First up, college football, baby. Miami. Listen. Miami versus Wake Forest was absolutely way closer than anybody expected on a Thursday or Friday night. I forget what night it was because there was so much football going on, and it was so mediocre. But Miami's got a lot of injuries and I'm starting to wonder if their national championship run is really going to be a run. I think that I think that Miami has the opportunity to go all the way to the championship and win and and do everything that they need to do. Their quarterback is phenomenal, but their their defense is lacking. I thought they were gonna have a little bit better of a defense. It ain't Bane and the, the other guy's name is hard to pronounce on those edges. And, I just feel like Wake Forest was giving them all they could. Wasn't very, very, very close. Let me not, you know, act like it was just, you know, they squeaked out that win. It was it was still, you know, Miami, but Wake Forest looked a lot closer. Wake Forest surprised me on their defense, to be honest. I was I was really surprised. I didn't know if it was just the injuries on offense and things of that nature or if it was Wake Forest's defense, is crazy to say. But that wasn't even the game of the of the year possibly because there was a game of the year. And I'm a get straight to it. Ole Miss and LSU. Ole Miss gets revenge on Lane Kiffin in the greatest fashion possible. Chambliss is definitely gonna be in the Heisman race. He's getting an invitation to New York. He had a great, great game. And I I apologize. We we got into news you can booze to, and I didn't even I didn't even How dare introduce my my counterpart here. Don't worry about the the the other guy that's just sitting over doing nothing. Don't worry about him. He's just he's supervising. My my counterpart over here, Grego, what did you think about the Ole Miss LSU game? It was electric. I'll tell you that. Game of the year nominee? I don't know about that. Don't know if you can have a game of the year in September. Lot lot are of gonna change, but I'll tell you what. That that was a misleading game to me because they they got down 17 nothing Yeah. In that hostile environment, and they tied it up. Mhmm. They didn't win the game, but, man, they fought back and they got and any lesser team would've just Yeah. Would've caught up. Taken their stomping and gone home and considered the situations and declared it an unwinnable situation, but they didn't do that. And that showed me something. That's hey. They they've got a lot of talent down there, and Lane Kiffin has proven that he's one of those guys that can take that kind of talent, throw it together, and win some games. The big game, that remains to be seen, but he can win a lot of games. What I think it proves though as far as college football is is is looking at as far as the the the, scenario, as far as the 20 top 25, the playoff picture, all those things like that. First of all, I think you can have a game of the year in September. I wanna just hold on because Ohio State, Texas damn near was game of the year as well because that game was crazy. And I'm not even a Texas fan. I think Ohio State is is better, but they absolutely got annihilated in the second, third to fourth quarter, end of third to fourth quarter. And I just that game was great. That game was great. LSU Ole Miss game was great. But we'll see. There is you're like you're right. There is a lot of football left, and there is a lot of teams that can have the games of the year or whatever the case may be, but that Ole Miss game, LSU game was was fire. Like like phenomenal game. And you're right. Lane did prove that he can he ain't scared. He can definitely get down with with any of the critics. And then did you see the presser where he said the the comment about Ole Miss had they had the fans there a few hours early. He that they should thank him that they should thank him for bringing that many fans in the in the stadium. Oh my god. College football is no different from any other entertainment industry. You must have a villain. Yes. You gotta have a villain. You gotta have a villain in every movie, TV show, and Lane Kiffin is a great villain. He I mean, you you That man he's a vibe. If he's on your side Right. You love him with passion. Yes. If he's not Oh. Man, every and and you'll protect him. Yeah. You need people like that. No. Yeah. You need those story lines. Yeah. And you couldn't have written a better story line. Oh, no. And the picture they took when they got the interception to win the game And it couldn't have been pointing at him and yeah. It was man. And under no scenario No. That he needed to win. No. He to lose that game. Yes. Get out of way. To lose it. Yep. And and he did. So, you know, everything squared out squared out. I I I thought it was great. Chambliss, Heisman Trophy winner or Way early, but, man, he can play. Man. Unless barring injury, I don't really see very many on the offensive side. Very many quarterbacks in that in the college football realm that are getting their, you know I don't know. Mississippi State quarterback, I heard is is I've seen him play a little bit. Mensa is gonna be in the talking, but he may Yeah. See He he may split votes with his wide receiver too. Right. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. See, that's so I it it is early, but I do think way too early to start talking about Heisman. Plus, that's the most overrated award in all of sports, the Heisman Trophy. Because it goes to the best quarterback of the best team. It's what it goes to. No. I think I think If if you're the greatest, you know, offensive tackle to ever play in college football, you have no shot of winning the Heisman. Really? No shot. Zero. Alright. You know, if if you're a great running back these days, you have no chance of winning. No chance. Understood. I was just yelling at the talking about the Oregon ducks who who basically Who who shit the bed. I just wanna say, they did. You lost to Oklahoma State. We can't talk about y'all no more. Y'all lost to Oklahoma State. Okay. I'm sorry. I love the ducks. The ducks They actually lost to, UNT Stillwater. Still yeah. Because they North Texas Stillwater. Oklahoma State had a 91 transfers this year. Yeah. And about 50 to 60 of them were from, like, UNT. They're gonna win too. Yeah. They're they're gonna win a little bit. I I don't They've got they've got a good coach that's that is organizing Yeah. And getting the players that he wants. Eventually, they are gonna win. I just don't think that they're going to do anything this year, big 12 wise, because they're still in the big 12. And I think that they are, they are going to be waiting a couple of years. I do think Oregon can bounce back, but it just showed me that it just showed me that the, yeah, the quarterback ain't ready. He ain't ready. And that's crazy because he's a super senior. He's a super senior. It's like his sixth year, ain't it? Well, listen. I just I think Oregon is is I think Dan Lanning owes Mario Cristobal an apology because there was a lot of talk about bad talk to Crystal Ball. But Crystal Ball is recruiting really well, and and Lanning hadn't bounced back from losing. The grass is greener where you water it. But, anyway, moving along. We don't wanna talk about that too much longer. Kentucky. Sexy sleeper good. I really, really, really, really think Kentucky is gonna make some noise this year. I don't think they're gonna make the playoffs because the SEC eats its weaker of the the teams. But I do think that Kentucky blasting A and M in their own stadium at Kyle Stadium sends a clear message that Kentucky's here. We're not we're not going anywhere. We're gonna be a problem, and we're gonna continue to show you that we belong in the upper echelon of the SEC. Well, they don't belong there yet. They may get there, but they don't belong there yet. And and if we put the Aggies up there know they did. And I and I can't believe it, neither could the Aggies. But, you know, played if they play that game 10 times, they're gonna lose nine times. Nine times. I give you that. But but they caught them on the right time, and they won the game, and nothing and they shouldn't have that taken away from them. Right. But but they're not exactly in the conversation of Texas and Georgia and Alabama yet, but they're getting there. I love that coach. Yeah. Know the coach is really good, and Kentucky is really good. And I think, like And you know what? Mark Mark Stoops, he he Started that. He he started a lot about that. He started that. And I feel like, man, thank you for saying that because Stoops Brothers didn't get a bad rap, man. But o u was thriving when when Stoops was there and and Mark's Look what he was fighting. He was fighting Alabama Yeah. And Nick Saban. Saban. Yeah. I mean, not not a lot of people won a lot of titles back then except him. For sure. And I think, like like you said, this new coach, he's I forget his name now, you know, but they're sneaky good, man. And I think they're gonna make a lot of people, excuse me, miss the playoffs because There are no easy outs. They are no yeah. They're they're not a well, some easy ones. South Carolina might have South Carolina would like to have a one. Yeah. Go in there and play in South Carolina and say that. Mississippi State just did it. I I know. Mississippi State's good. Hey. Mississippi State is really good. And what's crazy is people have been saying, you know, on Twitter and social media and things like that, I don't know if you're on there, but they're saying that that that Chambliss may be in the Heisman race, but he might not even be the best quarterback in the state of Mississippi. Mississippi State's quarterback is good as hell. And it's crazy to say that, but I mean, Mississippi State is also a force to be reckoned with. But, yeah, I just I think Clemson I think Clemson. Kentucky is going to be a dream crusher this year. They're gonna they're gonna kill some people's dreams of getting to the playoffs that are like on a close to the outside looking in like the lower playoff seeds in the SEC. It's kinda amazing, you know, those you know, Ole Miss and Mississippi States and even Vanderbilts. It's amazing how they can compete when you level the NIL playing field. Oh my level that Let's go. Yes, sir. You level that field all of a sudden. All of a sudden. Ole Miss can you know, they can compete with LSC. Of a sudden. And that and and and you see you know what's so crazy about that? I'm glad you brought that up because, Alabama's old coach, Nick Saban, has been going absolutely crazy on trying to stop the NIL from happening and things of that nature so that they can get more control over the situation. And I find it so funny that he's the face of it. It's like, bro. Well, he pulled the ladder up. Yeah. Like, come on, man. Like I mean, he he made his money, and he paid the players, and And he worked the system. And then when the system started constraining, he pulled the ladder up, and he didn't want anybody else to get up there. Facts. And and Clemson's coach, Dabo, had a had an unbelievable comeback against UNC, but he's starting to sound like Nick as well with this the transfer portal and the NIA. Well, no. The difference is is that Nick Saban knew to get out. He he knew that he he didn't wanna compete in the system. He didn't like it. He foresaw it, and he was smart to get out. Right. But Dabo thinks he can beat the system. He He's gotta be yeah. He's beat it. Now he did get lucky with UNC. I think that UNC is just I don't know if UNC is bad. They're bad. Or if Clifton is just They've got no players. Yeah. And this day and age Yeah. You gotta have no players. Well, even when you're paying players, they're not gonna go to a coach like that. Yeah. They're not gonna go to an old school coach Yeah. That is gonna coach them up and make them But is he really old school, though? Yes. Is. Do you think so? Because every patriot He doesn't make it fun. That's true. And That's you talk to any player from Tom Brady on that played for the patriots, and they said, yeah. You're gonna pay me $5,000,000, and you're gonna do a curfew check every night. You know? And you're gonna have all these rules and regulations, and I can take your 5,000,000. Right. Or I can get 5,000,000 in Miami and not have to do any of that nonsense and play for a fun coach. And have a ball in Miami. He can't he can't coach these people. You know? Yeah. No. Yeah. I I I think I think that's why, like, his girl, Jordon, is is probably more important. I I give we joked about it on this show before, but I think she's a good look for him. Hopefully, she can keep him young and they can start having fun. But I just right now, it looks like you are nail on hammer on the nail. Just just he is no no fun to play for, and that is why I mean, he may be he may be the kind of guy that I was talking about earlier about, you know, if you have a department of football. He might he might be the coach that you have. Which is crazy. And where you can say, hey, we're gonna pay you twice as much to come to our school, but here's our coach. We're gonna win. Yeah. But he's gonna make you follow rules. Right. Right. Right. Because that's all Nick Saban did. I mean, all all those players, they didn't like all those crappy rules. No. But they knew that if they signed up with him and played four years, they were gonna get a ring. Yep. They knew they were gonna get one, and they could put up with that as long as they were gonna win. And then all of a sudden, when you start leveling the field Not only were they gonna get a ring, they were gonna get first play. And he was gonna prepare them for the NFL. Yeah. Facts. Yeah. And and that's what they're looking for these I mean, the days of, hey. Come to State U and Right. Get you a great education. Yeah. And maybe you can go on and be a CPA one of these days. These kids dream about playing in the NFL. Yeah. Not a about getting an education and and being a CPA. Which and education in college football is is kinda hard to do, you know, with the the scheduling and the traveling. It's not hard to do. They did it for years. They just stopped making them do it. But they got they got they got educations in in water polo. They don't they don't need it. That, though. If you if you play for college football these days Uh-huh. And represent the college and you don't have to go to class, then there are no rules. I mean Then that means you can do whatever you wanna do. That's a true statement. I mean, I mean, when's the last time you've heard somebody, oh, he he can't play because he's academically ineligible? You don't have that anymore. They take all the they they You should. You'd have that. You should. The the somebody was early nineties last time I heard that, though. Early nineties. Hadn't. And now you don't. But I'm just saying, like, it's And not you had to go to class and But they cheated. They they But during the way. During the football season Right. All players had to go to class For sure. To be eligible to play in the bowl game. Absolutely. And so you had that carrot over them. Right. Well, you don't have that anymore. And now they've got the carrot over you of saying, not only do we not worry about that, but we're not even gonna play in your stupid bowl games. So they're opting out of that. Which is crazy because the bowl games have made or break make or break some of the players to getting drafted in the league as well as, like, going higher in the draft because there are some bowl games where I remember watching. I'm like, damn. This dude was amazing, the linebacker. You know, I never even seen him play. Don't don't do away with him. Just play him at a you you know when all bowl games should be played? First game of the year. The Cotton Bowl? That should the Cotton Bowl classic should be the first game of the year. No. The Cotton Bowl is different. So You gotta think different. You can't think old school. But the combo is different. Gotta think outside the box. If you wanna keep these bowls, there's no way you can have a playoff system and keep them. You can't do it. But Yeah. No. You can't But if the beginning of the year, you have your orange bowl, you have your big celebration that this is the begin this is our opening day like baseball. Have the Cotton Bowl Classic, the Rose Bowl. Yeah. Have the Rose Bowl parade in September. No. Why not? Yeah. Why not? Well, it's too hot for one. Well, it doesn't matter. It's too hot for one. It it doesn't matter. If you wanna if wanna keep the bowl system Right. There's a way of doing it. You just have you can't play it at the end of the year because that it doesn't work out. Right. The calendar doesn't work out. And so don't do away with them. Play it at the beginning of the year and have a classic. Everybody can do it. Yeah. No. I agree with that. I I think you can do that. I I think the problem is is that it doesn't make as much money in the beginning of the year. It won't make as much money. Gonna make any money now because the playoff system takes it up. No. It's not they're not making any money. I mean, they play something that resembles it, but it's still part of the playoff system. So the NCAA is getting their money. Yeah. That's what I'm saying. Not the bowl game. I'm saying play the bowl game I get what you're saying. The very first game of the year. Mhmm. And that way, the bowl commission, like, you know, one of the most powerful sports organizations in Dallas for decades was the Cotton Bowl Association. Yeah. I don't even know if there's a a such thing as anymore because there's barely a Cotton Bowl game. It's part of the playoff system. No. The Cotton Bowl is you have to Cotton Bowl Texas OU. No. That's not. That that that that's I mean, Texas OU is Texas OU. That's played in the Cotton Bowl. I'm I'm talking about Oh, you're talking about the actual Cotton Bowl game, I guess. But that's play yeah. I get what you're saying. Cotton Bowl game. I'm calling you calling. I'm calling you to be one of the most powerful men in all of sports used to be a guy that ran the Cotton the Cotton Bowl. A guy named Jim Hoss Brock. And he made things happen. He was part of the old bowl system. Yeah. You can't have that anymore. No. It doesn't You can't have a cotton ball classic. No. It's the end of the year. You can have one at the beginning. Yeah. Nice. Or you have one at Thanksgiving. You know? Yeah. But by the end year doing things, but the old way of thinking, you've gotta shake that up. Yeah. And these people that wanna hang on to all these traditions, they're they're done with. That's what that's what It's over. But the traditions, you can't get rid of all the traditions because that's what made college that's what makes college football great. That's what used to make college football great. It's a new era now. They've moved into a new era. So They're now paying players. They're no longer student athletes. It's a it's a different world. Yeah. That's what I'm saying. You you have to think all through a different lens. Yeah. It's it's not like college basketball or college baseball Right. Or college golf. All Yeah. Sports which are gonna go away. I don't think they're gonna go away. Think Well, they're gonna be diminished. They're gonna be they're gonna be Because all the money is gonna be made through football. Basketball basketball. Yeah. Basketball is not because of the tournament. Hell, yeah. Mark Madison is But the tournament is gonna rule rush. Everything else. Yeah. Now see, in basketball, they have those big tournaments at the beginning of the year. Mean, nobody goes to them because it's the It's the beginning of the year. Yeah. It's the beginning of football season. Yeah. It's still a fun game. If they play that what is it? Coaches Against Cancer tournament that they play? The the Dickie Villa. They do play a lot of, like, little small, fragile tournaments. They promote them. Yeah. Yeah. The Dickie v one, they do because it's on ESPN. But the NC double a the college basketball is always gonna be identified with the tournament. That's all that matters. March Madness. Nothing else matters. Nothing like March. And so you've gotta find a ways to get to that. Yeah. Yeah. I I think they're gonna reinvent ways of doing that. I mean It should. Having a committee and doing all this, you don't need to do that. No. You can have playoffs. Yeah. But what but that what that's gonna entail is taking the best 50 college basketball programs and everybody else But then you get rid of the Cinderellas, and the Cinderellas are the whole thing. Cinderellas are overrated. You can still What? Well, you know what? If the fiftieth ranked team wins, there's your Cinderella. I think you're gonna I think I understand what you're saying. The days of Butler and Davidson, those are it's a whole new thing. You're gonna have to do more than 50. And for because here's the thing is Well, maybe so. Yeah. Because basketball, like, you gotta think about it. Like, it's 32 it's 32 teams. But there's gonna be some people that aren't gonna get invited to the party. No. No. For sure. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, your Saint John's, they're not gonna be invited. Saint John's is not gonna be invited? No. Sir. They're not. Okay. Why why would you invite Saint John's and not Illinois? Why would you Saint John's has a better Saint John's has a better basketball program. They've got a better nothing. They've got a better basketball No. They don't. Yes. They do. They don't. No. They don't. Over Illinois? No. They don't. Over Illinois? No. They they Yes. Hell yes. No. They don't. What they have is a reputation. They used to have a just in the March Madness tournament, like They don't generate any money. They they don't have an alumni base. I mean, they do, but they say, it's crazy. I'm telling you, they don't have that. But Illinois doesn't really have it like that either, though. That's like my TCU in football. We're not gonna be invited to the party. You wouldn't make it in basketball, though. I know they wouldn't. They're not gonna be invited. They've got no history. That's why I think they're not gonna I think I think that's why they can't do it with basketball. TCU would be more invited than Saint John's. And I'll tell you what. Because of No. What? You gotta think about money. You gotta think about endowment. You gotta think about TCU's got twice as many students as Saint John. Saint John's only got 6,000 students, and it's at Inner City New York. Okay. Let me Okay. Let me hold on. Yep. There's start thinking the economics of it. Yes. The economics of it, you're right. But I can tell you right now, New York money New York money is the same as Texas money. I don't know about the same. Same thing. I don't know about the same. All spends the same. Yeah. A million dollar a million dollars will go farther in Texas than it will in New York, but a million dollars is still a million dollars. And and paring it down, Saint John's is not gonna get invited. I don't know, man. They paid that coach a lot over there. It they won't know? Yeah. Mean Another team will. You a a small private church schools can't survive with the big dogs. For sure. But then that would that would mean Villanova would be out. Then Then they're gonna be out. No. Villanova. Yeah. They will. They're too much of a basketball powerhouse. They're they're no. They've got a basketball reputation. And and a powerhouse. It's not a powerhouse. Okay. It's a powerhouse till they start evening the playing field. And and and then and then all of a sudden, UConn, a state university, gets a lot more money. All of a sudden, UMass gets a lot more money and all sudden Oh, I think you're thinking of it from you're talking about from state to private. Yes. I got you. Okay. Okay. So the privates aren't gonna be invited. We're just talking money, but that's gonna start a whole And another so everybody everybody that's got this big reputation. Yeah. They're they're not gonna be invited. Yeah. I mean, Georgetown, you think that they don't want they're not gonna take you. They don't want you But I think George Washington Yeah. No. No. I it's William and Mary, where I was accepted. Was accepted. You bet I was. So we're talking about baseball. So I mean, basketball. So I guess we could switch. Although, I wanted to talk about the Vandy game. Vandy versus NC State. I think it was probably the dumbest play that I've ever seen a football player make. But do you blame it on the player or the coach? If you don't know what I'm talking about Gosh. Look up the safety that lost NC State the game. Vandy threw a pick at the end of the game, game losing pick, and instead of losing the game, they created because the quarterback was dancing around in the end zone instead of just going down for the last final seconds, and Vandy got the touchdown. You know what? And they put a second back on the clock. Did you see that bullshit? Yeah. That was some bullshit. You know what? 100% is the quarterback's fault. It's not the percent? Because I I I wasn't there, and I'm speculating, and I don't have the facts to back this up. Right. But I can guarantee you his coach told him to protect the ball and just go down. I think the first part is right. It would be coaching malpractice not to I think the first part is right. I think that And so think he he armed he armed him with Now, did he ever say, now, if you fumble and they fall on it, we're gonna lose. He never told him that, but you shouldn't have to. Duh. Well, You shouldn't have to. But admittedly, this lug head didn't know it, and he's back there hot dogging around. I also think slapped the ball. And by the way, it was a lucky slap to get that ball a great punch. Oh, it it was, but it was lucky. And and so that is one of those games that you just at the end of the year, if they're sitting there at eight wins looking to make some kind of move in the ACC and they've got that one loss, they're gonna be kicking themselves. I think was won. I think though I think though it's coaching because of some of the factors. This is why there's a difference of the Bill Belichick's and the other other coaches, the Nick Sabans and the other coaches because they didn't practice that situation. They didn't talk about that situation. They didn't think about that situation, and that's why it falls I I solely on the coach. That's why I think it falls I don't think it falls solely on They're fifty fifty on this to me. Because they had to have a game plan, and the game plan was to take his safety. Take the safety. Okay. So he had to and once again, I wasn't there, but I have a hard time believe that any coach, any coach from high school on would wouldn't say, now here's what will happen. Now, all we gotta do is get a safety and we win the game. Now, were they screaming, hollering because they had had actually won the game and they knew they'd won the game? Maybe. I wasn't there, but if you're a quarterback falls on the pit falls on the coast because why the why the fuck are y'all screaming and shouting, we ain't won the game yet? There's still five seconds. He's worse than Dak when it comes to the playoffs, and he's working worse than Kirk Cousins when it comes to playoffs. But yet they still told him as a top five quarterback, And it bugs the shit out of me because it's like, you can't be a top five quarterback if you ain't win anything. Jalen Hurts on the other hand, Super Bowl MVP, quarterback I mean, he doesn't lose you the game. He's not a great quarterback. I don't put him as a great quarterback. I think he has a great team system, whatever the case would be around him. But the same thing we were talking about Dak on three wide, he's had six or seven different coordinators and still knows how to throw the ball and not lose you the game and uses like like he is the prototype of what the quarterback looks like now. Do you think like, is it time to have the conversation to get rid of Justin Herbert or that he's overrated? Oh, he he's he might be the most overrated quarterback in the NFL. You you have Lad McConkey who's in and out of hurt. And then you have the the the tight ends. But the tight ends really aren't wow. You know what I mean? And your offensive line who's been dog shit for the last four years. You know, if you look if you look at Jim Harbaugh, his career is several really good seasons around a lot of mediocre seasons. Whether it be at San Francisco Or Michigan. Or Michigan, he had that one magical season, but it's kinda surrounded by a lot of mediocre. The the opposite of his brother. Yeah. But he always seems to get things straightened out. I don't I I just don't think I think I really believe that Justin Herbert was a guy that was just over recruited. Yeah. I mean, he's a guy that was just overrated. But you look at him and like, god almighty, man. He's he's big and he's tall. He should be able to get it. So the re I went to Seattle this last weekend. They have a state fair. Every state, I think, has a state fair. Right? But Seattle has a state fair in Puuya Up. I can't I still don't know if I'm pronouncing this right. I've been I doubt it. Yeah. Probably not. But it's right outside of Seattle. It's like maybe thirty, forty minutes outside of Seattle. And I went there with a friend. His sister lives there, down the block from the state where the state fair is. So we walked. First off, Seattle's hills are ungodly. I don't It's like being in Colorado. No. I've I've been No. No. No. Full House is in San Francisco. I was I thought the same thing. I'm like, San Francisco has all the hills and all that shit. Seattle Very hilly terrain. The hill is in Very hilly terrain. And, like, went we hiking. And very swampy. Which is crazy because I thought it was like know? But it rains a lot. It's beautiful. Very nice. Seattle, I I'm a it's a vibe. I we went to a high rise. We were out there. Like, you could see the pier, and the pier is beautiful. And especially at night with the the little what's they call what's that building name? The Space Needle. The Space Needle. Thank you. The Space Needle. You could see everything. It was it was really dope. It was really everybody was really nice. Did go down to fish market? I did. I watched somebody catch a fish. I've done that. I've done that before. I was gonna I was gonna do it, but the problem was it was on the the day we were coming back from the flight or coming back, and I didn't want to smell like fish on the way to the you know? Why would you not have a Seattle seafood vendor booth or whatever the case may be? What is the fair? Was the Washington State Fair. How was it? So the state fair honestly, I had a good time just walking around just kinda like because I've been to a lot of state fairs. Really? So which one is the best one so far to you? See, I'm glad I'm asking you this one. The best one I've ever been to, state fair Mhmm. Actually was in New Jersey. Really? See, when I before I got in radio while I was in college, I did the gunfights at Six Flags. Yeah. The comedy gunfights. Yeah. The company I worked great adventure. Well, well, the company that I worked for, we would do special shows for different state fairs. So we went to Missouri. I went to Iowa. Went to Georgia. Went to Louisiana. Wow. All but Texas. Yeah. Texas. Did never did one because we were at Six Flags. Yeah. I was gonna say, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I've been to a lot of state fairs. Jersey is not what I expected. Oh, man. It was it was insane. Jersey has a lot of money, so it makes sense. But, like, I didn't I was expecting to say Texas, to be honest. You know what? I'll tell you. It might have been because most of the state fairs I've been to are always hot. And we were always doing our shows, and we had a lot of leather on. Yeah. But but I remember it just being picturesque Yeah. At that New Jersey. And plus, was out in the country. It wasn't like it was in inner city. Inner city. No. No. No. The state fair is Yeah. Dow I think Dow Texas is the only state fair It wasn't far from Dallas. It wasn't far from Princeton. I know that. Yeah. Yeah. So Prince so good area. Good area of New Jersey. Yeah. So what I will say is this. Right? Out of state fairs that I've been to, and I've been to, like, four, I will honestly say that Wyoming, which is technically frontier days I've been there. I've I've worked frontier days. Is I worked frontier days. I was in the I was in the military. So when I worked Days, I was doing security, but they would give us free tickets to go after you do your shift. And, man show their stuff. Oh my god. Ain't nothing like Frontier Days. We had to do a show in the middle of the arena. Bro. And I was so hungover that I couldn't remember my lines. I wasn't drunk. I was just Hungover. Hungover. That's worse. Yeah. Drunk, you kinda wing it. But yeah. So But that wound that we did in in New Jersey, we did on acid. We did it on a hit of LSD. Yeah. See, I used to not go, but now I have to go because I've been to Wyoming. I've been to Seattle. So now I gotta go to see if I ever met if it's better in Texas, which I doubt because Wyoming was just so great. Let me tell you about the Texas State Fair. It's bigger, but it's not better. Better. It's now it's bigger. It's a lot bigger, but it it it's not any better than Georgia, and it's not any better than New Jersey. I hate to say that as a Texan. Crazy. But it's good. I will say this, though. It's among the best in the it's top five. Yeah. I will say this top five. Beer cities, Seattle got it. Seattle has it. Like, the amount of breweries that are in, a 20 mile radius. I thought Texas was crazy with breweries. Seattle got it. Like, Seattle is crazy with beer. I didn't even know they had an IPA season, things of that nature, but it was it was it was a good trip. And, this was this was good. Gregor, you gotta do this more often, man.
