Now I'm very nervous that I'm the co-host. The rounding out the dais is a woman that is simply known as the Donna, and she is here, welcome friend. Welcome.

Now for those of you that don't know who these two young ladies are, the Donna is the VP of Who Need Sleep. Rachel is the secretary and all things social media for Who Need Sleep. That we will be talking about very, very soon.

You're going to find out everything you need to know about the big show happening December 14th and 15th, where we will be raising money for two local North Texas cancer treatment charities. We're going to talk more about all of that later. We were off last week for Labor Day.

Let's get right into it. Today was the NASCAR regular season finale. The playoffs start next week.

Starting in the silver medal position and then falling to 10th and the number 21 Ford. Paul Menard and yes, his family does own that chain of hardware stores. That is a true story.

Starting in 24th and winding up in 9th in the number 9 Chevrolet is the new sheriff in town chase Elliott. Starting in 22nd and winding up in 8th and the number 6th Ford is Ryan. Hello, Newman.

Starting in 9th and winding up in 7th and the number 12 Ford we call him the stone Ryan Blaney. He's all over Facebook right now for some reason. There's some reason.

We are at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway with one of my favorite NASCAR trophies of the year. The NASCAR race at Vegas, you get a boxing belt. Oh, really?

And it's like a little old-school boxing belt like they had in the Rocky movies where it's kind of stretchy. Oh, OK. And that will be the Southpoint 400.

I don't know what that means. I don't know. Playoff's starting next week.

But I love the way that Leslie Jones said it, graduating. I mean, she's got the skins on the wall to do it. She's a.

And allegedly, she's going to be in the coming to America sequel. I've heard rumors of that, which we don't need anyway. But I think she's just awesome.

She's great. Especially with a lot of the slings and arrows that have been thrown at her in the last couple of years. She's been able to take them all and stride.

I thought her coverage at the Winter Olympics last year was amazing. Well, she's on the IMDib for the coming Americas. Yeah.

And I'm assuming that NBC is going to send her to the summer Olympics next year. I hope she's so great. But I don't know if you guys know, but they've announced the first five hosts for this year.

No, who are they? One of them I'm very intrigued by. Just one.

Kind of sort of. The 28th is the season premiere. Woody Harrelson will be hosting.

That's not going to go well with the Billie Eilish. Is that how you say her last name? I'm not a fan of her.

Do you know who she actually is? Someone that annoys me. She, her dad is one Rob Schneider.

I am caught up. I have theories that we'll talk about. Oh, we need to talk on that because well, because Rachel hasn't seen.

I mean, when we're like, I do, I just haven't had time. Yeah, because meet him a fantastic before we love that show. It's great.

It's great. First two season. We got one more season coming up and goes into production next month.

Then that's the final season. That because the kids are getting older. Okay.

By the way, we actually got into Bloodline. We've been bitching after last year. Oh, yeah.

Is it a movie? No, it's a series on HBO. It's actually takes place after the events of the comments.

Well, I don't have HBO. So just ask for my password, I'll probably give it a day. Okay.

It's a debut is at nine Eastern on October 20th, which is kind of strange because that's a Monday night. So it's not going to be part of their Sunday night lineup. What is this about?

I'm sorry. So Watchman is credited as one of the first true graphic novels. It's very dated.

Like I didn't really date the graphic. It's okay. It's it takes place in a world where superheroes have kind of gone rogue.

And it deals with the death of a superhero called the comedian. And this was a comic book series that was turned into a movie a few years ago. Okay.

Which was for passable at best for me. But the series I'm kind of interested in because it takes place after the events in the film. So we'll have to see how you take that series they've been doing on HBO right now.

Our boys about that. I haven't watched that yet, but I've heard very, very good things. It's good, but it's subtitled.

But the thing is that's on Monday nights also. And I believe the doose starts tomorrow night. No, no, it's not a toilet series.

Although someone could describe it that way. But no, that debuts tomorrow. Their final season starts tomorrow.

And fans of the crown. My wife. Very interesting casting was announced yesterday.

Jillian Anderson. Do you remember from the ex files? Like her.

She's playing Margaret Thatcher. No. No.

Yeah, I'm that. That was exactly my reaction. It's like I'm a fan.

But the iron lady. Yeah, I don't know. I've never watched the show, but like, oh, it's so good.

It's worth it. My wife's a big fan. Yeah, it's really, really good.

Then HBO also announcing this week. This week that season three of Westworld is actually going to be shorter than the first two were. Who?

So HBO. I don't have. We've covered.

I lost me on season two. I watched the first one. Season two just kind of, yeah, I don't know.

I enjoyed it. Yeah. And not as much as I enjoyed season two.

I enjoyed season one. Season one was great. I don't know.

I don't have HBO. I believe we're retitling tonight. Show.

Well, it's kind of like true detective. The first season was good. Todd McFarland.

This is comic book news. So pay attention, Don, because you're big into the convention scene. Todd McFarland announced this week that he's doing two different spawn series.

One that's going to be more adult oriented and one that's going to be more for the kids, which I thought was interesting because making making spawn kids friendly is going to be very, very interesting. But no, maybe it's baby spawn. Baby stuff like muppet babies.

Road trip. Okay. Have you ever Road trip Vegas?

I've done that. It's a long drive. No.

Fly. It's three hours. Especially when you're driving around the Grand Canyon.

Yeah, but there's something about an RV and a group of friends. And wondering if you're going to live at the end of it. I have seen this movie.

It does not. I was going to say 36 hours with this group of people. Hey, I tried to get a group of people to go with me to San Jose a couple years ago in an RV.

Needless to say, it was canceled. I'm going to buy the Grand Canyon twice. Yeah, RV.

Last time I was in Vegas, I was 11. So I was 20 and I looked 14. But see, the thing about Vegas is there's so much other stuff to do there besides gambling.

No. Especially come next year when the NFL will be there. So.

And that stadium is right downtown. And they got the NHL too. They have the hockey team.

Yeah. That's a beautiful arena too. The team mobile center.

Let's not forget UNLV also. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. The new stadium is going to be right by the Thomas and Max Center.

Well, it's huge. It's going to miss that traffic up. So because the traffic in Vegas is bad enough as it is.

Yeah. That's why you don't use traffic. You use the shuttles from the airport and take the back way through the strip.

No, what I like to do when I get to the hotel is I'll stay at the what's now called the hotel intercontinental. It used to be the Hilton. And you can take the monorail straight to you like a three day pass to the monorail like 40 bucks and it takes you right to the strip.

Oh, yeah. And this is the monorail takes shelter different hotels. And apparently now they're trying to make people pay to park on the strip when they didn't use to.

So that's getting a little weird TV on DVD and Blu-ray this week seasons one and two combined of young Sheldon for lovely and talented Mrs. Irvin's a big fan of the show because she's a big fan of the Big Bang Theory, which I am not because I lived it. Team two.

Season two of seal team, which my wife is also been with David Boreannis is in this show. Well, he's angel. That's he is.

That and a million little things. It's like why I don't need to cry anymore than our little things is awesome. Yeah, but I've never seen this is me neither.

I have no desire. Season six of Chicago PD can't be that shows been on that long. No desire.

Let's see season nine of Hawaii five. Oh, I can't wait. That shows it.

It is still on. Every time if I go do laundry on Friday night, it's on at the laundromat because it's on CBS on Friday night. I think I stop watching after season four, maybe.

I stopped. Never watched an episode. None of it.

I've watched no episodes. And season 14 of Supernatural available this week. I don't watch it.

I watch it. It's one of those either you've been down since day one or you've never watched an episode. I found out.

I'm used to watch it, but then like after season one or two, I just was I have my fandom. That's a cool car. It shows up at the conventions all the time.

It's a cool car. I love a matter of fact, because they celebrate everything and in Texas. They had a whole they didn't have a whole convention here a couple months ago.

Oh, yeah. Oh, they had a show show until Williams was there a couple of years ago to the one in Houston. Those guys are great to their fans.

In a game that shows why Karma's a thing yesterday. A&M. What are you doing?

Why are you coming out in the middle of the week saying, oh, we're going to win that game. I'm going to tell you it's an upset with our team. I'm guaranteeing to win.

And then you lose 24 to 10. However, with the last minute touchdown that A&M scored, it covered the line for them. So a lot of people, a lot of people lost money.

Colorado squeaks one out against Nebraska yesterday and over time. What a game that was, especially in the fourth quarter. Badger, badger, badger, badger, badger, wins big 61 to nothing over central Michigan.

Georgia wins moving on. Alabama wins in other news. Water is wet as they beat New Mexico State 62 to 10.

Washington State over Northern Colorado. Oklahoma wins big over South Dakota 70 to 14. How much did they pay South Dakota to come play them though?

Yeah, because that they paid. They paid them. Oh, yeah.

That's usually the way it works early in the year. Yeah. And for somebody that backfired last week.

Central Florida wins again. They beat Florida Atlantic. But Central Florida, stop acting like you're the greatest team on the planet.

When you spend half the year playing Sister Mary's College for the Blind, you can't plane to be where the greatest team in the nation. Beat somebody. Of note, real fast, they didn't release the AP Michigan went down from 7 to 10.

That didn't surprise me. Michigan State sparty beats up on Western Michigan. Penn State over Buffalo by a ton.

Oregon beats Nevada like they owe him money. The Florida Gators blanking UT Martin 45 to nothing. Thank you after beating Miami.

Auburn over to Lane 24 to 6 in a game. That was the game of the week. And I couldn't be happier for the first time in my life.

And the Cowboys won. Yes, they did. And we'll get to that here in just a moment.

Thursday night was your opener. Green Bay at Chicago. Oh, I'm sorry.

We were talking about what game. What do you mean? I had to turn it off.

I was. I'm so glad I did not watch this game. Green Bay was.

Yeah. Don I know. But there was, you know, you just fell asleep.

But I had it on my screen. I know. It's okay.

Go ahead, Don. No, actually, but I think they probably started with this year because that's still the longest running rivalry in NFL right now in history. Well, yeah, because it's older than the NFL.

Yeah. Well, they played like they were older than the NFL. But did you guys see that George one to them brought back the super fans in the pregame?

And they actually got Peyton Manning to be on there. And they got eight. They got a Brett Farff.

I will tell you there is nothing better than a Peyton Manning commercial. Oh my gosh. Well, they got they got a Brett Farff on there.

And because you know, he's he talked about how Green Bay came into the league in 1919. And one of the guys just like two horrible things happened in 1919. The Green Bay Packers and Prohibition.

Oh my gosh. That's awesome. I liked it.

But let's get into today Tennessee all over Cleveland 43 to 14 today. But not as bad as my dolphins who got shellacked 59 to 10 at home by Baltimore. It's the dolphins.

Yeah, they make him cry. But some of the and the dolphins do make me cry. But you know what?

Some of us are going to ride with the teams of our youth because that's what we do. And we will we will we will ride. No, they're going to lose.

They're going to win in week three though. Not in week two. It's not week two.
