive you are they had 58 yards
more offense than UCLA five turnovers six of 14 on third down they went
born on fourth down twice and didn't get it Gilbert was 30 for 45 for
thumbles for lost you know what it's been a long time and I mean it's been a
real long time and you probably have to go back to the very early stoop's years
in that rivalry where you just saw Texas have somebody imposed their will on

this team that I go are we we sleep walking through these first three out of
these four games it's almost like the light switch hasn't come on yeah I've seen
them play worse look at last year they know what pulled that off this
conversation a week from today could be completely different just now now

preseason let's get down to the all-star count pretty much two weeks away from

demons and interesting chased by the demon let me end a weird one this is yeah

president also steps down this month I just didn't see that CNN CNN in toilet
plus the fact that's TV news that's not yeah they Clinton news network well
that's let's Mr Fox News let's not get crazy with it you hear me on Hannity

how much you know about this I've learned I've learned a lot more about this
movie this week it's about a kid who's kind of picked on at school and then he
gets a new neighbor who is of the of the demonic vampiric variety of I'm not

seen that very much see a lot of people had a problem with with the pacing of it
I loved this by my favorite of my favorite lines probably should have led

concerts this thing was three and a half hours long and it was some of the

love it no ordinary families my third show it premieres tonight it has already
come and gone since we've been on the air I will try to watch it maybe this

over my DVR to record Smackdown I saw that it had NXT on the hour before
Smackdown that's actually on my on my DVR it's actually referred to as count
down to Smackdown interesting minds is WWE NXT and we're gonna talk about that
here in a little while but my DVR says at seven o'clock Eastern it's going to
be count down a live count down to Smackdown so I don't know what to find I
mean I've got my DVR said we'll see Cole was not there to start thank God well

experience on NXT wasn't exactly ideal see him punks response was it's like a

anybody when it was on just me all American I am the point oh one rating they
get on that show and I do it for you people I do it for the show speaking of
the 1.0 rating you're also the 1.0 rating on this show which is let's get
that's got one more point on on superstars they played the entire main event
from raw one of the beginning to from the from the time when Nexus came out
until raw went off the air they played the whole thing
huh kill the show on free TV on that WGN's bit WGN America kill this show yeah or
play it at 3 in the morning on a Tuesday exactly this this show is useless
it's just Vince villain airtime and because I really thought that he was
bookmarking that spot for Smackdown and then you're gonna move the sci-fi

different network we had two exhibition title changes over the weekend
Saturday I'm Friday night amazing red beats Jay lethal though that was Saturday in
the ECW arena and then Sunday Jay lethal wins it back let me tell you this you
wouldn't have to do that if you alive every week yeah that they've got a weak
clamor for this all the time let belts change hands and house shows they did
this earlier this year when Rob Terry won the global championship over in in
Europe but they kept it on it they actually kept it on him this thing I mean
you were you and I talked about this the other day too I remember you pick up a
pro wrestling illustrated I remember finding out that the Steiner's won the
tag team championship in the NWA in a cage on a Saturday night in like
Tupelo and I was like that's awesome because what motivation what motivation do
I have to go to a house show exactly they're horrible if nothing's going to
happen nothing's gonna have that I can't get some funny moments though they
kind of raised a curtain I'll show but I can I can have more exciting things to
watch on if I place them back down versus raw 2011 then I can have a house
show and it's gonna cost me less than a lot of us of and this and this next
point impacts not the only show guilty of this but it's it's become so
prevalent with impact now it drives me literally insane as I'm sitting in my
recliner watching TV remember a time where we didn't have to take the first 10
minutes to the show and recap what happened last week I'm of the opinion you

Anderson's cutting a promo in the ring this is great this did you not like I

because if he doesn't he has to retire I think we wrap up that storyline at
down for glory he wins the title and then you can kind of move on with it you
mean they're not going to do some kind of disqualification and then pull
someone else in we'll be hogan hogan's out hogan's out with surgery so their
theory is gone yeah it's not I'm saying my theory's gone my theory just got
sidetracked because I think if he didn't have that this surgery he'd still be
having to happen yeah just uh fortune versus he need 2.0 at bound for glory on

had a ladder match and whoever wins the ladder match gets what they call the
man advantage your team gets to come in for I got you AJ wins ladder match as
as James storm is pushing him up the ladder and it was and it was a great
match I enjoyed it I mean TNA knows how to do a ladder match I will give them
that and then I love ultimate X I think ultimate X is a great match to you
TNA said something that I thought was very very strange AJ versus
SABU was the lighter match today says SABU versus AJ as the match fans have
wanted to see for years
SABU really well SABU man I can just first of all AJ hasn't been in the
business for years yeah number two SABU hasn't been in the business for
years SABU at least right today a decent script yeah he's killing I agree with
this next point and I could say this about a lot of guys and you and I have talked
about this on many occasions as I don't and if you guys don't know this and you

the business needs the brand separation to go away I agree but could you still

but one parcy prayer and I think he was wearing a fat suit because remember he's lost a lot of weight
but he looks he looked exactly the same yeah he had the urn here comes the undertaker beats
Cain down undertaker drops to a knee rolls back the eyes raises the hand Paul bears got the urn
here we go and the thank you and thank you to the gods of wrestling for giving me something yeah
it's it's gonna be a deal with that I think this is a sign of his career is kind of coming full
circle yeah with his is retirement looming and I'm so good with this I'm so good with this
because and he's going to be with undertaker on sunday and the great city of Dallas

October and the fam was going to be Hogan Austin in WrestleMania and it didn't happen because
one of them went into surgery yeah and it just blew the wheels off the whole thing so that is this

you know there's a lot this thing in in Charlotte alluded earlier the throwback
the throwback jersey thing is team start wearing uniforms that some of their fans weren't alive when
they wore like the like the Broncos yeah remember the yeah yeah and there was a lot of team Chicago
wore it last night which I thought that was a great throwback some of them need to be put in the vault
to never brought back out some of them should just be a race from our history yeah so I went and I
did a little research in the top 10 ugliest sports uniforms ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever
ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever thank you outcast any hockey people
out there if you've seen this one the 10 I saw this right before we went on air they wore this there
I mean almost their whole existence then number 10 is a Quebec nordeaks now known as a Colorado
yeah I didn't mind this logo you didn't like you didn't mind it I kind of like that they do and
they do still wear this as a throwback exactly from time to time um and this one here uh hockey
sweaters are always we can get real dicey and thank you for saying that properly sir they are
sweaters they are not jerseys they are referred to as hockey sweaters true sorry why are they sweaters
this what they're called you ever worn one pre-fit you ever tried to wear one in July you're on the
us no not really you're being you're skating uh so yeah it was what they call them and they were
back in the day they were sweaters like blue it was a red in with a hockey stick and a putt with
the floor to leave on the bottom and it kind of looked like an elephant yeah it was a little
wheels off 1980s Atlanta Braves if you ever seen a movie called the sluggers wife or if you've
ever seen the footage of Hank Aaron break it yeah it's that uniform it's not with the cursive
right yeah it's not it's not mine it's the baby blue version yeah I never had a problem with it
yeah the baby blue version I thought of that was strange that they throw out from time to time I
don't like it when Tampa Bay where's the baby boy that's kind of weird for me um the number eight the
heart man and baby blue is the heart for the wailers I don't mind this logo either the whales tail
making the the H in the dub you I've got no problem with this I like it I don't like their
third jerseys now with our admittance that is ugly I like it man can we get some some opinions
from the fashionistas in the room here um but yeah that's that's uh that's a that's a tough
uniform any that that reminds me if you remember if you're an old maverick fan that that green and
that blue see I would put the the hat with the M on this list over there I like that I don't think
my Dawn Carter logo it's just very go on a bowling alley on the bottom leave leave the logo
below um Syracuse University football currently currently those are bad they were trying to channel
in the old Alabama one point where they put the one team does that but you know what I like it
I don't know if you saw this last year when Texas did that with the smaller longhorn I like that
and the and your beloved chargers do the same things sometimes but Syracuse has that that orange
that ugly orange and it's that navy blue s and uh horrible horrible um they're horrible anyway yeah
they won a conference game in three years anyway um number six San Diego Padres 1983 that's the brown
I brown the yellow yellow with with the real 70s letters okay I know I couldn't find out I believe
they beat the Tigers in the world series that year though there though I know I know which one
it is yeah I when he soon as he said the brown I knew exactly I've got a slash on that one so you
would are you gonna say the camo I like the camo San Diego and those camos I know why they do it
camp Pendleton down there United States Marine Corps I know why they do that but I enjoy
that I like the camel the game um brother number five the Vancouver Connucks 1978 to 1984 these
are the ones that look like a bad v-neck sweater very like I thought I was watching a CVS special
presentation when I saw I thought they you know yes there they are I thought maybe that there's
another logo they carry that you're on board yes if I'm not mistaken yeah um there is a one
that uh are you talking about the horse no the CH oh yeah that's the Montreal Canadian's okay
they're all like Calgary's that horse but the yeah you and I have a little battle in the family
cup finals when you know that but uh yeah that's like they were supposed to come in and
sell the end of the bench and take their skates off the slide on their loafers and uh king
Friday was gonna show up Friday the land of make believe that trolley comes by um and number four
this is a bad one uh pitch-barg pirate 76 to 86 bobby bonds with the three circles around
oh yeah the hat had three different logos around it and just bad for some reason they
that's a color scheme that's hard to screw up is gold all you know only city with all three sports
teams have this all three same colors stealers penguins and pirates all wear the same colors yep
Pittsburgh then had a bad take on that these next three this third one is nasty but oh it's
terrible I see a lot of this Nolan Ryan throwback and it's the Houston Astros from 75 to 93
the horrible that's got the pseudo rainbow yeah that's supposed to be the I guess the tail of a rocket
burnjie across your chest or something like that see it right there that's supposed to be I guess
it that's the only thing I think with the star yeah I think there was a star with a rainbow on it
I really weird I really bad rainbow yeah and are we thinking of this yeah that's the one I'm
thinking and this one here this was all motion number one and you know what it's more city cafe
and miski texas they had one of these on display before the remodel and that's signed by de kimbe
de kimbe mutumbu uh didn't it never nugget from 82 to 93 with the skyline in rainbow uh what in the
world where they think and they heard us they held onto those for that long well that amazes
yeah 93 I didn't think that they wore those uniforms that long I don't like them now
did the yellow line I don't mind 10% and number one and we'll never ever ever
be thrown you will not hear me arguing they wore these last year yes they did be green bay and it
made me physically in the Tampa Bay Buckeneers my 11 v6 to 95 what in the world the pirate with the
knife in his in the winking at you and it was like is the same as the astros colors the day the day
they changed those you need the orange the day they changed those unis was a day of celebration
on the great city of town the Buckeneer had a dagger in his mouth and he was kind of winking at
you how do you think that look can I can I throw a couple at you here what's that you may have
omitted on your list I might have Houston rockets with the pinstripes yes those are bad
and the real card real Marvel comic-e looking logo
New England Patriots which the old the hiking I like I hate though I like him I hate the old
but with the putt kind of hiking the ball I kind of put that in the same category I put the pirate
kind of decks of cochlea Halloween mask I like that you that's become a player with you I know
I got it's an old bit we brought back it's a very old bit that we brought back but yeah
you talk about the throwback New England right yes with the pirate and the three point one I did
I want to mention is when they wore these logo down the shoulder pads yeah that was a bad one
that New England had some there was another one 1930s filled out the Eagles the baby blue and yellow
they wore last year I kind of wish that jets would go back to the to the New York Titans I kind
of I threw this on here that's pretty recent the Texas Ranger with the three-piece jersey the sleeve
the sleeve I like the sleeveless you like that buck show alter brought that in because it gets so hot
and text in the summertime where a nice lump both thin t-shirt underneath it and you're going to get
that's your Yale West champion yeah oh the situation but that is that's my list
little sportsy on you I know some people usually don't do that yeah Chad you're absolutely
all right the bucks mascot's nickname is buck bucko Bruce that's more of a cavalier he had more
of a cavalier look to him but I like the the Tampa Bay mascot he's kind of fun better than
rowdy who's the little nut out and y'alls y'alls uh stands that looks like he needs being the black
hole in Oakland maybe look for that where's all the make up you know what I think is the is the
creepiest name for a mascot who's got the marlin's mascot's name is what's that Billy Marlin and let
that sink in and Billy Martin's a dead he had three different jobs at Steinbrenner
yeah the house of Steinbrenner when they named him I just sat in my house like oh Billy Marlin
oh no no what rowdy in in a rowdy out anybody in a rowdy out he's been gonna come out yes he's not
a lot on the field he's so in the sense he's not a lot on the field at all he's not a lot at
training camp at all now that's Jerry Jones junior you know that right is it really I don't think
so sir well the pendulum comes back to me now we get any idea I'm not I'm not gonna I'm not gonna tease
