It's good to just text it just to write it down and get it out and therapy
Therapy is not talked enough about

No, you don't need to go to therapy therapy is actually I go to therapies. Therapy is actually are used to go to therapy
I got to find a new therapist, but

I heard somebody say it or I read it somewhere that somebody said uh therapy is like a

You can emotionally be fit like church if you go to that
You know things like that if you journal and things like that you can emotionally be fit and therapy is there to help you
Mentally be fit and push yourself and find things out that you may

So I don't think therapies. Uh, it's it's funny because I grew up in a time where therapies considered you know
No offense. That's a white people thing. That's a white people problem. Yeah, it's like it's an everybody problem
Like it really is honest to God truth. I've met people who are like oh, I go to therapy and I'm like

Why you want therapy and they're like no reason. I just

Overwhelmed at work and I need to talk about it with someone. I'm like, what's it like having that amount of money
But also I do believe that
Therapy should like having that kind of money. That's funny. I feel like therapy. I don't even I don't know if it's covered by health insurance
