Bosh is a guy that I really think he came out in the playoffs against Chicago Against Carlos Booser who is playing out of his mind very well Um, I think the guy that Chandler has to big for the Mavericks also think Haslum. I'll agree with Miami Now Haslum's got the the the the the knee thing There's a person coming Miami that he wasn't a hundred percent supposedly Duane Wade has a shoulder Situation so Miami don't believe that high Miami is ready to go.

Oh, yeah, they're definitely ready ready to go Um, I think coaching comes down to be a little bit weird. I think Miami at times can be an uncoachable team I think the coach there. I don't even matter if he goes both.

Yeah, I just think Miami has Number one, they've got one guy that has a ring already yep couple of them actually argue it They have the best player in the game right now mark it down. Dallas looks focused I liked the way Dirk and the whole Maverick team and organization handled the Western conference finals trophy presentation Like Dirk said I have one of those rings and it means nothing to me.

Yep. I like that. I like the attitude Dallas seems to be very focused on winning a ring I just don't know if they have enough guys outside of Dirk that can make big shots But you can win big ball games.

You can't deny me this Dallas has the advantage in depth. Oh, yeah, Dallas is bitch I think that's another big key for both teams. It has them's banged up I'm gonna a 10 year a 14 year veteran Mike bibi if I'm the Mavericks Mike bibi does not scare me Now thank Mike bibi's a great player his best days are five to eight years in the other You have to see him in a starting lineup for me, but it just freaks me out if we get a deal We're Wade who didn't play well against the bulls in the eastern conference finals Unless it was the last four minutes.

Yeah, he had the big four point play that kind of swung that But I'm gonna say Dallas has big death bit more death than Chicago I think they're a better team is a whole than Chicago Wade can't disappear till three minutes to go in the game just like Dallas can't be down Well, we've talked about this with the heat you can't give them 15 points to expect to come back But you can say the same thing about the Dallas fabric exactly look, you know, look how both of these teams closed out their conference Series is yes, is that a word series is that it'll work for right now, but also Dallas can't get up 30 And then let the heat crawl back in and get within nine now it loses that game against this team same thing Miami can't decide to play basketball till the fourth quarter I don't care what floor they're on if they're at the triple A or the AAC they cannot afford to play fourth quarter basketball Oh, because if you say you're gonna play fourth quarter basketball you're gonna be down Yes, you're gonna be down and coming behind absolutely and I'll be asking dorks been dorks been a sniper this year dorks made big shots Well Stuart Scott tweeted in pregame that he counted 24 in a row that dork hit in pregame for months So dork I think I mean we're watching pregame Dwayne way watching pregame LeBron James looks like he could eat nails right now the focus is there. I was doing a lot of people were saying today.

Hey, I got a last gauge on my car So these don't so basically there's a lot of math involved because that was gas at NASCAR So you had a lot of people that were saying they were going to be a lap short half a lap short two lap short So if you were in the top five it became a gamble. There was no cautions Uh, there there was a finally a caution with three laps left Which are gonna get a green white checker junior stays out he takes the gamble Last lap now if it goes please explain this to me because again I've made no mistake on this show that I am NASCAR not spark If there is a caution and you pit do you still get to go back to where you were at the pack? How does that work you you would then race off pit road?

But you have to keep below a I believe it's a 45 or 50 mile per hour speed limit on pit road You'd have to get back race off pit road then that's your place in the race Okay, so basically if you pit During a caution The order you come off pit road that's your new plan. But how does that work with the packets still out there? I mean, I think it had happened and um, I don't know if you guys read that sports illustrated article That came out last night, but after reading that you know and all the stuff that it led to years of violations You just wonder why it didn't happen earlier and how that stuff didn't come out until now But I think it'll be interesting to see what happened to the program now that he's gone whether that's what it's director in the president whether they Getting any more trouble You just can't tell me he was the only one responsible for all of this Sometimes going to make an excuse for what he did because I think that is absolutely crazy Well, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead This also kind of and I've heard a lot of people call and call heard the thing that's really creepy about this for for me As a college football fan is he was a guy that wrote books and was a motivational speaker And did all this stuff and taught these big moral classes and for him to do that and Rob you can chime in Is there any way that he hit his career can recover and do you think he'll ever coach in college football again? I've seen some of that, but I think a lot of people would also say that You know Barry switzer wasn't ever known to be a good upstanding guy Like nothing against him, but With Jim Tressel, I think it's just a little bit different, you know I don't know I just I haven't seen a lot of this comparison to seen a few, but Yeah, as many as you might think Cody talks a lot in this show about there's 10 College football jobs in America and with those 10 it's very lateral being Ohio State being Texas being Florida being Oklahoma He and I talked about this at length last night on the phone And for some reason I don't and I really can't tell you why it just kind of happened He won't coach this year. He won't coach next year But for some reason a school like Nevada just kind of popped into my head Do you see him going that route or do you think he's done done?

I Think he'd go that route, you know, I may not be Even next season you know the next season, but I think eventually that's he would end up at one of those schools They they would love to have them. I'm sure he'll come out and say Eventually what I did was wrong. I've learned from it.

I'm gonna move on and be a good person and I think a team like Nevada school like that That sort of level. I think they would be thrilled to have a guy like that And you think that this is enough for this guy, but then we find out today the NCAA and now Ohio State have each launched Individual independent probes into into Terrell prior You know You know, I just don't see how Terrell prior can come back and Kelly. I'm gonna throw some names.

I'm gonna go I'm gonna play this college football season as it's already happened um I'm gonna throw some names out give me a yes or no Does Mike Gundy leave Oklahoma state and take this job? No You don't think so I don't think so. Well right now we know that the assistant coach is I'm going to talk about your down the road.

Does Bob Stoops leave OU and take this job? No, I don't think so. I keep hearing Mike Stoops leaving Arizona, which would be a huge step for Mike Stoops to take over the the Ohio State Buckeyes I think that's a lot more likely I think that'd be a very good move.

We also have to address the white elephant in the room Urban League a guy that bleeds blue and blue and orange as I do Urban Meyer now lives there Does this happen in the 2012 season? Oh, I don't know. It wouldn't surprise me, but I don't know.

I could see it happening, but I'm not ready to say that it will The thing about urban that he thought Florida was a pressure cooker Oklahoma I'm a Oklahoma state. So I should have a Ohio state is another is another one of those jobs. That's very high profile I think I think we have to see what the NCAA throws down as far as violations who takes this job A big name guy is not going to be on the five-year probation But and another point that you have to think about too and we we you and I kind of touched on this earlier today, but What urban's bringing with him the number of infractions that happened at my beloved University of Florida How does that play into what Ohio states currently dealing with do they see that as Do we really want a piece of this guy we've got problems are our own does this multiply those problems Yeah, I just don't know if that would be a good fit for either of them and if I'm urban Meyer I might just say you know that's that's not a good place for me I want to you know maybe a less of a profile.

Let's let's stress involved and I don't know I don't really see that as a good fit Moving on from that. Let's not just smut up the world of college football Well, let's let's I do want to talk about this prior thing The NCAA investigating over 50 car purchases not only by players. This is players families and friends of the player prior himself is connected to at least six vehicles I can't be the only one in this conversation that thinks prior doesn't play a down of college football this year I mean, I don't think he should I think it's crazy that that's even an option at this point It's just all the stuff filing on it's it's gotten ridiculed I mean we know he's suspended for the first five games that would bring him back against Nebraska But but he misses that big game at at what do we call it now pro player sun player We'll be calling that Miami stadium.

Sun life stadium in Miami against a hurricane Going off of that we I'm going to be honest with you and and Kelli you can probably testify to this and agree Are they all doing it they just hadn't been caught yet? I just I don't know I think that I know that's a tough schedule. I agree that's a bad question for you and then the We we talk about it on this show all the time we kind of can but I just I think that This there may be even more stuff they find deeper than this if you're fine in tattoos you're fine in cars If you're finding cars, I think they're going to find other things too.

I don't think this thing's done yet Yeah, I just think that it's going to be hard not to Incidentally suspect wrongdoing from a coach who who has a lot of success just because you keep seeing it the one You don't think it's going to be and then how do you know? You know who's clean is not you'll have people saying you know It's not possible to be that successful and not cheat everybody does is just you know different levels It's just you know they can keep adding compliance officers and all that But I think if they want to cheat they're going to get away with it somehow It's just you want to believe especially as fans and one of we will you know they don't do that in my school That doesn't happen there. They're good there Yeah, it's just so naive to think that and I don't know how how it's going to be stopped.

I mean, I think I don't think it's necessarily a bigger game. I think it would take a lot a lot a lot for TU to pull the upset But I think even if they keep it close I think that'll you know show some good signs for their season and they have they have a lot of talent It's you, but I think oh you would just Gonna be too much for them again. I just I don't see how to you can keep it close But if they can I mean that gets them a lot of hope for the year really does and if they pull up an upset I mean last year Yeah, I may have to put him on a certain kind of watch if that happens GJ Kenny a local guy here from from a town Canton, Texas here not too far from here.

I've got some some people there Um his development as a quarterback has been amazing since transferring from Texas to Tulsa Is this a guy that with the right coach in the right situation? Could GJ Kenny play on Sundays? I think there's a chance He's a really smart level-headed kid and I could see that happening He's we make the decisions.

He has matured a lot. He's really developed And I don't think that's an impossibility. I think that could happen Um as the big 12 as we go into the season in the country Do you really think it's a three-team race between Bama LSU and Oklahoma?

Do you think one of those three teams can win the national championship as we keep hearing the media I don't get wrapped up into preseason polls. I really don't do that But there's been a lot of heat around those three schools and in everything you read You've seen Oklahoma more than me. I know you're there a lot the death of Austin Box Rock that locker room.

I can only imagine Do you think that's a rallying and cry for stupes in his team or is Oklahoma one of these teams that comes and overrated and maybe loses to Texas or Florida state earlier in the year? I don't like that they're you know Preseason number one. I think that's a lot of pressure on them But I do think that you know those guys took Austin Box's death very hard and that was a real emotional experience for them And I think that you know the season will be dedicated to him and that that will Give them something more to play for as if they didn't have enough already But I think they're in a really good position to do a lot of damage I they have a lot of talent.

I'd like what I like what I've seen from them. They have You know Landry goes at quarterback and he's he's developed so much Ryan Broel's back wide receiver. He's gonna Just go off and have another great year.

I think that they are very talented and Who knows what they can do? I think you know, there will be a lot of pressure on them To succeed, but I mean that used to that I guess, you know That's how it's gonna be every year understood. It's just gonna be that way and of course Former sooner brain and average dies tragically in Granger Texas on Sunday.

I would love to see Dallas win for Burke and Jason kid I just think that would be so great, but Miami's so talented I think that I think that Sean Bering can do a decent job on LeBron But You know a dwayne way that that kind of concerns me. I don't know How they can really limit him, but I mean Dallas was weapons too Obviously so whiskey can be so deadly when he gets hot and I think the Dallas bench is stronger Can Dirk though can Dirk stay this hot for that long that that's been my thing with him I've said that Dallas has the deeper bench. That's that's a given but as hot as Dirk is played in these playoffs.

Can he keep it up? I think he can I think he wants it so badly that he just like Is playing even above himself at times like you never know like that first game I guess I'm a city that was just insane and it's hard to follow up on that But I think he can you can stay pretty hot. He's not gonna score, you know 50 points, but He's so fun to watch and I just would love for him to do well.

I just think that he deserves it and Obviously the team the guy who deserved it don't always win But I just would love that for that to happen. So you think we're watching basketball almost to Father's Day I would love that. I just if season has been so fun to watch I just don't I don't want to and I'll be sad when it's over because then it's like what We look forward to now for both still too far away if we started on the NFL I'm still upset about that, but I just want the NBA to keep going even if the map Math lose in the last seconds of the last game I think we will all gotten our money.

That's where we go next I absolutely if if it was a perfect world and things it's not it's not the NFL season would open with Packers and Saints 100 days from now, but it's not going to happen Kelly You're a little bit more and a little bit more inside than Rob and I do we get a deal done Let's say by July 1st I'm not as quiet as inside as the early time for strider who says like yeah, but you're closer than we are So you automatically with that Okay, well he says that as of right now he sees 70% chance that you know some games will be missed I'm gonna go with him. It's not what I want to hear, but I think you's right It's just so frustrating as a fan, you know, you just want to play and it's just You know all of this stuff.

It's just it's painful to hear about. It's painful to read about You know, we all just want to go away. It's not going the way.

It's not getting any better It seems to be getting worse. What what does your god your heart of hearts? What in in your Just spitballing here.

How many games do you realistically see them losing? Oh my gosh Because right now the NFL is only prepared to back the Super Bowl up one week So you're either going to have a shortened season Which to me is the only possible option. I don't see them play him before October 1st If at all That probably seems pretty realistic It's just it makes me want to cry Believe me.

I mean this show alone is built on that. Yeah, we've always found this show life begins in August and ends in February If we don't almost start doing uh food network I'm gonna start breaking down diner's robins and dives and polidine on here if we don't get some football To me Jamie Oliver. Yeah, I'm a Jamie Oliver fan.

I like the situation I think it would be a travesty to the fans in New York City if we didn't have if we did not have football on September 11th in New York Cowboys versus jets. I think that would be a tragedy and then redskins versus giant So on that same day. I think there's a lot of things to consider the Dallas Cowboys and the Cincinnati Bengals and other teams Dallas is gonna make a decision on probably if they don't know by next week the Dallas Cowboys are canceling training camp in San Antonio And moving it to Arlington.

That makes sense though So but so with the Cincinnati Bengals a lot of teams are already telling their their playup or their training camp homes We're probably not gonna be there this year. It's gonna be a short training camp. Well, I do some high school that I wanted to work for a newspaper I'd kind of done some of that in high school and then I went to Oklahoma state and got really involved in the student paper there and kind of They needed some sports writers and I kind of said hey, I can do that. I like sports and Then after college I worked with the world for several years now and just moved over to sports last year I'd ask them every day to let me In the sports department and finally they said okay, please leave us alone I'll give you what you want and then I've been over there since October and I I love it It's exactly what I want to be doing covering sports which It's really all I'm interested in right now.

So it's it's been a lot of fun like yeah I'm like the lowest person in the department trying to move up but But that makes that makes the result worth it though if you're if you're just really working your own way up I think that makes it more worth it, doesn't it? Oh, definitely and it's just really rewarding, you know, it's It's just Fun, you know, not everybody gets to do you know at this point in their life what they really want And I've been really lucky. I play it on my iPhone it's Kind of tetracy, but it's kind of not Where you have to take jewels and you have to line them up between three and five and you get points But with blitz you only get a minute Kelly are you familiar with the module blitz I've never heard of this before I was thinking I've never heard of it either Look it up you'll play it once and then you'll never not play it again It's that it is it angry birds addictive.

I love I have watched a few college lacrosse And forgive me. I'm from I'm from a town close to Dallas Um, I just never I think as a child.

I was never exposed to lacrosse Well neither was I but you and I to me it's a very northern almost an Ivy League school type sport Well, it is but you and I used to frequent a place the place that I worked in a place that you frequented That you know you know 11 30 12 30 at night on ESPN. There's nothing else going on. It was the strongest man.

It's not classic But that you would have the major indoor lacrosse league and I became enthralled with a team that I would think you would support being the Rochester Nighthawks in They had a bag a goalie we called him Buddha because he covered the whole the whole goal And we all I do just don't ever move For some I like lacrosse. I think it's kind of cool. It's just me number eight Anything with the words law and order involved I've been an addict since 90 like when when the mothership first premier fan of the law and order Kelly I'm not a fan of it.

I got some guilty pleasures in the room Ron riot says primarily soccer is his guilty pleasure, but see I will be telling everybody about what to work about that But can that be considered a guilty pleasure because soccer is so popular right. I don't know Um, so Beatles favorite Beatles song Um, I think our Beatles song wow that's hard um Something is probably my favorite was played in my wedding actually Oh, very good. That's probably my favorite.

Have you seen across the universe? Yes, I'm a huge fan. Love and I saw all I told home a carton when he was here until the last year I couldn't afford the tickets.

I just couldn't do it. Well, I'm near in the big media mode. She is a big market big time She is you know, I just want to be when I grow up.

That's my whole thing Okay Number six Been down since day one since 2000 Survivor lady Gaga's johns Thanks I knew somebody was gonna put lady Gaga that's one of your favorites though sir I am not bad not great just she is not bad. She's a fascinating. She's bad I don't want to I still give the nod to Kesha in that contest.

That's just me Okay, I've seen lady Gaga on concert good. I'm here. Oh, it's horrible But Kesha was supposed to come here um last month and she cancelled it the last minute But it's been very scheduled for July so that would be it So not impressed with Gaga and her her monster ball fainting to her I think it gave me nightmare.

It's my only thing with her is she doesn't have to be so Crazy looking. She's got talent. She's a good looking girl.

I haven't watched it yet Did you watch that? I haven't watched it yet But my best friend was there in the audience and I had every intention of watching and I completely forgot But I'm gonna watch it online Um, the best time to me Gaga is when she's in front of the piano playing Again, she's a good looking girl. I know this is one Kelly watches. I know it is right here. Look American Idol Oh, no More than like two minutes of it ever see that's on the same way.

I've watched American Idol since the final five of season one This past season really really hacked me off. Why do we go? Why doesn't American Idol do something and in Fox if you're listening I'd like for you.

I just I think sometimes some of these lists just go are we making up stuffed up in a film? Network but it infamous, but it but it's good because it sparks conversation and it sparks debate It's one of those things that uh like NFL network Kelli, I know you probably you we watch any NFL network Oh, yeah, yeah, you've seen these top 10 list. They do all there Yeah top 10 clutch quarterbacks of the 80s top 10 clutch quarterbacks of the 60s.

Okay, you know, I just it I just it's just do we we got a lot of programming to fill up. They're not gonna have a season sure I think that's it. I love knowing stupid things. I love knowing stuff about movies and about television and about music That people just look and go why I guess you are you have a lot of knowledge man I I've got one here Please do say good.

I want you to do your own listen. I have been very Very close to the best here. I um I am not one I am I can't even say this really um I want me I want me to give myself some reason breaking new sounder here a little room to work with here feel um I have always been and I don't know if it's it's just me or the situation that I was in on I have young and the restless There it is.

I won't fill it out there. We talked about that in pre-show young and the restless Cody's guilty pleasure There it is and let me make sure I understand this correctly In pre-show as entertainment tonight was filling time on our TV of the studio Your naming characters if they're showing genie Francis on that show and the other reason I know this is because of my wife All the reason I know now you're telling me that you do follow this show I I have not here recently. I have been I'll be honest with you wrestling is coming to be just a male soap opera It always has fit um it's it's I don't know it just amazes me sometimes um You can either consider wrestling a guilty pleasure a lot of people don't like wrestling I didn't put I didn't put that on the list because it's such a big part of the show itself that's it's it's already out there It's not like I could deny it now.

So Kelly's guilty pleasure is glee and the Beatles I'd be of high guilty pleasure feels great this glee. Yes The Beatles I have others oh I we are more than welcome to hear them if you want to share I would say that Twitter's a guilty pleasure. It's pretty out of control Neil diamond Neil diamond is greatness He closed the Billboard Music Awards sir.
