Okay. All right, Weld Works here here. I was a little concerned because 12 bucks and then you only tape up the damn Well, it's a it's also a collaboration with other half Yeah, other half or something like that.

Well, you did pay 12 Valid um All right, so let's get into it man news you can boost to mm-hmm trades Who got the trades and it fell trade deadline was A little more spectacular than it's been in a while It was it was just a little more spectacular a little more wild, but Craziest trade I think of the whole deadline was um Colts that went all in on sauce From the jets given up two first rounds and wide receiver Mitchell to me who some of you may remember Was the guy that fumbled out the back of the end zone trying to celebrate his touchdown before he scored the touchdown Just a few weeks ago and now he's a jet so um Honestly, that's a lot to give up for DB. I don't know I don't know if I would do it, but our favorite new owner girl power over here She said she told her GM basically we can either fix the problem or we could put a bandaid on it and we went all in And she puts the chips all in I ain't gonna lie was it's a gutsy fucking call, but it's our first move And it is one of her first moves.

It is one of her first Well, it's not her first mood GM made the trade, but yeah, she she okayed it obviously because she's so And trenched in bald and everything with the franchise which is turned out to be a good thing Fuck the the colts got blasted last week, but they came back in one this week Sauce got cooked on that first like touchdown So it made me you know talk a little shit on twitter because two first rounds and a wide receiver to get cooked on the first game there kind of crazy, but I'm sure so also get some some an opportunity to Show why he you know was traded to them to get you know first rounds and stuff like that um Still and all I do think it's a lot to give up for a defensive back At first, I was like, oh, that's a good trade and I saw was like two first rounds. It's like whoa, what the fuck, but I mean listen You're when you're all in and you think you can win it all this year your Daniel Jones is playing out of his mind You're running back Johnson Taylor really should be in the conversation for MVP.

I mean Yeah, ah listen I'm not mad at the trade, but I'm just kind of like you know It seemed like a lot um cowboys traded for somebody well Quentin Williams also a jet For Mazzie Smith and two first round picks in 2027 So not bad Mazzie wasn't working out anymore in the cowboy in Dallas. It just it wasn't making any sense and Williams gives them the run stopping defense that they need he is a plug if you will um, but the first uh The first round First round picks might be a bit, but it's you know, it's the cowboys They're usually in the middle of the pack when it comes to the first round anyway.

So it's like Not a bad, you know, not bad jets on the other hand loaded up on first rounds. They have seven five first round picks seven first seven first Round one and two picks and And on top of all the picks that they have the uh for any other, you know, compensatory picks and things like that They're gonna get the jets are in rebuild mode and it's it's it's very apparent let the rebuild begin And of course all of their scouts were at the Indiana versus pinstate game, which was the only real entertaining game This weekend for college football Because you know, hey listen Indiana likes to keep it funky with the big 10 and pinstays really not that bad of a college, but our coach football team, but Indiana's ranked number one for a reason And of course NFL just keeps pissing me off Listen Giants lose to the bears, which I kind of saw that come and I actually bet on the bears I just you know, I don't bet with my heart, so you know, I bet with my brain and and Jackson dark cannot do it all by himself and New York found that out he Now is in concussion protocol The Giants fire Their head coach dayball and put the offensive coordinator in charge and apparently the GM is safe The GM who put all these players in position is safe. Obviously You know, Jackson dark nobody saw nobody for saw him getting a concussion nobody for saw Scatabo getting tore his ligament tore off his ankle like he did You know, so But as the head coach if you can't keep your main star your number one guy out of harm's way with the play calling You got to go and It's been a long time coming to be honest defensive people are yelling for the defensive coordinator be fired as well Listen slow down your get your chance that that that staff is not going to make it unless some miracle happens in the next fucking However many weeks left for the season Meanwhile Joe burrow is practicing in a limited Fashion but he's gearing up to come back.

Hopefully by Thanksgiving so you know Everybody's excited about that Their defense is still suspects. So really to me it doesn't matter because flakos doing pretty damn good The Y receivers is still doing pretty good without him. I don't really So, you know, I just I don't know.

I good news. You know, it's always good to see You know superstars coming back and things like that from injury but I don't know I just don't really believe in them. I think they're too far gone.

I wouldn't rush him coming back. There's no point now for the sad news um This news is a little um A lot actually It's very sad to see It's very a very very sad like when the story broke. It was very crazy We didn't you know, and I used out term loosely.

I wasn't not trying to be insulting to the situation but Marshaud Neelan Dallas Cowboys defensive lineman took his own life and There was a lot of questions when this came out First it was oh he was running from the police Then it was you know He was injured by a gunshot wound and it was just a lot of You know in in media, you know, especially nowadays everybody wants to be first and nobody actually takes time to stop and try to get all of the Information correct and it's just put out as much information as you can as fast as you can Turns out, you know as a story kept developing and stuff like that that he wasn't running from the police. He was actually um Said his goodbyes um And things of that nature and there was a wellness check being conducted and he was He knew that they would stop him um, which is I don't know it's insane to say um You know Suicide has affected Quite a few people that I know men that I know um recently out of cousin And it's Mental health it is November and it is mental how men's mental health month um I think Everyone's putting that to the forefront with this situation. I think that you know my thoughts and you know thoughts and prayers are to the family Hopefully he found rest because As unsettling as that may sound He might he didn't have rest here obviously um he had something you know That he just Couldn't deal with anymore Yeah, I don't know it's it's tough to talk about because of how close it hits This happened in our backyard in Dallas, you know what I mean?

So it's like You know, and it happens Way too often um, so again, you know Men's mental health, you know, it's okay to to talk about it. It's okay to let it out Um, you know don't hold that stuff in that that uh Yeah, it's I don't know I would like to ask the question though Because I really do feel like mental health is definitely important But I also think we need to look at some of the effects of CTE And I do think and that's it is a real life-changing thing like let's let's be honest, right Junior Sayow rest in peace kneeling these are defensive players that literally are Causing car accidents with their bodies on how fast they're colliding with other people that are colliding or going just as fast if not faster and When you do that and you're taking those head shots and things like that and your your Your brain is not meant to to move like that um Prime example of Antonio Brown People make fun of that man, but really honestly before the the famous Burf fought Burf at hit i forget how to say his name before the biggest hit that he ever took in his career Happened Antonio Brown seemed perfectly normal. He was a diva.

He was a wild receiver But he seemed perfectly normal and Now he is on his way to jail for attempted murder and if you know And you follow some of the stuff that he puts out there that man is There I say that shit I don't see how people can't correlate the same the same thing with some of these other players and things like that and these and I get it There are mental health issues. There are I'm not I'm not Lessening that what I am saying is though sometimes we just got to look in the mirror and be like yo This is a violent sport These are the things that are going on with these players And we need to look into that. I don't I think you can't take any of that stuff off the table Um, but whatever it was or what you know, whatever it is or whatever it may be I hope that his family somehow finds you know I don't know some you know Peace and all of this yeah, like I don't know like I don't know how you get over something like that.

Obviously. It's way too early to try to get over anything But you I don't know how you get over that like I I think about my cousin all the time like It's hard. Yeah, like you know what I mean?

So I don't know it's you know um I will say um But if you are a loved one Is suffering please call the suicide hotline like They may be busy, but they won't take your call. They will answer you and You can talk to people you can talk to your family your family's gonna listen no matter what their family Hopefully Yeah, but like it sometimes it just feels good to get that shit off your chest and there's so many there's so many different For the veterans out there and stuff like that There's veterans hotlines that you don't even have to call anybody for some of this stuff You can just text them and like you just text them and talk and sometimes it feels good to get that shit out And I'll tell you from personal experience I know because like sometimes on those nights where I can't sleep in my mind is going everywhere things like that It's good to just text it just to write it down and get it out and therapy Therapy is not talked enough about I think about enough. I think though.

I think the biggest thing about therapy is is How it's looked at mm-hmm because people who are like oh you go to therapy must be crazy No, you don't need to go to therapy therapy is actually I go to therapies. Therapy is actually are used to go to therapy I got to find a new therapist, but Therapy is actually like I heard somebody say it or I read it somewhere that somebody said uh therapy is like a Another weapon in your in your in your belt in your you know In your arsenal and you have now you can you can you can physically be fit You can emotionally be fit like church if you go to that You know things like that if you journal and things like that you can emotionally be fit and therapy is there to help you Mentally be fit and push yourself and find things out that you may Never even thought about that you were pushing you know, I'm saying down and and things like that So I don't think therapies. Uh, it's it's funny because I grew up in a time where therapies considered you know No offense.

That's a white people thing. That's a white people problem. Yeah, it's like it's an everybody problem Like it really is honest to God truth.

I've met people who are like oh, I go to therapy and I'm like What what what happened? Why you want therapy and they're like no reason. I just Like I get Overwhelmed at work and I need to talk about it with someone.

I'm like, what's it like having that amount of money But also I do believe that Therapy should like having that kind of money. That's funny. I feel like therapy.

I don't even I don't know if it's covered by health insurance It is it is for summer for Oh That's a because I feel like it should be covered for all because like your mental health is still health So I I will say that the the health care for World is shifting towards that like everyone is getting mental health or therapy and stuff covered Um, but I will say that I am not a thousand percent sure that Yeah, like I go to therapy, but my stuff is covered. So Um, whether it's the VA or my day job so I I mean but Because like my mind my mindset on this is because yes therapy for some people is like oh my god You must be crazy or like what's wrong with you like your insist? Yeah, what yeah exactly it's kind of like No one says that about physical therapy Like physical therapy.

I mean I would ask you what's wrong with you? Well, yes, but what happened But also like no one if someone says I'm going to physical therapy. No one goes no one bats a night No one bats.

Yeah. No, I mean for I'm going to therapy. It's like But you know, it's crazy though.

It's like As religious as this country claims to be it's the same thing is going to your pastors or your preacher or your priest for confession Yeah, it's the same thing. You're just giving it just you're just getting you're just getting it You're just getting it from a different source then yeah, you know, I'm saying so it's like It's I feel like it's the same thing and I feel like honestly I think if more people looked at it as more so of like oh, I'm not crazy or you know, it's they just look at it like It is an extra weapon for me to be the sharpest tool I can be Because you can't think when you have mental health issue when you have not even mental health issues You can't think when you're overwhelmed you can't think when you're sad Beyond measure when you're your anxiety is up. You can't like all you can think about is that thing yeah, so Why wouldn't you want to sharpen your It's just you and your brain like that like why wouldn't you want to sharpen that?

Um The only instance where I think it's just like there's nothing you can do about it is is Is essentially, you know When you don't think there's anything wrong with it Because you've been with it for so long. Oh, okay You know what I mean like I know I know some people like that at like Real-life rage and angry issues, but they've been that way their entire existence Yeah, so that they longer that they can remember and that that like everything triggers them to be angry and it's like That's not normal. Yeah, no fast like I'm like, I'm like you ain't gonna let nothing's like no That I got it.

I was like, whoa. All right. Well, they're mine, but Listen, I know to call those people when I got something going on.

All right Yeah, but uh, but no, yeah, so I just I do think um I do think mental health needs to be discussed and therapy does need to be normalized, but I also think like We've got to um We've got to figure out a way to make it like you said if one affordable because that's insane But I do think there's other apps out there now like better health Better help better help. Thank you Better help. There's some other ones that are like that.

Yeah, that are out there where you can pay per session or you can pay And you find I like that. I don't do the app, but uh, I should not because I think you're busy, but I think I should but Better health is good because from what I've heard is you put in exactly like how you're feeling things like that And then they find that the therapist that goes that yeah that goes with that. Yeah kind of like a woman's doctor's office Like you go in you say what's wrong with you they find that I don't know what men's doctors offices are like I don't know what your prostate exam is like Yo Hey, go go uh, I have never had that by the way, uh, but yes as older as you get older you need to get your prostate checked Um, that is funny as hell.

Jesus Well That's such a turn, but um, I do just want to say like Like she said go get get the help man, and if you can't afford it um, you know Go to church talk to someone yeah, talk to somebody go to church The past will listen for free and give you I mean it may feel like it may not feel like the right advice for you But sometimes it just feels right getting it off your chest Like I said earlier College football the only entertaining game that I saw this weekend was Indiana vs Penn State If I'm lying, please tell me uh, what you know, what games were more entertaining The one that went to OT really wasn't that entertaining Because I know um There was one game that went to OT and then somebody was talking about it. I was like that game was boring You shit. I felt I think I fell asleep on that game or not.

I didn't fall asleep on it I take that back. I stopped watching that game because I was watching my son play basketball this Saturday Yeah, let me let me tell the truth here But I will say the one interesting thing though About college football is that the CFP came out and like I was telling Ashley last week um That's going to be the most interesting thing going forward because a lot of the teams are starting to Set themselves apart Indiana Ohio State, Alabama, Georgia, you know the Memphis had a shot man. Memphis really had a shot They got in there on the first go round and literally Literally got their doors blown off by Tulane.

I don't I don't even know what to say to that and I apologize for some of y'all that maybe seeing me look down and looking at my phone But I'm distracted, okay Packers are playing right now, so and I don't want to wait to watch it I want to watch it later because one of you one of you fuckers is going to ruin it. Well first up We have Mango whale cake It is a mango blonde ale from Burlington beer company. I like this can. Good choice, Bri.

You're good Five and a half percent. Mm-hmm. They are based out of Vermont Vermont's actually had some pretty decent beers But yeah, this is kind of funky.

I like this can. It's got a it's got a whale on it Go away. Oh, it's got a whale and it's got cake.

It's like a fruity, but not like overpowering like a cider or sour. It's just like a nice mango Whoa smell mango Smell something like biscuit biscuity malt back bone That's what that's really how did they describe it? Oh my god.

I don't I Not overpowering not overpowering of mango. It the smell kind of fucked me up I'm not gonna lie the smell kind of put me in a spot where I'm like mango always does that with people. Yeah Like it's on yeah, like it's very But it tastes it tastes pretty good I will put this up against like a mango cart from a golden road brewing I would put that up.

That's it. I can see that. Here's the thing though.

It's not as sweet as the mango cart Golden road, so it's very With a little bit of bitterness to it says it's good with barbecues Yeah, I could see that I could see that I could definitely see like street tacos with this. Yeah, yeah I could see that my preferred I had torches to the I didn't chips in case it would cross the street Hmm Shout out to them next up is boulevard brewing tropical tank It's an island says on listen boulevard is like a lot like distilled to me They haven't really done me dirty on a lot of beers that I've drank from them boulevard has always been One of my favorite brewing companies out there, so this is kind of unfair, but I've never had the island says on it Eight and a half percent what yeah, oh My god, it is a farmhouse ale so it should have like a little tropical fruit. It smells like it.

Yeah Says good for the summertime. We're in the fall now, but you know That's fine I'm not gonna lie very light Very faint tropical taste in there says on is heavy in this one, but it's not like Not like grass Yeah, it's not like it's not like heavy I say heavy because of the aftertaste, but it's not like it's a very My favorite new word. It's very crushable um I can see why they say summer for this.

It's a light chilling at the pool Yeah, I rock with this would you have you had the tank seven like just So would you put this one above the tank seven or like below it? Tank seven is so good I must disagree, but I don't like sazon's I Because of the tropical flavors That would be yes per summer mm-hmm sazon is year round. Okay.

Yeah, like the tank that the the blue can sazon is year round literally you could drink it whenever you want it depends if you like sazon if you don't like sazon I mean obviously don't go for it, but it is a very good sazon. It's not overpowering It's not like I said boulevard doesn't really do too many excuse me even their strong double IPAs and to me Sorry, that's at eight percent. It's that taco.

I've had these this racervive IPA. I've had this somewhere in Fort Worth. Actually, I'm not gonna lie there from San and Leandro, California.

I was getting there. I was getting there um Last time I oh shit. It's seven and a half percent What the hell are you trying to do to me?

I got you some heavy ones. Yeah, like Jesus, I just randomly picked for me to be honest. That's good.

You picked pretty good on the random He So IPA smell like heavy, you know that it's them one of the most America one of America's most metal-winning IPAs I had no idea Is an IPA um here's the thing with this if you're into IPAs. This is your this is your beer, right? If you're trying beer and getting into beer, this isn't your beer.

Yeah, because it is it is all IPA Like it is all hops. It is all that tart that bitter. This is not a crushable beer Do not drink more than like three of these if you got shit to do, okay?

If you know I'm shit to do go ahead have a have a ball, but um Yeah, it's nothing wrong with this one. It's just a straight-up IPA I didn't know about the awards either though. I have no idea.

I should use that while selling it Oh We need to get rid of it This one is the Martin house cherry thunderstorm. It's an imperial stout. It is 10% Um, it is chocolate stout with cherries and vanilla bean and you can tell who's excited about this beer I'm very excited.

Yeah, I see that. She's I didn't even get a chance to utter this out like Ready for this so here's the thing. I will say I rock with this can I like they have a like a girl on the side with the earring cherry Yeah, this is like What's the what's the the skate thing where they do around the circle?

But yeah, so yeah, I like the can I don't know I I like the can I don't know about I can smell this from here. No um I will say Not overpowering in coffee not overpowering in cherry and not overpowering in vanilla. They all balance each other They all really kind of like it's very even cute. It's up there as far as stouts that surprised me the the other one was the Was was the golden stout which was the golden stout not yet. But yeah, it was yeti right. Yeah, it was the white Russian That's the one behind you.
