entirely. It is, it is, oh, it's their first hundred degree days. It's like,
for those who are not in the Metroplex, we did have our first triple digit day yesterday.
And it's May.
And May is officially halfway over. Now, well, no, that would be tomorrow. Tomorrow at noon.
May will officially be halfway done. So, yes.
So, let's just dive right in, because one day closer to all being right in the world,
because yesterday was the official release of the NFL schedule.
Remind me after the show, Alex, I have an idea I want to talk to you about.
Okay. Your season opener September the 4th for the NFL will be the Eagles in our fair,
that's, you know, they're hosting the Cowboys at link. Christmas days double header on Netflix will
be Cowboys at the commanders at one Eastern lions at the Vikings at 430 Eastern on the net on
the Netflix. I'm old, but they're God. The Vikings also have back-to-back overseas games,
which is a very interesting thing. A earliest buy is week five. And Chicago is one of those teams.
There was some other stuff I wanted to go over, but I forgot to take notes. So,
I have to do this with your webs. Not went too far back. Well, the point in there that I find most
interesting is the Vikings getting the back-to-back, because they're literally in Dublin then London.
So, at least it's still the UK as well. I will be curious to see if this is like a moderate
test run for the idea of a team being over there more.

Your triple header on Thanksgiving. Early on Fox, it will be Packers at Lions at 11 a.m. Eastern.
Sorry, I had some saliva go down the wrong pipe there. Your 230 p.m. Eastern on CBS will be chiefs
at Cowboys chiefs also will be playing the charges in Sal Palo, which, you know, I think
Travis Kelsey may have jumped the gun on that a little bit. I'm sure the NFL is not happy.
Because he announced it like the day before. And your night game on Thanksgiving on NBC at six,
all right, 820 Eastern will be Bengals at Ravens. And then your Black Friday game at
three o'clock Eastern will be Bears at Eagles. Anything else stick out to you from an NFL
scheduling standpoint? At this point, it's so early on that we're purely grasping its straws.
There's going to be a deeper dive when we get into it, whether it be lost dates based on travel
or home away splits. But for right now, there's nothing that glaringly sticks out beyond that
Vikings back to back, which if you were a player and you were told that you had two international
games, wouldn't you kind of want it to be back to back like that, though? Yeah, I, and, well,
and plus you've got to have the buy either before or after. Oh, absolutely. With that kind of a
lack of stretch. Yeah, that's probably an after. I was going to say if I had my brothers,
it would be the after. Yeah, the jet lag return. Yeah, let me play on, you know, Thursday the
week before. That way, I'll have a full week to adjust to get over there, play the back-to-back

service will just be called ESPN. This is going to be the week of not very creative naming
conventions. In the fall, it's going to cost $30 a month. But you can do 36 to bundle with Hulu and
Disney Plus and they're doing a promotional. That would be $30 for the first year.

they're not terrible, but they're nine and a half back. They're four and a half back of the

15 games back on May 15. God love them. They are 10 back of Minnesota. The twins are a half
game back on the royals. Kansas City is a game back on Cleveland. Cleveland now three and a half
back on Detroit. And in the AL West, I get to actually do it this time. The Los Angeles angels
of Anaheim, whatever county they're in, California, America, North America, Earth, Milky Way,
universe, multiverse. Because I can't say Los Angeles, but I think they're in. I don't think
they're in. I like him. I keep saying it, but I don't think it's true. They are six games back in
the division. They are four and a half back of the A's. The A's are ahead of them at one and a half
back right now. This division is locked up in a tight one. The A's are a half game back on
the Rangers Rangers and Houston are tied at one game back as Seattle right now.
In the nationality to clarify, it is located in Orange County. I knew it was one of the old
counties, but I couldn't remember. Orange County, I'm banking it for the next time. All right,
the Colorado Rock piece put a pick in it. They would just skip them. Arizona is five and a half
game back in the division right now. They are two games back. They're two games back in San Francisco.
San Francisco is two as three games back of the Padres and the Padres are now only a half game
back on the Dodgers. In the NL Central, the Penguins, they're still terrible. They're 10 games back.
They are, let's see, five and a half back of Cincinnati, the Reds are now a half game back of
Milwaukee. Brewers three back of St. Louis Cardinals are a game back of the Cubs and in the only
division that matters, the NL East before we move on to clarify that was the Pirates, the Pirates.
Can I see the penguins? Yes. I was just trying to check the box and move along in real time.
My Marlins are 11 games out of first place. They are a half game back of the Nattinals. The Nattinals
now four and a half back of Atlanta, who is finally at 500, which is saying something based on
that start and getting and getting Acunia back very, very soon. And I'm sorry, Alec never
wear that shirt again because every time I have worn that shirt, he has gotten injured within 48
hours. I am now super vicious of that shirt. That's okay. That is totally okay. The Braids are now
three and a half back on Philly and your Mets are one and a half, two and a half games.
Like I can't. Oh, oh, Washington's goal got waived off.
So, all right. Now it's time for North America's favorite game show.
Oh boy.
That was not the set up. I was anticipating. I was expecting some way more John Denver.
So we interestingly enough, we had talked about this at the point when we were discussing how bad
the Rockies were. They had an all time poor record for the 37 game start of six and 31.
And then they proceeded to lose a game by 18 runs. This was over a week ago.
I'm going to have to say minus 105. I think they're over the century mark now.
What did Don say on stays at his minus 70. He said minus 75. You stay with them.
Watch him win because I'm over. Since we last. Since we last can be the Colorado Rockies have won one game.
They are seven and 36 right now. That is a one sixty three win percentage in the middle of May.
So, but since the all time worst start for a 37 game, they won one additional game.
That is correct.
They now remember I said Arizona was five and a half back in the division.
Colorado was 21 games back in the finish.
Wow. They are five and 16 at home. Just the math on that. Just like remember how it's five and a half.
Yeah. They've lost three in a row. They're one and nine in their last 10.

Yeah. Okay. I really wanted to stretch it out. What is it?
So, remember last year who had it the whole year? It was the white socks.
The white socks currently have a run differential of minus 29. Not bad for them.
You would need a 108 to that total to match the minus 137 that the Colorado Rockies currently possess.
Yes. Can you say that number again, but slower?
Minus 137. They have scored 138 runs. They have given up 275 runs.
And what's their record?
76. Okay. So they've played 46. They've played 43 games.
And it's if they had just lost all of their games by one, you would still have to basically add another
hundred runs on May 15th. They might hit 500. I'm not putting it out there.
Let me tell you something. They are technically on pace for a minus
548 run differential by the end of the year.
But let's just get rid of the manager and leave everybody else intact.
What is it about Denver teams not quite knowing how to deal with their leadership?

Uh, let's get into. We watch this week. It's what's for dinner.
Alex. So I actually finished up boardwalk empire and had the same
very, very much appreciated the finite closure as you had alluded to, but it still did not
feel like a satisfying end for me. So I am now on the lookout for something more
happy as the next jaunt through. And I believe I need to talk into this. You can't move the microphone
away from me, kid. But I am now after also finishing righteous gemstones onto vice principles because of
the dynamic of Danny McBride and Walton Goggins. I need more of that insanity in my life.
I thought what in Goggins? On SNL. I thought he did a really good job. Arcade fire. I don't get it.
But I'm probably not their target demo weaver because as you alluded to earlier, I am not rolling the
doobies. So Apple TV has renewed the studio for two more seasons. Oh, I only saw one. So your boy
Seth Rogan's going to be working for a while. He's going to be working for as long as he wants to.
They are also doing a limited series based on their original podcast called Wild Things. This
is not the movie from the 90s. Okay. This will be Jude Law and Andrew Garfield respectfully playing
Sig Frieden Roy. Oh, dear. I'm intrigued. I don't know how to feel about that to be honest.
Probably about the way I felt when I saw this Madden picture with Christian Bale and Nicholas
Cage the other day. I thought that was great. I think that Frank Kelliando should do the voice
and Nicholas Cage can just lip sync it. No. I like I want to disagree, but that's not a bad idea.
The entire movie is just Frank Kelliando doing the line that everybody else just miming it.
You're a guy who likes a video game. And for just a word, we're clear. It's about the, I thought
it was supposed to be about the video game, not a biopic, but it started to look like a biopic.
So from the reports that I was seeing was that it's going to pick up with him as a coach,
going through the who am I now to the broadcasting to the who am I now to the video game. Okay.
So that it will essentially take the end of his coaching life into
everything else. Yeah. Oh, and we got a very interesting headline today season three of shrinking
is coming. Michael J. Fox will be guessing. I saw that. So I'm very excited about that.
If you have, if you guys haven't watched that, Michael J. Fox documentary that they did.
It is still fantastic.
Of CBS is doing a spin-off from fire country.
We call it sure. It's going to be called Sheriff Country
with Marina Bakering. Okay. I'm back. She is the title character
who is dealing with, if I read correctly, it is her father who is allegedly involved in some
illegal growing of things. And she is having to deal with that. Apparently,
this thing is going to be a lot darker. Interesting. So they have renewed beyond the gates
for season two. This is their new soap opera. Okay. And they announced that season 27 of Big Brother
will kick off on July 10th. Anybody that watches that show and haven't for decades.
I don't know anybody that never has at any point. I watched it in the beginning.
I never did. No, not even the slightest bit. I think I guess you got to put something on TV
in the summertime. Plus, it's cheap to produce. We've talked about that before.
CNN announcing this week. They are doing a documentary directed by Marina Zenevich who did
Lance. She also did Robin Williams come inside my mind. Okay. It will be called I'm Chevy Chase
if you're not. I am intrigued. I will say though, every time I hear CNN, now I have expect
there to be the line after of confused. Yeah. We are too. Kind of show. So glad they're coming
back in the fall. Absolutely. A quick season for them. It was. It was very brief. And I'm like
three weeks behind on Don Oliver. So CW has given a two season pickup. And this is a strange
you. There's another network you think this would be on. But they have given a two season pickup
to law and order Toronto criminal intent. Okay. That feels like a joke unto itself. That's
way too many subtitles. It's a real thing. Well, I'm not denying that. But I wasn't
thinking about that. Yeah. No. Law and order. Okay. We're there. Toronto. All right. We're
establishing location. Wait. Hold on. Why are we still going? Okay. I'm going to need you to go
ahead and admit to the crime. Okay. It's like. Could you please, please? I mean, please, please.
Disney plus announcing the honors. Iron Hearts going to kick off June 24th. I am excited for
this. This looks awesome. Have you seen the rumors with surrounding the Anthony Ramos on this?
I have not. You would be the better person to speak to the character of Mifisto. Really?
That there is something pertaining to his character that will be Mifisto. So we keep getting
those rumors. They keep teasing us with that. Well, supposedly there's some stronger things that
have been revealed to others. Mifisto is basically the devil. Yeah. Let's see here. Where am I?
Fox has renewed the floor for two more seasons. Good. We still need to watch that next season.
They have canceled rescue high surf after one season.
And it is now actually no people that liked it. And it is now official. They will be the network
bringing back fear factor. All fear and you're on the clock.
I that's just a little know how I feel about this. And in the immortal words of Phil Collins.
Tonight, tonight, tonight is the premiere of Welcome to Rexham. Yes.
Very excited. Oh, this is going to be good. They have also coming so good. Season four of the
bear will start June 25th with all 10 episodes. They're dumping them all at one time.

Okay, I really wanted to yell at you for what feels like years, two years,
where you've insisted on calling it by the wrong name.
I only for it to come back around you. Don't give up on your dreams, kids.
I hate you so much.
But I always said, if you're going to shorten the name, you picked the wrong brand.
You're not wrong. HBO is easily the more recognizable brand.
And I had a problem with them calling it HBO now.
But it's going to be HBO Max this summer. Again, they have also reported this week that the
your next game of thrown spin off at night of the seven kingdoms has been delayed until early next year.
I did see this, but as you know, I always like to refer to the Miyamoto phrase from Nintendo.
You can apply it to TV. You can apply it to movies. A bad game that gets released will always be bad
no matter what you do afterwards, but a delayed game can eventually be good. That goes with any
single property. Did you watch, um, skeleton crew? I did not. I really, that's really on my list,
but I got to get to that in the end or one of your cast members from that, a Ryan Kiera Armstrong.
She will be your new slayer in the Buffy reboot. Oh, okay, cool. We haven't talked about it because
it's just been rumored in, but now it's officially happening. Sarah Michelle is on board.
Hey, that's, that's a sign off. Big fan. Uh, NBC peacock has said that, uh, house of villain,
which is on the network, that's moving to peacock. Not surprising, because I don't want anybody
that watches that channel anymore, because they don't have the soup, so I don't care. Well,
it actually did a lot of their stuff has done better numbers on peacock that they've noticed,
so that's going to become the norm for them. I just wonder if it's because people
forgot that he's a thing or they just can't find it. Yeah. Uh, they've had a lot of,
um, cancellations in renewals this week. We have canceled suits LA after one season.
There's a pro to this though. Well, we hope it could, it frees up somebody for something else
that we want. Uh, they've canceled Lopez versus Lopez after three seasons. I really thought that
had been around a lot longer. Well, that's because it's, it's existed in multiple iterations.
You know, from the George Lopez show to Lopez to, well, Lopez came on at the same time as
young rock did because it followed young rock. But my point being is is that they, it feels like
there was more because there was more of the basically the same show, but in different aspects.
Uh, they've canceled the night court, uh, revival after three seasons. Oh, that's, that's too bad.
I know people that love that. They have, uh, canceled the Mark Paul Gossler found after season two.
Uh, they've caught, they've canceled brilliant minds with the Zac Quinto after two seasons.
Oh, I'm sorry. Yeah. Uh, they've also canceled. Oh, no, they've renewed. I'm sorry. I've gotten
all around. They've renewed brilliant minds. They have renewed the hunting party, which Don is
very much enjoying. Yeah, spoken highly of it. They have canceled the irrational after season two.
That was with, uh, just the outro. I was going to say my drawing a blank on his name. Yeah.
They have ordered a Ted animated prequel series. Yep. So we're going to see how that goes.
They've already been dropping teasers for it. So yeah, we also found out that the office,
the new version of the office called the paper will premiere in December when they released the
first fill from it. It's very off. Yeah. I would hope so. Uh, this week's SNL is the season finale
with the Scarlett Johansson. So get ready for weekend update and the bad bunny.
It's just something about having her on there to make Joe's to look that much more uncomfortable.
Just, well, and you know bad bunny's done double duty. So you know he's going to be involved.
And he's very, very good. He is, he is shockingly good. And because you don't have enough
wicked in your life, that's going to be your next live musical special with Ariana Grande and Cynthia
Arevo on November 21st. Remember a few weeks ago, we talked about this new Tracy Morgan Tina
Fay Daniel Radcliffe sitcom where it's over there. So Tracy Morgan plays a former football player
who's fallen from grace and he's decided he wants to try to make things right again.
And Daniel Radcliffe is a documentarian that wants to film it all.
This officially has a title. It would be called the Fallen Rise of football Mr. 3000.
It would be called the Fallen Rise of Reggie Dinkins.

Did you know that NBC turns a hundred this year?

Somehow I feel like that I would have expected earlier. They will be doing a variety show special
to celebrate their 100th anniversary later this year. So now it's at the upfronts.
And Kelly Giddish will be returning to SVU as a regular for season 27.
That's coming up for them, which I'm still wrapping my brain around.

He is working with Madonna on a limited series based on her life.

They have renewed Lupin and the diplomat for each of their season four.
They have renewed love on the spectrum for season four,
million dollar secret for season two forever for season two.
My life with the Walter Boyz for season two, the four seasons for season two,
the KFA is involved in that. And survival of this of the thickest for a third and final season.
In news that will that had made my wife very happy that I told her last night,
Bridgerton has not only been renewed for seasons five and six.
They have announced that season four will be coming next year.
We also now have the official,
official documentary title for the one about the Dallas Cowboys coming this summer.
It would be called America's team, the gambler and his cowboys.
It will date you this summer.
They're also doing some of them as they have an asterisk on America's team.
They're also doing a limited reality series with the onstanders, oddly called prime time,
creative genius.
Yep.
And they are rebooting star search.
And it's going to be live really.

Paramount plus bringing America's got talent.
We're doing this on the speed round of paramount plus bringing me joy this week because
season three of Star Trek Brave New World drops on July 17th.

Prime video is officially bringing back American gladiators with
Thomas.

They've renewed fallout for season three, even before season two, it started.
And in kind of a baller move this week, they have announced they'll be hosting the ACM awards,
which was just up the street from my house last weekend.
They're going to host it through 2028.
The type of leave was on ABC.

They're doing a barber shop series with your main fowler that will work itself into
the barber shop of verse.
He is apparently the grandson of one of the older original barber shop members or guys.
And there's that.
We've announced some of the casting for L, which is the legally blonde prequel
with her mom being played by June St.
June Diane Rayfield.
James Venderbeek has joined the cast.
So it's oh, the Dawson.
Oh, that's interesting.
And Emily in Paris season five is coming up.
Millie Mini Driver is joining the cast of that show.

The first act takes a really long time that it does.

I had no issues with it.
I've very much enjoyed it.
Pacing was uneven, but other than that.
I very much enjoyed Thunderbolts.
I did find it traumatizing as
it's basis with mental illness is incredibly well done.
Uh, I can't get into too much without spoiling.
So I'll just say I would definitely recommend going and seeing it.
Fortunately, it's not one that requires a premium format.
I just thought it'd be cinema.
But it's still very, very good.

And David Harbour just makes everything better.

Like I get why he's there because he caters to a demographic that they want.

when you're working with Sean Michael's full time, something's going to set in.

five to 10 years. And he's delivering exactly what they want with the cheap heat because it's one
of those where you have millions and millions of internet clickbait that are paying attention
to the product. It's love them or hate them. It's a brilliant move from a business standpoint
because the guy brings eyes. And what they're finding out now is to just let him be the
perception of his public figure that he is, whether or not that's him acting or it's him
just kind of generally being a douchebag. It's it's working right now. Old man Rob not
understanding you. Number four, and I love these guys. Don't get me wrong. I love these guys.
I'm just waiting for it to be a specific name. It's Hank and Tank. I love these two. They're
the NXT tag team champions. They were the reality of wrestling tag team champions and lost them
back to the flag. They're just ridiculous. This is right ridiculous. Two guys that got thrown
together. It's kind of like, just like DIY, but with bigger guys. Do a much lesser degree.
Let me see this. It was like when CM Punk and Kofi Kingston were like, we're not doing anything
and now we're tag champs. I love both of these guys. But the level over and maybe it's just because
of the energy that's just infectious. I think that's it. Number three is a bit that I didn't think
was ever going to go anywhere when we kicked off NXT two point out. It is not only proofing me
wrong, but it has entertained me on more than one occasion. The fact that it's still a thing.
It's what I think it is happening. Chase you. It's what I thought it was. I love it.
And it makes no sense to hands on the list. He makes no sense, but it works.
I am concerned with where we're going with it now. But that's because I was a big fan with Duke
and well, Riley Osborne was just Riley Osborne. He was like we said, Matt Sidel for the new generation.
But I don't know where you go now. Like I'm willing to give them the chance to show me, but
I would be waiting for this one. Maybe we get some LFG people or some evolve.
But Andre Chase is making that bit work. He has told a story of a fall from grace and a return
in redemption that were three separate times. Yeah, three separate times. And it's mind boggling.
It really is, but you know what? That's sometimes good. Number two, we go to another
debut with NXT 2.0. That the first thing I said was if this was the 80s, this is gangbusters.
Should not have gone anywhere because there was a level of stereotype to it that I didn't really dig,
but they've been able to evolve this character in their story arc in a way that has diminished
the stereotyping of it and brought a storytelling aspect to it. And it's Tony DeAngelo.
That's fair. That should not have worked either. Watching those vignettes, you're like,
did I wait so bad? Maybe six. You and I were watching takeover during when the first vignette hit
and we looked at each other and literally said what the
and said the word. And then we kind of felt like maybe it was going backwards when you added the
other two guys. And then one of the guys was no longer with the company, so it was down to two
and then they bring Adriana in and then they grabbed Luca because he was in a position where they
didn't really know what to do with him, but it just fit what they were doing. And this angle,
even though they telegraphed it like there's no tomorrow, it works. That's terrible. Everything works
except stacks. He's getting better. I don't know that he is. I think he might actually be getting
worse. My thing is this match they're going to have. So it's going to depend on what because you're
not going to, you can't bloodline this thing. No. So the question becomes what do you do with the
family after this? I wonder if you have somebody else that you have come in as the driving force.
You know, like that stacks is actually acting on somebody else's behalf kind of thing.
Because I feel like you need somebody that is like Tony's level of charisma and character work.
Because none of them are it. Yeah.

at the Longhorn Ballroom. Tukeson tonight. We are going to be there with Rines and with groups
talking to people on the on the on the red carpet. It's going to be, it's a benefit concert
to celebrate his birthday. It's going to be a, a double, double header presented by Haynes Boone.
The picture got cut off here, but one of the headliners has a band called Shiny Ribs.
So we're going to be there. We'll be broadcasting live. I'm sure we'll have all the
headset up there and shaking hands and kissing babies and high five and celebrities because
that's what we do. Two weeks from tonight, we'll have more information for you in the days to come
stay by the channel. Very good. We got a lot going on these next few days. Yeah, we do.
We got Garland High School on Saturday. Next week, we got the Rough Riders. We got
